abstract 1541910014 issue 154 pp. 155 – 160 30.12.2019 ru 205
The management of the process of implementation of projects at the refinery should be carried out comprehensively. To improve the diagnostic system of insulation of the stator windings of electric motors with a voltage above 1 kilovolt, it is necessary to involve specialists of all sub-divisions. This will allow a comprehensive approach to the problem of reducing the intensity of labor, and, consequently, to reduce the norms of time for performing operations provided for by the technological process. It is proposed to create a project team consisting of the following specialists: General Director, chief designer, chief electrician, lead engineer for adjustment and testing, Deputy Director for production, head of the Department of labor and wages, chief economist. In addition, the design should involve the heads of shops and sites, directly managing and organizing processes in the workplace. Domestic and foreign experience shows that the introduction of diagnostic tools is one of the most important factors in increasing the economic efficiency of the use of equipment in the industry. Purpose of diagnostics is identification and prevention of failures and malfunctions, maintenance of operational indicators within the established limits, forecasting of a condition for the purpose of full use of a resource

IMPROVEMENT OF ACOUSTIC DIAGNOSTIC METHODS FOR HIDDEN MICRODEFECTS AND OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY OF VISCOELASTIC STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS

abstract 1541910009 issue 154 pp. 84 – 93 30.12.2019 ru 305
The economic and operational reliability of building structures to a large extent depends on the preservation of the bearing capacity of thin-walled structures, in particular, rods with viscoelastic properties. The presence of invisible microdefects in them can lead not only to a decrease in the bearing capacity, but also to the destruction of structures. For the detection of microdefects by acoustic diagnostic methods, it is necessary to know the dependence of the longitudinal strain wave velocity on the rheological properties of the structural material. Such dependences can be revealed by the construction and analysis of mathematical models describing viscoelastic deformation waves formed in rod systems made of a material with rheological properties

METHODOLOGY OF OPTIMAL PLACEMENT OF TRADE NETWORK OBJECTS

abstract 1541910011 issue 154 pp. 104 – 118 30.12.2019 ru 243
The article outlines the idea of a methodology for locating distribution centers of a spatially distributed distribution network without restrictions on the territory. In the past fifteen years in Russia, the profitability of offices and retail space has been significantly higher than logistic complexes. At present, it is possible to talk about a change in the investment attractiveness of the segment of distribution centers and storage facilities. The method consists in solving three problems: determining the number of distribution centers that need to be placed using the method of comparing options; determination of the best locations for placement of distribution centers using the ant colony algorithm; identification of the best location from the previously determined ant colony algorithm using the penalty function method. This method of optimal placement of objects of a spatially distributed complex can be applied not only to the distribution network, but also to any transport company with distribution centers, for example, a logistics company, delivery services, etc.

SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL TEAM’S RECOGNITION DIAGNOSTICS BASED ON THE ANALYSIS OF THE RESEARCH ACTIVITY RESULTS

abstract 1541910016 issue 154 pp. 172 – 186 30.12.2019 ru 243
The research purpose is identification and justification of the scientific team’s recognition citation-based criteria. Such parameters of the educational environment as modality, latitude, social activity, social coherence, intensity, maturity etc. are assessable on the basis of the primary information about the scientific team’s research activity results. The authors of this article prove that the data about cross-citations within a scientific team is the primary information about the scientific and pedagogical team members’ recognition of their social system (such information is obtainable from modern scientometric databases, e.g. Russian Science Citation Index). The new scientific results of this research are the identified citation-based criteria for the scientific team’s recognition. The theoretical significance of these results is the possibility of using them as a scientific basis for further research in the sociology of science and for the development of the small social systems functioning models; the practical significance is the possibility to analyze the factors for the success of scientific and pedagogical teams’ research activity (i.e. applicability for the research activity monitoring systems). The research methods are: the methods of set, relations and graph theory, the methods of qualimetry, mathematical statistics (including the scree-plot method) and linear. The research methodology is based on the sociological approach (viewing the scientific and pedagogical team as a well-established social system), the qualimetric approach (declaring the necessity for the multicriterial diagnostics of scientific and pedagogical team’s recognition) and the probabilistic and statistical approach (viewing the scientific and pedagogical team’s recognition citation-based diagnostics as a statistic measurement)

