Technical scheme of water regulation in the Kuban river basin, characteristics and work analysis of water intake, water regulating constructions of Upper, Middle and Lower parts of Kuban are presented in the article. Water calculations with
an account of quests of water users and water consumers with the supply situation 50, 75, 95 % were done and their results on whole water complex on the branches of economics are presented.
The idea of systemic generalization of mathematics was substantiated by the author and the first step on its realization was done: variant of systemic information theory was proposed. There was done an attempt to do the second step in the same way: one of the possible approaches to the systemic generalization
of mathematic understanding of set on the conceptual level, namely the approach, based on systemic
information theory. It is supposed that this approach can become the basic one for systemic generalization of set theory and creation of mathematic theory
of systems.

Method of replications amount determination under comparison of two samplings dependently on average values of samplings and their standard deviations is presented in this article. Example of samplings comparison by the criteria of Student has been shown.
Number of population in Krasnodar increased in 1,8 times, but number of seats in cinemas decreased in 2,4 times in comparison from 1970 to 2007. Accessibility radius of the most cinemas doesn’t cover all existing districts of Krasnodar. Substantiation of cinemas types and their amount with an account of norms are given in the article.
