The problem of linear motion of agricultural transporting vehicle (ATV) without satellite systems is a complex and difficult task. The consequences of non-linear movement associated with irregularity fertilizing, non-compliance between the rows and irregularity plowing leads which will leads to unnecessary costs for operating materials, which will causes significant economics damage to agricultural enterprises. In this article, we have presented theoretical foundations of simulation modeling of the course motion of the ATV taking into account wheel slipping for analyzing the effects of non-linear motion. MECHANIZATION OF CUCUMBERS HARVESTING

The article has a research character which is expressed through the analysis of ways and means of mechanization for harvesting of cucumbers, and also through the works of scientists on the studied subject. Vegetable growing is an important branch of agricultural production. Among a set of vegetable plants the increasing significance is attached to cultures production of which contains physiologically active agents. Solanaceous vegetables belong to these cultures. In Russia, vegetables on an industrial basis are cultivated in the south of the country. Everywhere in Russia crops of vegetables are reduced. It is explained by high costs of production, especially on harvest that at the general deficiency of manual skills leads to reduction of the areas, violation of technology of cultivation and harvest and, respectively, to decrease in productivity. In the conditions of import substitution of foreign agricultural production and increase in the areas of landing of vegetable cultures in the Russian Federation for creation of a safety cushion of food in the conditions of food embargo, undoubtedly, there will be required the maximum mechanization of technological process of harvesting of vegetables. The article presents the most important results of new types of designs of machines for harvesting of vegetables and cucumbers in particular, as well as problems of use of modern machines for cleaning cucumbers and vegetable cultures

MECHANIZATION OF HARVESTING AND PROCESSING OF TOMATOES

PLOUGHSHARE PLOW WITH ADDITIONAL DISK WORKING BODIES

The article is devoted to main processing of soil with the combined ploughshare plow. We have made a review of the existing patents of this technological operation in this article. The article presents most important results of modeling of new types of constructions, problems of traction resistance and quality of preparation of soil for sowing. The article has the investigation character that was provided by the analysis of ways and means of mechanization for main soil processing with the furrow inversion and excerpts from works of the leading scientists on the studied subject, there were cited the types of patents which provide the optimal soil processing, there were indicated their disadvantages and ways of decision of problems. There was determined the main tendency of working outs of soil-processing combined machines, the advancing of constructions of tilling aggregates to improve the qualitative indexes of their work. Also there was substantiated the form of disk, namely there was specified the causal- investigative communication of existence of cuts in a disk of the soil-cultivating tool in comparison with a continuous disk. There was described the principle and the process of work of operated combined ploughshare plow. In the result of the work there was obtained the construction of ploughshare plow with additional working bodies which consist of disks of set batteries for every panel of ploughshare plow. In conclusions there were observed the main results reached at present time

CONNECTION OF SCIENCE AND TECHNICS IN THE FIELD OF WORKING OUT OF MACHINERY FOR MAIN SOIL TREATMENT WITH LAYER’S CIRCULATION

The article is devoted to the scientific approach by means of automated projecting for modeling of processes of interaction of soil-processing tools with soil. The article has an applied character expressing that the method of automated projecting in Mathcad and with the help of the program SAP COMPAS 3D. There were presented the analyses of expressions as three-dimension graphics and was given their detailed analysis which can be used at implementation of construction of aggregates executing the main soil treatment with layer’s circulation. There was the main tendency of working outs of soil-processing machinery, improvement of arable aggregate constructions to make better their qualitative indexes of work. In the result of conducted work there was obtained the construction of combined mouldboard with additional flat-cutting working organs, was made up the matrix of planning of the experiment, was obtained the graph of dependence of the capture’s width of flat-cutting razor from the speed of movement of arable aggregate from which we can see that at increase of coefficient of capture’s width of flat-cutting razor the decrease of productivity happens, and the worsening of qualitative indexes of work of mouldboard respectively; there were substantiated the factors of influence the productivity; in the result of use of planning of two-factor experiment on orthogonal plan were determined the optimal parameters of work regimes of mouldboard

PATENT SEARCH OF CONSTRUCTIONS PROVIDING THE SOIL TREATMENT WITH LAYER’S CIRCULATION. THE METHOD OF SEARCH. OFFERED TECHNICAL DECISION

In the article there was considered the question of patent search of mechanization means for main soil treatment with layer’s circulation, machinery for its execution, there were revealed the problems existing in present technological operation. There were determined the ways of their realization and decision. There were described two possible variants of patent search arrangement with the application of two search systems of FIIP and FSSPS. There were indicated the closest in construction and type patents which decide the problem of main soil treatment, there were determined the ways influencing on improvement of process of main soil treatment with layer’s circulation, was determined the construction for its further study. The present article has an applied character and directs to the tendency of improvement of arable aggregate constructions to improve the qualitative indexes of work. We offered and presented the constructions of share plow and its frame for mouldboard soil treatment. It is possible to make the following conclusions: market of agricultural technology overfills with produce for soil treatment with layer’s circulation and not always can be done the proper choice of mechanization means, it is necessary to know that in the result of use of combined machines the productivity of agricultural techniques increases. In the result of patent analysis there was revealed the perspective trend in the sphere of soil treatment with layer’s circulation with decrease of traction resistance

PATENT SEARCH DESIGN PROVIDES TILLAGE OVERTURNING. METOD SEARCH. THE PROPOSED TECHNICAL SOLUTION

The article deals with the issue of patent search of mechanization for the main-processin you with a turnover of reservoir devices carry it out-ment, identified problems existing in the given-term technological operation. The ways of solving them and their implementation are shown. We describe two possible variants, making patent search using two search engines FIPS and FINDPATENT. We have shown the closest in design and type of patents that answer the main question which is tillage, the ways of influencing the process of improving tillage with a turnover of reservoir and definition of the design for further examination. This article has applied nature and is aimed at improving trend constructions of arable unit to improve the quality performance. We have proposed and presented a design of reversible ploughs and its body to moldboard tillage. When using a system of rational agriculture, we comply with all management practices of the application of modern energy-saving technology, the goal will be reached - increasing crop yields with less expenses
