In the given article, the estimation of efficiency of scientific educational and innovative activity of scien-tific educational centers is given. Based on the col-lected statistical material, the factors influencing effi-ciency of activity of scientific educational centers, having the small innovative enterprises, and the crite-ria that quantitatively characterize the efficiency of their interaction are revealed
