In modern Russia with market economy, formation and development of business is natural and objective process. Small business exists as independent sector of market economy, providing basic requirements of national economy. The broad movement to public recognition of a private property in the modern market relations promotes manifestation of enterprise, riskiness, effectiveness. Small business in Russia, despite already quite long term of formation of the market relations, only gains steam, and its opportunities are inexhaustible. In small business, the huge potential playing an undoubted role in ensuring stability of social and economic development of society is put. The state support of small business is actual in modern reality as small business is most vulnerable and capable to the most dynamic development. The existing measures of the state support are constructed according to the principles specified in the legislation are extensive and many-sided. Nevertheless, there is a number of shortcomings which overcoming is capable to increase efficiency of the state support of subjects of small business. In this article the efficiency of the existing state support of small business is analyzed, the social importance of small business is emphasized, the main tendencies of its development are considered; the main conditions for competitive development of small business are specified
Nowadays, competitive advantages of oil companies are in many respects determined by globalization of the economic life. For large oil companies, the process of globalization does urgent increase in their competitiveness due to diversification, attraction of financial resources of cost reduction of production due to release of the standardized products and economy at a scale; by using more close business connections with other entities, with banks for creation of entrepreneurial networks, etc. In the article, the major factors which influence competitiveness of the international companies of an oil and gas industry are revealed, their features are provided, and also the analysis of practical Russian company experience of PJSC «LUKOIL» including SWOT – analysis of strong and weak points of the company is provided. Methods of management of competitiveness of the foreign companies "Royal Dutch Shell" and Exxon Mobil, and also their achievements for the last years are analysed. The conclusion is drawn that the modern situation in the market dictates the requirement for increase in innovative activity of the company as the main instrument of ensuring high level of competitiveness and generates need of the solution of a number of new tasks for the organization and managements of innovative activities of the Russian companies on the example of PJSC «LUKOIL»
The modern banking system is one of the most important
and integral structures of market economy that
is on a threshold of high-quality changes and owing to
what the competition in the market of banking services
increases. Relevance of this subject is caused by the
need of definition of current trends of development of
the interbank competition in Russia. In the article, the
general dynamics of number of the operating banks of
Russia for the last 8 years is analyzed and conclusions
that the essential number of banks is concentrated in the
European part of the country, and a small amount of
regional banks beyond the Urals are drawn. It is revealed
that the main criteria influencing a choice of
bank the natural person are: the term of existence of
bank in the market, availability of ATMs, favorable
rates on deposits and the credits. Factors of the interbank
competition are analyzed and basic methods of
realization of competitive strategy of banks are presented.
The main reasons for insufficient development of
the banking sector of Russia are defined: opacity and
high concentration of a banking system, macroeconomic
instability, low capitalization, institutional problems,
etc. Recommendations for strengthening of competitive
advantages of domestic banks are offered: development
of new financial services, association with other banks
and participation of banks in the organization of projects
together with the enterprises which business can be
considered the most interesting and perspective