PROSPECTS OF APPLICATION OF LASER SURFACING AT RESTORATION OF DETAILS OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY

abstract 1541910006 issue 154 pp. 45 – 54 30.12.2019 ru 228
The main component of agricultural production is machinery, which is a complex technical system (harvesters, agricultural machines, tractors, cars, etc.). The practice of operation of technically complex machines shows that, in general, the process of replacing worn parts and working devices of agricultural machinery with new ones prevails, and the number of restored products is small. However, experience shows that the technological process of restoration of machine parts allows you to get high quality surfaces of such parts and reduce the cost of repair. One of effective methods of restoration of surface layers of details is gas-flame spraying with the subsequent laser reflow. The article presents the results of the study of the zone of thermal influence in steels U8A and St3, as well as the influence of laser reflow regimes on its microhardness in these steels. It is established that the higher the laser power and the lower the speed of movement of the optical head, the larger the size of the thermal influence zone. Conversely, the lower the power of the laser and the higher the speed of movement of the head, the smaller the size of the zone of thermal influence. The power of the laser and the speed of movement of the optical head slightly affect the value of microhardness. It was also noted that promising areas in the field of restoration of parts of agricultural machines laser welding are: a scientific rationale for the selection of powders; the study of regularities of changes of the microstructure parts, regularities of formation of layers; development of modes and justification of regimes of welding; and, ultimately, the development process of restoring the specific parts

INFLUENCE OF BASIC PROCESSING AND MINERAL FERTILIZERS ON AGRIBIOLOGICAL INDICATORS OF WINTER BARLEY

abstract 1541910015 issue 154 pp. 161 – 171 30.12.2019 ru 282
The article presents the results of studies on the influence of mineral fertilizers and basic tillage in the technology of cultivating winter barley on its agrophysical properties. Object of research - plants of winter barley cultivar called Rubezh. Soil - typical low-humus heavy-duty leached chernozems. In the experiment, the influence of two factors on the formation of the productivity of winter barley was studied. Factor A - the method of primary tillage: option 1 (A0) - dump plowing to a depth of 20-22 cm (control); option 2 (A1) - chisel for 20-22 cm; option 3 (A2) - disk peeling at 8-10 cm; option 4 (A3) - zero treatment (direct sowing). Factor (B) - fertilizer rate: option 1 (B0) - without fertilizing (control); option 2 (B1) - recommended norm N40P40 + N20; option 3 (B2) - double norm N60P60 + N40. According to the data of our experiments, the general orientation in the technology of cultivating winter barley has been revealed, during the entire growing season, the height of its plants decreases while the tension of its main processing decreases - from 89.6-90.3 cm for deep processing to 87.7 cm for surface processing and up to 73.7 cm at zero. Moreover, the type of tillage did not affect the stem of winter barley plants of the Rubezh variety. At the same time, on all tillage options, one can notice the dependence of the height and density of the stand on the dose of fertilizer application - from 80.6 cm in the control to 84.4 cm at the recommended dose of mineral fertilizers and up to 91.4 with a double. It was also noted in relation to the density of plant standing - from 335 pcs / m2 in the control to 358 pcs / m2 with the recommended dose of mineral fertilizers and up to 376 pcs / m2 with a double

