The article presents the results of a study of higher education institutions in the Krasnodar region based on the use of an integrated approach, identifies priority aspects of the development of universities. The level of the educational institution was calculated taking into account educational, research and international activities, staff and infrastructure. Information about the level of assessment of educational institutions is used by university applicants when they choose a particular institution. The work was carried out on the basis of monitoring the performance of educational institutions of higher education in the Krasnodar region in 2018. During the integral assessment, standardization methods were used to compare the indicator with the reference and linear transformations, as well as the method of additive convolution and the method of calculating distances. The studies showed the level of each institution of higher education, the ways of their development are highlighted. Thus, the assessment of higher education institutions, carried out on the basis of an integral indicator, covers almost all aspects of educational institutions, it allows you to quickly and objectively get an idea of universities, identify weaknesses and strengths, the results of the development of the main components of higher education institutions, and identify the reserves necessary to ensure its sustainable and effective development
The article considers methodological approaches to
assessing the effectiveness of the municipal
administration of the Krasnodar Region. The
effectiveness of the administration can be considered
as quantitative and qualitative indicators – is an
integral index. The advantage of this approach is,
firstly, the number of indicators using for evaluation
may be varied depending on the needs assessment,
secondly, the indicators may be of different
dimensions, that in normal circumstances is often
difficult to assess, thirdly, evaluation is carried out on
the basis of publicly available information posted on
the Internet, including on the portal of the Federal
State Statistics Service. Methodological approaches
to assessing the effectiveness of the administration of
the municipality consists of the following steps:
definition of the objectives and evaluation criteria;
time period; substantiation of system parameters and
indicators; bringing them into a comparable form -
standardization of indicators; calculation of integral
indicators of the parameters by the additive
convolution, or the method of distances;
Differentiation of municipalities and their ranking.
As a result of this methodical approach to the
evaluation of the municipal administrations will get
the value and parameters, whose analysis will reveal
"narrow" places in their efforts to develop ways to
address them, and to monitor the socio-economic
state of the municipality
Organization of urban movement should be viewed
as a continuous process of forecasting - planning -
design - building. Equipment of traffic management
system on the road network has to be done with
modern methods of regulation. The definition of
"acceptable system of urban traffic" depends on how
busy the traffic lane is. In the organization of traffic
public passenger transport should be considered as a
priority, as an alternative to cars, even with a
discrimination against the latter. Direction
optimization of traffic in the city is conducted in
order to objectively-conditioned transportation needs
of citizens, ensuring their comfort and the time spent
on transportation. The main questions of the article
are caused by the difficult traffic situation in the
Krasnodar city. The algorithms alleged to solve the
traffic problems based on a mathematical Dijkstra’s
algorithm, allows to calculate the shortest way
between the graphs. Steps of solution of the tasks
based on modern technological needs of the
population - using internet services. Therefore to
implement a software product as claimed in the
article, we use the development environment, based
on the latest innovations in the field of web-based
technologies
Crop production is one of the main branches of agriculture. Its development considerably affects the nutritional needs, as well as the impact on the livestock.
In the work of the crop industry was analyzed for example JSC "Rodina". The authors of the article reviewed the resources possessed by the Organization: average annual number of employees, total land area, the average annual cost of fixed and circulating assets, costs of production, power, presence technology, livestock. There are the results of the company for 3 years. The article analyses the sales prices of main plant products, revealed the most profitable crops: cereals and legumes, sugar beet, sunflower. Priority crops for cultivation, in the organization are winter cereals. Spring cereals are not cultivated during the year, because these sorts of crop industry's most capricious climate, that does not meet the production cycle, investigated the organization.
