SYNERGETIC INFORMATION THEORY: EXPLANATIONS AND TERMINOLOGICAL REMARKS

The article is devoted to an explanation of the separate moments of the synergetic information theory and consists of five independent sections. In the first section genesis of the name this theory reveals and its independence of G. Haken's synergetrics is shown. In the second section basic distinction of R. Hartley's information measure and quantity of information self-reflected by a final set is detail considered. In the third section concept interpretation information from category positions reflection is briefly considered. In the fourth section need of change of the name of information which is reflected about each other by two being crossed final sets is shown. In the fifth section the phrase negentropy of reflection is replaced with the term a sintropy and classification of different types of a sintropy is given

In the article we have considered A. N. Kolmogorov and N. V. Smirnov papers dedicated to one-sided and two-sided goodness-of-fit and homogeneity tests. It has been shown that the term "Kolmogorov - Smirnov test" used incorrectly. We have also given the recommendations on use of the terms "Kolmogorov test", "Smirnov test", "test of Kolmogorov-Smirnov type" and discussed omega-square test (Cramer-von Mises–Smirnov test). Typical errors in the application of these criterions have been considered, in particular to test for normality of the distribution of measurement results

TURBULENCE THEORY AND ROUGHNESS DENSITY EFFECT MODEL

The model of the turbulent boundary layer over a rough surface is presented. The model is based on the special type of transformation of the Navier-Stokes equation. The turbulent boundary layer in this model is considered as a flow above the rough surface gener-ated by the viscous sublayer (the dynamic roughness effect). The roughness density effect on the shift of the mean velocity logarithmic profile has been estimated in the case of 2D and 3D roughness elements

SYNERGETIC METHOD IN THE COGNITION OF MICRO- AND MACRO PHENOMENA: THE EVOLUTIONARY PICTURE OF NATURE

This article reveals a relevant idea of the evolution-al character of modern science. The validity of the unity of nature idea is shown on the concrete cos-mology and physics data. The work unites the con-ceptions of evolution and self-organization. The universe is seen as a dissipative system with period-ically removable elements (elementary dissipative systems). The cooperative evolution presupposes the presence of the circulation between the macro - and micro components of the evolving system as well as the growing complication of the evolution branches. It is stated that the fundamental role in the development of sciences about nature is played by outward factors, i. e. the common cultural back-ground and the cognition development level. At the same time, of a great methodological interest is the disclosure of the internal stimulating motives of development and the interconnection of the devel-opment stages of natural sciences

GENERALIZED COEFFICIENT OF HARTLEY'S EMERGENCE AS THE QUANTITATIVE STANDARD OF SYNERGETIC EFFECT OF INTEGRATING OF BULEANS IN SYSTEM GENERALIZATION OF THE THEORY OF VARIETIES

In the article general mathematical expression for a quantitative assessment of system (synergetic) effect, arising when integrating buleans (systems), being a generalization of sets in system generalization of the theory of varieties and independent of an expedient (algorithm) of formation of subsystems in system is offered. For this quantitative standard the name is offered: «Generalized coefficient of emergence by R.Hartli» because of likeness of its mathematical shape to the local coefficient of emergence of Hartli, reflecting a degree of difference of system from the variety of its base devices. For local coefficient of emergence of Hartli, the generalization independent of an expedient (algorithm) of formation of subsystems in system is offered. Numerical estimates of system's effect are given at integrating of two systems with ap-plication of the author's program to which the refer-ence is given