BIOLOGICAL FEATURES OF SOME EASTERN ASIAN PLANTS UNDER INTRODUCTION IN THE SOUTH OF PRIMORSKY KRAI

abstract 1541910020 issue 154 pp. 217 – 225 30.12.2019 ru 247
The article summarizes the results of long-term cultivation of east-asian plants in the arboretum of the Gornotayezhnaya Station of the FEB RAS. For the most resistant and decorative species we have indicated: degree of winter resistance, shoot formation and perspective group. Regeneration of the vegetative mass in introduced trees and shrubs after severe damage by low temperatures depends on the spawning capacity of plants. In each species, the degree of shoot formation is its biological feature and can vary greatly in different plant species. The most east-asian species have a high or medium degree of shoot formation, good indicators of winter resistance and of generative development (bloom, fruiting). The tested east-asian species of plants are characterized by high adaptive potential, which makes it possible to recommend them to a wide culture in the southern Primorye. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the introduction stability of east-asian plants in the conditions of the southern Primorye. Тhe method of the integral assessment of the viability and perspective of introduction on the basis of visual observations, developed in the department of dendrology of the GBS, P.I. Lapin and S.V. abstract 1541910028 issue 154 pp. 289 – 299 30.12.2019 ru 251
The work is devoted to studying the nature of the effect of various doses of the drug called "Regalis" on the formation of the vegetative and generative organs of apple plants. Years of research - 2016-2019 Field experiments were carried out in JSC company "Agrocomplex" named after N.I. Tkachev in the Vyselkovsky district. Plantations were laid in 2007. Planting pattern 4.0 × 1.0m., garden irrigated, with support. The soil of the site is ordinary carbonated black soil (chernozem), the thickness of the humus layer is up to 120-140 cm. As a result of field and laboratory studies of the condition of 9-12 year old Gala apple trees grafted on P-59 rootstock, it was established that the annual treatment of apple trees for different phenophases with a preparation Regalis at a dose of 1.25 kg / ha has a significant effect on both the size and the number of vegetative and generative formations. It was determined that triple treatment of apple trees with regalis in 43.11% reduces the number of shoots longer than 60 cm, and double - by 31.39%. Structural changes in the distribution of vegetative and fruitful formations per 1 meter were noted in axial branches of the first order. Under the influence of the drug, the number of full-fledged “closed” buds in 2017 increased by 88.8%, and in 2018 by 70.9% compared with the control. The use of triple treatment with Regalis significantly reduces growth activity and has a positive effect on the passage of organogenesis of apple flower buds

BIOTECHNOLOGY OF IMPROVEMENT AND PRESERVATION OF NATIVE DON GRAPE VARIETIES

abstract 1541910031 issue 154 pp. 327 – 347 30.12.2019 ru 231
The article presents the results of microclonal reproduction and recovery of native grape varieties, the creation of basic nursery. In addition to the culture of apical meristems, we have developed a chemotherapy using salicylic acid. A method of decontamination of plants from mycoplasma infection has also been developed, which includes the introduction of the antibiotic Cefotaxim in the nutrient environment at a concentration of 50 to 450 mg/L, depending on the degree of infection of plants. Adding to the nutrient medium of the drug Emistim reduces the death of meristems from infection by 3-5 times, improves their differentiation. The use of the drug Melafen helps to improve morphogenesis and quality characteristics of plants. The high survival rate of meristems during adaptation to non-sterile conditions has been noted. Biological testing on herbaceous indicators showed no chronic diseases. Plants after adapting to non-sterile conditions are planted, in the form of vegetative seedlings with a closed rootsystem, on the basic nursery. The survival rate of plants was 70-80%, in some varieties it is higher: 96.4% (Sypun black) - 98.6% (Krestovsky). It has been proved that in vitro clonal microbreeding there is no change at the genetic level even after 8 years of cultivation, which confirms the reliability of the developed technology of reproduction and recovery of native grape varieties in vitro

abstract 1541910005 issue 154 pp. 34 – 44 30.12.2019 ru 245
The article presents results of studies on the intraspecific structure of the population of blast causative agent using sets of tester varieties from International Rice Research Institute - IRRI. The differentiation of the fungus population on tester varieties is the most progressive, since it allows one to determine the virulence genotypes of races of pathogens and identify the resistance genes of rice plants effective for them. The work has studied the diversity of blast causative agent in released rice varieties by morphological and cultural traits. Currently, in the world, the resistance of rice plants to blast is becoming one of the important indicators of the competitiveness of varieties. The basis for the successful rice breeding for resistance to blast is the availability of source material with a fairly wide spectrum and a high level of resistance. Resistance donors are selected based on the identification of genes that control this trait in rice

