A method for predicting the wear rate of the drive roller chains in programs with internal teeth was developed. We took into account the way the friction in the hinge when forced transverse oscillation

The article describes problems and reasons of current industry condition in Russia, the Krasnodar region, as well as ways to solve these problems. The article presents a new design of the drive which includes chain and toothed developed geometric and kinematic calculations. Feature of chain gears is that the sprocket pins have involute profile. The drive has a high load capacity, higher kinematic accuracy with reduced dynamic loads
The possibility of using involute sprockets, more technologically advanced in manufacturing, compared with sprockets with straight, convex-concave profile of the lug on the criterion shock resistance circuit, the maximum permissible speed of the drive sprocket for bush roller chain drives and gears with a toothed chain. The comparative analysis of researches of operation of roller and tooth chain gearings with various steps and types of profiles of sprockets showed that in all cases with increase in a step of a chain the coefficient of speed of blow increases, and the increase in number of lugs at sprockets reduces the speed of blow of the hinge about sprockets tooth. Value of coefficient of speed of blow for couple an evolvent sprockets - a gear chain is much less than value of coefficient of speed of blow for couple a plug-roller chain –sprockets of any profile. Less noise during the work of tooth chain gearings is due to evolvent sprockets. As a result of researches it is established that on kinetic energy of impact of sprockets and the hinge of a chain, sprockets with an evolvent profile can be applied on an equal basis with the sprockets having concave-convex or rectilinear profiles of lugs. Respectively, evolvent sprockets can be used both in chain transfers with roller and with gear chains
This article deals with the problems of system development of professional education and enhanced training in foreign languages for the Russian-German (Swiss, French) joint venture companies. We have shown new perspectives and possibilities improving work efficiency in staff training in relation with the new Russian Federation Federal Law of Education, creation basic universities departments in enterprises, ligitation new network forms for the implementation of network programs. We have also presented some measures to improve the quality of education, to attract highly qualified specialists of enterprises, the use of their scientific and technical base, ties companies with leading foreign organizations, the use of new educational technologies, assessment of professional competence of students in educational programs. At present the main role is played by foreign language, possession of which at this stage is an essential attribute of a successful specialist. The article has an analysis of existing methods and training courses in foreign languages and proposes a system of training of foreign language on the basis of educational industrial cluster which allows using not only the faculty of universities and training facilities, but the full potential of joint ventures, including foreign training. The proposed system involves learning a foreign language training in the following courses: general business, specialized business, intensive English, business training and other. The substantive content of special courses focused on professional activities with the use of interactive teaching methods, such as role-playing, methods for solving situational problems, methods of design activity that contributes to the development of skills to analyze, compare facts and events, to learn independently, to work in teams, to express and defend their point of view

technical level of many sectors of the economy is
largely determined by the level of production of
means of production. The basis of these means is
the machine tool industry. On the basis of machine
tool development we handle a comprehensive
mechanization and automation of production
processes in industry, construction, agriculture,
transport and other industries. We completed a
comprehensive analysis of the errors affecting the
manufacturing precision parts. The activities for
improving the accuracy of manufacture based on
VM 32 multi-machine complex series were
proposed. We made the analysis of the cutting
forces influence and the cross-sectional shape of
the slide on its deformation for various types of
processing. We determined the optimal shape of
the cross section of the slider to increase stiffness
and reduce deformation of the slide in metal
cutting

the use of unmanned technology. We
recommended measures to improve the
accuracy and quality of manufacturing of
complex and large workpieces weighing up to
100 tons. To date, the technical level of many

automation and mechanization of production
and industry processes, construction,

analyzed forms of slide sections, of errors
affecting the accuracy of the workpieces
