The researches have been conducted for the optimization of culture medium for unique genotipes of Populus tremula L. in vitro. It was found that for induction of proliferation of the arms of Populus tremula in vitro one should use MS culture medium with 0,1 ml / l IBA and 0,1 or 0,5 ml / l BAP. In this article, we have presented the survey of populations of triploid plant of Populus tremula L. genetic reserve of aspen in the area of Sharinsk in the Kostroma region. We have found the population of P. tremula L. not affected by the Phellinus tremulae Bond. et Boris fungus. The morphological and cytological analysis of plant samples taken from this genetic reserve in 1961 has been made. It has finally confirmed the triploid nature of the samples
A comparison of quantitative and qualitative performance of the selected clones of breeding of A.S. Yablokov and S.N. Bagaev has been made. At the same forest conditions, the clones are much higher than regular at reserves, the absolute completeness, the average heights and diameters of trees. Gigantic forms of P. tremula L. are resistant to infectious diseases, and at the fifth grade are characterized by good sanitary condition. We have also shown the economic feasibility of using of fast-growing clones in the genetic reserve for the organization of giant aspen of P. tremula L. plantation
In order to identify high-genotypes in natural stands of
Sacutifolia Willd we worked to identify the categories of breeding trees. Experimentally proved, that for breeding to increase the productivity of bark of Salixacutifolia Willd the selection would be best carried out with plants, the diameter of the barrel of which is in the range of 9 to 16 cm, tree age 15 - 19 years
In the article we have conducted the estimation of
breeding population of salix acutifolia. We have
studied the following indicators of the measured trees:
the percentage of salicylates, bark content in relation to
the wood. For these two indices we have calculated the
"complex" productivity of the trees. Based on that, the
trees are assigned to these breeding categories:
Category 1: trees with high productivity - ( 49.7 - 39.9
kg / t of raw materials) Category 2 : trees with average
productivity - ( 39.1 - 33.8 kg / m raw materials)
category 3 : trees with low productivity - ( 31.8 - 24.3
kg / t of raw materials)