ECOLOGICAL PLASTICITY AND STABILITY OF SAREPTANA MUSTARD VARIETIES OF VNIIMK SELECTION IN THE INSUFFICIENT MOISTURE CONDITIONS OF THE ROSTOV REGION

abstract 1541910027 issue 154 pp. 278 – 288 30.12.2019 ru 184
A significant decrease in yields of field crops due to lack of moisture enhances the role of adaptive breeding. The development of varieties that combine high productivity and quality and resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses is complicated by a negative correlation between high yield and resistance to adverse conditions. Selection of effective methods for assessing the potential of productivity and resistance to stress factors allows creating varieties that provide stable high yields. We had estimated six varieties of common mustard for 10 years in contrasting weather conditions in the zone of insufficient and unstable moisture of the Azov district in the Rostov region. The necessity of taking into account the indicators of the HTC, the index of the environment and its value when conducting an objective analysis of weather conditions is revealed. The greatest stress resistance, ecological plasticity and stability of the Nika variety were established by calculating the difference between the minimum and maximum yield per year, calculating the coefficient of linear regression and the value of homeostasis. The varieties Lera, Donskaya 8, Lux bred in conditions of insufficient moisture demonstrated maximum genetic flexibility and drought resistance. The greatest breeding value was determined in varieties Donskaya 8 and Lera. These varieties are recommended to be included in further breeding work. The study of mustard varieties in contrast conditions (HTC from 0.30 to 1.53) marked their broad environmental plasticity, which makes it possible to recommend them for cultivation in different weather conditions regions

RATIONAL PHARMACOTHERAPY FOR PANCREATITIS IN DOGS

abstract 1541910001 issue 154 pp. 1 – 7 30.12.2019 ru 336
Diseases of the digestive system are one of the huge problems of veterinary medicine and pharmacy. This group of diseases not only affects all age groups of animals, but can occur even in newborn puppies. It is very difficult to talk about the breed predisposition to pancreatitis in animals. Pancreatitis occupies one of the leading places in the structure of digestive diseases in animals. The urgency of this veterinary problem is increasing every year. Acute pancreatitis manifests itself suddenly, most often against the background of gross violations in feeding, with the disease of the duodenum and gallbladder. In this case, there is a violation of the outflow of secretion into the ducts of the pancreas. In the tissues of the pancreas there are diffuse changes up to necrosis. Severe inflammation of the pancreas leads to a sharp deterioration in the general condition of the body, sharply reduced blood pressure. The animal is in great pain, vomiting is observed. The animal needs urgent care. The disease can be chronic. Periods of exacerbation are repeated from time to time. The owners usually do not call veterinary specialists. Since the disease is manifested by symptoms characteristic of many pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract, it is therefore difficult to diagnose. In the history of the animal there are both diarrhea and constipation, the animal has a reduced appetite, in hotel cases there is cachexia. In hematological studies, we can note an increase in sugar levels. Therefore, for the differential diagnosis of the animal, we carry out ultrasound, x-ray diagnostics all together with biochemical methods of blood tests. In the future, when choosing treatment tactics, all diseases that could accompany inflammation of the pancreas are taken into account