The study has identified factors that have influence on the gross harvest of products. Such factors are: productivity, acreage and harvested area, as well as losses during harvesting. In an opinion article disclosed reserves increase the collection of crop production, and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the production industry
In a competitive environment an effective measure of successful business management is diversification. This article discusses issues related to the expansion of the production activity of JSC "Slavprom" in the Slavic area. JSC "Slavprom" is a modern Vineyard and winery with a processing capacity of 6,500 tons of grapes per year. In the production activity of JSC "Slavprom" there is a number of problems: the low profitability of production; high levels of debt capital; insecurity own wine materials. As a way out of the crisis, the article examines the issues related to the expansion of industrial activity - the introduction of the production line of children's grape juice. This event will provide annually about 119.4 thousand. Liters of juice, and the five-year period - 597.0 thousand. L. Economic valuation of the project shows that the project is economically and socially effective, profitability is on average 23.3%. Discounted payback period at a discount rate of 14% is 20 months. Implementation of this project contributes entering new markets for JSC "Slavprom" with high quality and highly liquid products at an affordable price, replenishment at all levels and creating new vacancies
Every year leadership becomes more important personal
value. A real leader must have a special approach
to people, ability to motivate, to instruct staff
on the correct way to exercise the administrative
skills and leadership qualities. To be a good leader is
not easy! First of all, you need to work constantly on
ourselves. The research urgency is caused by necessity
of revealing of the student's leadership abilities
and their improvement. The article analyzes and prospects
of development of leadership qualities of future
managers – students of the management faculty
of the Kuban State Agrarian University. As indicators
of leadership development there were used: intellectually
– creative, organizational, social and
communicative. The analysis showed that the students
of the faculty of management are not well developed
personal qualities, that necessary for the
modern Manager. In this regard, the article proposed
a number of activities on the development of leadership
qualities, communication and organizational
skills of students. The problem is a considerable interest
for the social community. Developing student's
leadership qualities and the whole complex of
measures on formation of effective leadership in
Russia will contribute to the qualitative renewal of
the country
The article discusses approaches to differentiation of agricultural enterprises of the Krasnodar region on the production potential. As the object of study we have selected 640 agricultural enterprises of the Krasnodar region for 2013. Cluster analysis allows visually differentiate organizations in economic parameters. The advantage of this approach is evident when analyzed a large number of organizations and performance. It is preferred that clustering is made using hierarchical cluster analysis and k-means. The results of clustering agribusiness enterprises of the Krasnodar region on the main economic indicators were given. During the analysis, we revealed that the AIC enterprises of the Krasnodar region generally form five clusters. Cluster 1 is characterized by a very high level of development of the productive capacity of agribusiness enterprises, consists of 12 organizations and is defined as "extra large" organization. 2nd cluster is characterized as "large", it includes 25 agricultural enterprises. 3rd and 4th clusters - as "average", they account for 60% of the acreage, 52.6% of fixed assets for agricultural purposes. 5th cluster is represented as "small", is a leader in the number of organizations - 371 units and contains a minimum number of employees - 30 people. It is assumed that these approaches can be used for analysis of agricultural organizations of the Krasnodar region with different levels of specialization and in other studies
The Krasnodar region is a major producer and
supplier of agricultural products. Livestock
development in the Krasnodar region has been
supported by the following factors: favorable climate,
the intensive development of crop production, the
need of the population in livestock production and
others. Recently, however, there is a decline in
livestock production, which is due to the influence of
negative factors. Industry analysis showed the
problems that hinder the development: high costs for
the purchase of feed for livestock and poultry, low
purchase price of products, pedigree cattle deficit,
lack of foreign investment, low level of
modernization of production. The development of the
livestock industry of Krasnodar region must be
associated with the use of optimal feed rations of
cows, implementation of new methods of genetics
and selection, implementation of strict accounting
and control of livestock, improvement of livestock
veterinary support. This will increase the milk
production and improve the efficiency of the
industry. The article provides the optimal parameters
of the diet of cows, calculated by the authors and
based on the use of methods of optimization and
simulation. It is based on economic and mathematical
model developed by the staff of the Department of
Economic Cybernetics of Kuban State Agrarian
University
Land resources are the basis of agricultural production, the issue of increasing the efficiency of their use is always relevant. The purpose of this article is to estimate the economic use of land resources in the agricultural organizations of the Krasnodar region. Cost-effectiveness analysis was carried out in two stages: an initial set of agricultural organizations with the help of cluster analysis is divided into homogeneous groups; for each cluster we have constructed a production function, which reflects the relationship between the value of the gross output of the agricultural land area, the average annual number of employees, the average annual value of fixed and current assets. The analysis has allowed identifying homogeneous groups of five agricultural companies. The analysis of the production function has shown that the companies of the first cluster of agricultural land use lands with maximum efficiency, the gross output value of 1 hectare of agricultural land was 70,1 thousand rubles, and the degree of influence of agricultural land on the value of gross output reaches its maximum value and is 83%. Agricultural organizations included in clusters of three and five, have a minimum efficiency of agricultural lands use – 20,3 and 21,2 thousand rubles respectively. Based on the analysis, we have made recommendations that improve the efficiency of land: to use the best varieties that are resistant to a range of diseases and pests in the production; to observe the optimum time of harvesting, cultivation and protection of plants; to use smart energy and resource saving technologies, as well as soil conservation technologies; to improve and maintain soil fertility
Grain production is a major sector of agriculture. The
article discusses the factors that influence the
development of grain production in the Krasnodar
region. These include favorable natural and climatic
conditions, the need of the population in crop
production, quality of organizational and technical
activities and other agricultural enterprises. The
current situation in the country is poor economic
situation, including the importation of imported food,
when agricultural companies require the search of
internal reserves to increase production. The
performed statistical analysis of the economic-yield
crops helped to identify factors affecting the
productivity of crops, material and technical base of
agriculture, as well as the need to use chemicals used
to fertilize soil. The article suggests ways to optimize
the impact of economic factors on the yield of
grain in the Krasnodar region. Consider the
correlation and regression analysis to determine the
relationship between the studied parameters and
effective sign that clearly shows the evolution of the
yield of crops
