DESTRUCTION OF HYDROCARBONS WITH VARIOUS MORPHOTYPES OF OIL OXIDIZING ACTINOBACTERIA

abstract 0921308051 issue 92 pp. 758 – 770 31.10.2013 ru 1668
In this article we have carried out a comparative study of hydro-carbon-oxidizing activity of S-and R-morphological types of oil oxidizing Actinobacteria from the collection of Kuban State University. Signifi-cant differences observed in parameters of growth between S- and R-forms of oil oxidizing Actinobacte-ria. In S-forms it is higher than the maximum specific growth rate, which is typical for a wide range of hy-drocarbon degradation and a high degree of degrada-tion of pollutants. In experiments with the use of oil as a substrate and heavy oil S-forms, Actinobacteria quickly adapted to the environmental conditions

CONDITION OF GEOGRAPHICAL CULTURES OF THE ORDINARY PINE (PINUS SYLVESTRIS L.) IN CONDITIONS OF THE CENTRAL FOREST-STEPPE

abstract 0771203047 issue 77 pp. 523 – 533 30.03.2012 ru 1669
The results of studying the ordinary pine condition in geographical cultures of the Central forest-steppe are cited in the article. The general pattern of the ordinary pine intraspecific variability is represented. The data of origin influence on safety, efficiency, qualitative adjectives is presented. The pattern of ecotypes adaptability to new environment conditions is presented

COMPLEX COMPOST AND CIRCULATION OF NITROGEN AND CARBON AT THE AGROLANDSCAPE SYSTEMS

abstract 0971403060 issue 97 pp. 864 – 890 31.03.2014 ru 1669
Complex compost includes all elements of the periodic table and is valuable due to the complexity of its system. Among the elements forming a chemical composition of the complex compost we can identify two most important, which are distinguishing a specific character of the interaction with each other and defining the basic processes to ensure vegetation of living system - nitrogen and carbon. Nitrogen determines the rate of energy and connects with living forms of organic matter; it is included as the part of protein and is a major element in determining the productivity of ecosystems. At the cycle of carbon its organic forms and carbon dioxide take a part, presenting the main factors of the processes of respiration and photosynthesis

BIOTECHNOLOGY OF TRICHODERMA-BASED FEED ADDITIVE WITH CELLULOLYTIC PROPERTIES

abstract 0931309078 issue 93 pp. 1146 – 1164 30.11.2013 ru 1671
In the work, we have presented the information of elaboration of a manufacturing process of Mycocel feed additive with the cellulolytic activity for poul-try industry. Manufacturing process includes follow-ing steps: stock culture maintenance and storage of Trichoderma lignorum 81-17, growing fluid culture of microscopic fungus in sucrose yeast extract me-dium, feed additive with cellulolytic properties out-put and quality control, packaging, storage and disposal of waste. We have shown that the Mycocel is non-toxic feed additive for protozoa and warm-blooded animals (laboratory mice and quails). This study demonstrated total population livability in the experimental group with feed additive. Quail body-weight of experimental group was higher by 6% as compared to the control and feed consumption per 1 kg of live weight of bird was 3,58 kg, 7,5% lower than the control

SORTIMENT TABLES FOR ESTIMATION OF ARTIFICIAL ORIGIN OAK FORESTS IN THE LOWER VOLGA REGION

abstract 0951401068 issue 95 pp. 1173 – 1190 30.01.2014 ru 1674
The article proposes a system of regression equations for estimating industrial wood size by categories and varieties of commercial trunks of oak plantations in the Lower Volga region. The authors developed a table of logs for the taxation of trees and forest stands of oak

ANALYSIS OF SYNANTHROPIC FLORA OF RICE SYSTEMS OF THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 0931309008 issue 93 pp. 108 – 123 30.11.2013 ru 1675
This article has given the analysis of systematic and ecological structures of synanthropic flora of rice sys-tems of the Krasnodar region. There was shown the relation of plants of aboriginal and adventive frac-tions of flora to different ecological factors. There were studied the timeness of different plant species to elements of the rice system and the degree dependence of their distribution on rice growing tech-nology

ABOUT CREATION OF MODELS OF NATURAL PLANT COMMUNITIES, INCLUDING RARE SPECIES, IN THE BOTANICAL GARDENS OF KRASNODAR

abstract 0921308001 issue 92 pp. 1 – 27 31.10.2013 ru 1679
One of the ways to save rare species of plants is to create models of natural communities on the grounds of the botanical gardens. In the Botanical Garden of Kuban State University we have created the model of forest communities with the participation of rare and endangered species, and we are still working on creating models of herbaceous communities. We have introduced 18 species of plants of the flora of the Krasnodar region in the forest community and more than 30 species in herbaceous community

abstract 0831209046 issue 83 pp. 654 – 664 30.11.2012 ru 1688
The researches of degradation of oil products in fresh-water reservoirs at the expense of the activity of petrooxidizing bacteria of Acinetobacter speivs SN-2 are carried out. The decrease in the content of oil products in 25 days prior to maximum concentration limit (0,05 mg/l) and the increase in concentration of oxygen in the reservoir are defined