COMPERATIVE ESTIMATION OF COCCIDIOSTATS EFFICIENCY WHEN EXPERIMENTAL INFECTION OF CHICKENS WITH FIELD COCIDIAS ISOLATE

abstract 1541910022 issue 154 pp. 233 – 241 30.12.2019 ru 274
We have performed a comparative estimation of three coccidiostats when experimental eimeriosis of chickens, infected with a coccidia field isolate from poultry production sites. Chickens performance treated with robenza, chicocin and monenza was almost the same. The anti-coccidiosis index was also the same in all three groups, not exceeding 160, which indicates the low sensitivity of coccidiosis agent to all studied drugs. An ionophore antibiotic (chicocin), a synthetic anti-coccidia drug (robenz) and a complex (monenza) consisting of an ionophore antibiotic and a synthetic anti-coccidia drug can be used in this poultry complex for the prevention of coccidiosis for a short time. But there is a need for constant monitoring and selection of new combinations, as partial resistance of coccidia to drugs can be transmitted genetically and will only increase over time, making coccidiostats ineffective

OBTAINING DIAGNOSTIC KITS FOR SERODIAGNOSIS OF CARNIVOR INFECTIOUS HEPATITIS

abstract 1541910024 issue 154 pp. 253 – 259 30.12.2019 ru 244
The article is devoted to the current problem of differential diagnosis of diseases of viral etiology in small pets. Viral diseases of dogs and cats are widely distributed among both pedigree and non-pedigree animals. The spread of diseases is facilitated by the increase in the number of small pets, the popularization of pet maintenance, cross-border operations associated with the movement of animals. The importance of express methods in laboratory diagnostics of infectious diseases is considered. Reducing the time of diagnosis contributes to the effectiveness of therapeutic and anti-epizootic measures. The place of infectious hepatitis of carnivores in the structure of morbidity of dogs is analyzed. The article describes the research in determining the optimal systems for the cultivation and subsequent isolation of the infectious canine hepatitis virus in high titers. If viral biomass needs to be increased, the choice of a cultivation system for maximum harvest is of paramount importance. The authors propose a method of obtaining and purification of viral antigens to use them for preparation of diagnostic kits. The release of the isolated fraction of ballast substances, which provides rapid response and strong binding to specific immunoglobulins is essential for the preparation of antigenic drugs. It is important to obtain antigens with a high degree of purification to get reliable results in the formulation of serological reactions

FATTENING QUALITIES AND MEAT PRODUCTIVITY OF SALSKAYA SHEEP BREED OF IMPROVED GENOTYPES

abstract 1541910033 issue 154 pp. 360 – 382 30.12.2019 ru 269
Improvement of domestic breeds of Merino sheep remains an important task. The reorientation of the industry to wool-meat and meat-wool direction of productivity can contribute to the restoration of domestic sheep breeding. An example of such conversion is a relatively young breed called Dzhalginsky Merino, created in the Stavropol region on the basis of the Stavropol breed with the involvement of resources of domestic and world breeding. In the current situation, it seems relevant to use Dzhalginsky Merino, in order to improve the meat and wool qualities of sheep of domestic fine-wool breeds. Obtaining a new genetic combination of animals, formed by combining the genotypes of breeds Salsky, Stavropol and Dzhalginsky Merino will increase the efficiency of the industry in a market economy and will provide a more complete use of the productive potential of the breed. The results of studies on obtaining and use of animals, new genetic combinations of a wool – meat direction of productivity, with high energy of growth, meat and wool productivity, improves the efficiency of Merino sheep are an important theoretical justification for making a contribution to zootechnical science, with the aim of improving fine-wool breeds of sheep and can be used in practical work in the production of high quality lamb

APPLICATION OF THE MONTE-CARLO METHOD WHEN STUDYING THE PROPERTIES OF STATISTICAL TESTS OF HOMOGENEITY OF TWO INDEPENDENT SAMPLES

