IMITATION MODELING WHEN ANALYSING THE EFFICIENCY OF AGGREGATES FOR TILLAGE

abstract 1021408066 issue 102 pp. 1017 – 1042 31.10.2014 ru 975
The choice of the most optimal composition of aggregates for tillage for work in a certain economy is very difficult from many determined and casual factors. In connection with what, it is suggested to conduct researches with the use of quantificational and quantifier algebra logic. Also we need minimum influences on ecology, being characterized as a predicate of "minimum of expenses on indemnification of erosive losses of soil". For the agricultural technique of Russia, countries of the CIS and distant foreignness with the well-known norms of making (by the productivity) and expense of fuel imitation modeling is applied, on the method of Monte Carlo (Monte - Carlo Simulation), allowing to build a mathematical model for prognostication of necessary amount of aggregates at different normative agroterms with corresponding damages

APPLICATION OF THE IMITATION MODELING FOR OPTIMIZATION OF CONSISTENCE OF THE CULTIVATION AGGREGATES FOR CROP FARMING

abstract 1061502033 issue 106 pp. 529 – 549 28.02.2015 ru 998
The main indicators of efficiency of a cultivation machine are the following: productiveness and fuel consumption, which depend on complexity of work, operating depth and structure of the machine (type of the tractor and plough). The optimal structure of cultivation aggregate for the needs of each exact farm is complicated to do due to different determined and stochastic factors. In this case, Monte Carlo imitation modeling is proposed to use. As a result of models’ analysis, it is defined that all aggregates could be divided onto 4 groups of efficiency. Curves demonstrating dependence of fuel costs, compensation of losses caused by breakdown of agricultural terms and soil compaction caused by quantity of aggregates are built. After integration of the whole amount of aggregates into a common traditional technology of cultivation and after selection of its characteristics (quantity of aggregates, general fuel costs and losses costs, including fuel costs) it was proposed to split it onto 3 category modes: hard (according to technological mode – 2 or 5 shifts), normal (4-10 shifts), mild (6-15 shifts). The obtained models can be successfully applied in software of on-board computers in tractors and PCs of the engineers as well. Dynamical models for other technological processes in plant breeding could be obtained in the same way. All developed models allow us to make one more step towards precision farming and reduce costs for manufacture of end products

THE RELIABILITY OF TECHNICAL SYSTEMS AND ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMICAL LOSSES IN AGRICULTURE

abstract 1011407062 issue 101 pp. 985 – 1004 30.09.2014 ru 1006
The reliability of work of the technical systems significantly influences the technological losses of manufacture process. During the counting the availability ratio of the technical system it is recommended to take into the consideration implicit as well as evident breakdowns of all separate components of the whole object. There is a formula for counting technological losses depending on the availability ratio of technical object. Similar formulas for counting losses proceeding of atmosphere and water resources pollution, pollution of soils with hard matters are obtained. Introduced identities bring together reliability of the technical systems and separate components of ecological losses

APPLICATION OF ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGIES FOR ENHANCING OF IN-HEAVE MICROCLIMATE

abstract 1061502008 issue 106 pp. 135 – 150 28.02.2015 ru 1013
One of the integrative indicators of over-all performance estimation is profitability of the production. It is possible to increase competitiveness of beekeeping production as well as national food security via implementation of efficient electrical technologies. Enhancing of microclimate parameters in hives allows us to enhance the intensity of spring development of bees. The counting of integrate heat losses in heaves with ozone treatment and without the one was carried out. Using the obtained results and graphs we can develop the automation system for in-heave microclimate control. The article presents the graphs of heat losses in a beehive on the outdoor temperature and relative humidity, which were obtained experimental. It is proved that when the outdoor temperature from -15 to 8 ° C and the change in ambient air humidity of 60 to 100% heat loss beehive decrease from 4-5 W to 0.2-0.4 W. It is concluded that treatment of bees by ozone, while reducing the concentration of pathogenic microorganisms, will reduce the energy loss by reducing the air exchange, i.e. improve conditions for the development of the bee colony

FEASIBILITY STUDY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PRODUCTION OF ELECTROACTIVATORS

abstract 1101506060 issue 110 pp. 908 – 927 30.06.2015 ru 1140
The feasibility study is required in determining the effectiveness of the implementation of electrotechnical products. The main aim is to determine the magnitude of the economic effects of using key and related results in agriculture. The article presents a feasibility study of production and implementation electroactivator device in the production of 5 units monthly, 60 units per year. It is the device cost calculation based on investment, energy costs and wages. Capital investment in new plant is the cost of materials and installation. The magnitude of the value of individual elements of the unit is determined by the price lists. Determining the cost-effectiveness and technical feasibility in the production when introducing electrified units involves additional investment and operating costs, this is reflected in the cost of production. The comparison was made for the device with a new electroactivator developed in KubSAU and using chemical means of Lakmus. Calculations of economic efficiency of investments for the farm which has 225 hectares of arable land have shown that basic income will be obtained by reducing operating costs. Net present value was determined for different levels of the bank rate and inflation

THE RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF INFLUENCE OF ACOUSTIC AND MAGNETIC FIELD ON ELECTROCONDUCTIVITY AND PH VALUE OF HYDROPONIC SOLUTION

abstract 1101506035 issue 110 pp. 519 – 531 30.06.2015 ru 1540
The article deals with the results of research of acoustic and magnetic field influence on conductivity and pH value of hydroponic solution. For carrying out researches in this area the hypothesis of possibility of nutrient solution influence on ions by means of an acoustic and magnetic field is set up. A laboratory scale plant was constructed for a pilot study of the hypothesis. The solution was moved in the tube passing through a ferrite ring with winding. Thus, the solution was exposed to the influence of acoustic and magnetic field. The object of research was hydroponic solution of (NH4)2SO4; (NH4)2HPO4; K2SO4; Ca(NO3)2; MgSO4 in water having adjusted concentration and acidity. The solution was taken from the tank of laboratory scale plant by means of the pump, passed through the working area of the acoustic and magnetic device, filter, and then was poured into the tank, from which the sample for pH level changing was taken. The pH value was measured at the temperature of 22С by using electronic pH-meter KL-009(1)A. For control of instrument readings acidity was tested by universal test-paper. The initial pH value of solution made 5. As a result of acoustic and magnetic treatment of solution pH value of hydroponic solution increased from 6 to 6.9. The results show the possibility of pH value correction by small energy input
