The modern level of development of the industry requires creation of more difficult and high-precision systems of an electric actuator allowing executing precisely and correctly the given technological processes. As these devices, we may consider hybrid or cascade systems of an electric actuator. However, for creation of such devices we require new design approaches, or specification and improving of the existing theories and methods of design of classical systems. The main difficulty in calculation consists in determination of parameters of electromagnetic system. In this article, new approach is given in finding of electromagnetic parameters of components of an asynchronous controlled cascade electric actuator taking into account real geometry. The current state of the industry and high level of development of technologies dictates the requirements to various electromechanical converters of energy and electric drives. Constantly there are new requirements to these types of devices and their characteristics that lead to creation of more and more difficult devices of the electric drive and control systems which example is cascade systems of electric drives. This type of drives solves part of problems of the modern industry. However, creation of such devices requires development of new approaches to design and creation of cascade systems of the electric drive and its components where one of the most complex challenges is determination of parameters of electromagnetic system. In the article, a new approach is given, in finding electromagnetic parameters of components of the operated cascade asynchronous electric drive, proceeding from the applied types of the electric windings distributed in space. DEFINITION OF ELECTROMAGNETIC ENERGY AND MOMENT IN THE CASCADE ELECTRIC DRIVE

The problem of calculation of arguments of the controlled cascade electric drive is reviewed. For a basis the electric drive is taken by the designed writers. For definition of the moments the method grounded on electromechanical transforming of energy is proposed. On an example of a present construction the values of currents of a stator and rotor and phase angles of these currents were retrieved. It has allowed to find the energy, accumulated by the device, in the given instant. Utilizing this result, the instantaneous moment was defined. The introduced mathematical model realized as the program in environment Delphi. Inaccuracy for an audit example did not exceed 10-15 %

Nowadays some branches of the industry need hybrid or cascade systems of electric drives. Electric drives use up to 60 percent of all developed electric power therefore with improvement of massdimensional indicators and power characteristics of the considered devices necessary technical characteristics are reached and losses of electric energy decrease. When creating electric drives of various designs, it is important and rather difficult to calculate an electromagnetic system. The article presents the algorithm of the program for calculation of distribution of a stream of the winding of the stator of a component of the operated asynchronous cascade electric drive. For the description of the algorithm we have chosen a two-layer winding on twenty four grooves. This algorithm is calculated on receiving a picture of distribution of the stream of the winding and, respectively, receiving a graphic representation. The algorithm is constructed on a number of the principles and types of calculation. On the principle of the task of the design of the winding, for a possibility of using this principle for further calculation. On the procedure of calculation of a picture of distribution of a magnetic field in a gap of a component of the operated asynchronous cascade electric drive, according to operation on his construction.