abstract 1541910007 issue 154 pp. 55 – 83 30.12.2019 ru 217
The instrumental methods of economics include the Monte Carlo method (statistical simulations method). It is widely used in the development, study and application of mathematical research methods in econometrics, applied statistics, organizational and economic modeling, in the development and making management decisions, in the basis of simulation modeling. The new paradigm of mathematical research methods developed by us is based on the use of the Monte Carlo method. In mathematical statistics, limit theorems on the asymptotic behavior of the considered random values were obtained for many methods of data analysis with an unlimited increase in sample volumes. The next step is to study the properties of these random values for finite sample sizes. For such a study, the Monte-Carlo method is used. In this article, we use this method to study the properties of statistical criteria for testing the homogeneity of two independent samples. We considered the most used in the analysis of real data criteria - Cramer-Welch, which coincides with the equality of the sample sizes with Student's criterion; Lord, Wilcoxon (Mann-Whitney), Wolfowitz, Van der Waerden, Smirnov, type omega-square (Lehmann-Rosenblatt). The Monte Carlo method allows us to estimate the rates of convergence of distributions of criteria statistics to the limits, to compare the properties of the criteria for finite sample sizes. To use the Monte Carlo method, it is necessary to select the distribution functions of the elements of the two samples. For this purpose, normal and Weibull – Gnedenko distributions are used. The recommendation was received: to test the hypothesis of coincidence of distribution functions of two samples, it is advisable to use the Lehmann-Rosenblatt (type omega-square) test. If there is reason to assume that the distributions differ mainly by the shift, then the Wilcoxon test and Van der Waerden criteria can also be used. However, even in this case, the omega-square type test may be more powerful. In the general case, besides the Lehmann-Rosenblatt criterion, the use of the Smirnov criterion is permissible, although for this criterion the real level of significance may differ from the nominal level of significance. We sstudied the frequency of discrepancies of statistical findings on different criteria

PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF URBAN STREET ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE

abstract 1541910029 issue 154 pp. 300 – 316 30.12.2019 ru 283
The development of a city can go in two ways -extensive and intensive. Intensive involves a qualitative rethinking of the necessary work, optimization and improvement on the basis of existing infrastructure. An extensive method of development is an increase in physical volumes, for example, an increase in territories. At the moment, the transport system of the city of Krasnodar is extremely busy. The city occupies one of the first places in the number of vehicles, roads with such a traffic load can not cope, resulting in numerous congestion on the roads. In addition, an average of 150 thousand cars enter the city every day, and this creates an additional burden on the transport system. In the morning there is a large influx of cars from the main entrances to the city. And in the evening there is no less strong loading points of entry into the city, as those who arrived in the morning leave the city. Information technology is designed to save our time and effort. At the same time, one of the problems that "eats" time is traffic jams. You can get from one place to another at one time, but subject to traffic jams, this time can increase several times. Why not use technical and software tools to solve this problem!? Now almost everyone has a smartphone, with a Navigator loaded into it. There are many variations of these navigators with approximately the same functionality. But what if the Navigator in your smartphone not only chose the shortest path for you, but also helped in unloading traffic throughout the city, reducing traffic congestion to a minimum

MINIMIZATION OF RESOURCE COSTS IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF PRODUCTION TASKS OF A COMPANY TAKING INTO ACCOUNT ITS STRUCTURE

abstract 1541910030 issue 154 pp. 317 – 326 30.12.2019 ru 317
The problem of the optimal distribution of production tasks is one of the important problems of effective planning of processes associated with production at the enterprise. However, the classical approach to solving this problem becomes of little use when the individual stages of the production process are performed sequentially and in the case when it is necessary to take into account the structural features of the technological processes of the enterprise. Purpose of work: to develop a methodology for minimizing costs in the distribution of production tasks, taking into account the structural features of the technological processes of the enterprise. We built a multicriteria discrete optimization model for the distribution of production tasks according to the structure of production elements. One of the methods based on the proposed model is proposed, which allows to identify groups consisting of four elements in the production structure of the enterprise. The model is built using a network design which are pre-fractal graphs. The use of pre-fractal graphs allows you to naturally represent the structure of production and technological links of the elements of the production system of large enterprises. The results of the work is the developed effective methodology for solving the problem of the network distribution of production tasks, taking into account the structural features of technological processes at the enterprise, the economic effect of which is to minimize resource costs. Based on the constructed model, we can develop automated means of monitoring and managing the production processes of a company
