This article focuses on the development of business processes in a large geographically dispersed company. In this article, the author substantiates the necessity of introducing management innovations into practical activities of enterprises in the context of informatization of the society. The approaches of innovation development of the company’s business processes, in particular the supporting business processes of the documented information processing, are suggested in the article. These approaches include holistic algorithm for the upgrade of business processes, as well as the model of building the information system technological architecture for a geographically dispersed company
