The opportunity of modernization of industrial equipment for manufacturing of wood biofuel is shown. The article is devoted to system engineering of automatic control of equipment. Researches have been directed on increasing of technical and economic production efficiency of biofuel. The economy of the electric power for pressing makes 30-35 %. In aggregate, all the advantages provide sufficient increase of general technical and economic efficiency of the process
