DEPENDENCE OF PEACH LEAF CURL DEVELOPMENT ON WEATHER CONDITIONS IN RUSSIAN HUMID SUBTROPICS (APPLYING ASK-ANALYSIS)

In peach orchards of the Russian humid subtropics, leaf curl is the most dangerous and harmful disease. Due to the high degree of danger from the peach leaf curl, for the first time in this region the main task was to analyze peach leaf curl development on weather conditions. In order to solve the problem, it is proposed to apply a new innovative intellectual technology: automated system-cognitive analysis (ASK-analysis) and its software tools - the “Eidos” system. In order to build the model, based on our own observations and the experience of Russian and foreign colleagues, it was decided to use the following factors: the sum of temperatures above +4 ° C of the current year (for the period from January to April), the sum of temperatures above +4 ° C of the previous year (for the whole year), the sum of precipitation of the current year (for the period from January to April), the sum of precipitation of the previous year (for the whole year), the number of hours of infection (in the current year). It was established that such factors as the number of hours of infection, the sum of temperatures above +4 ° C in April and during the period from January to April, as well as the sum of precipitation in March and April, are the most important in the dynamics of peach leaf curl development and spread. High rates of leaf curl spread and development are caused by the number of hours of infection in the range of 1440 ... 2064 hours, as well as by low air temperatures in March and April (the sum of temperatures above +4 °C – 89,4-240,4° and 283,7-316,7°, respectively) and high air temperatures - in January and February (the sum of temperatures above +4 ° C – 155,3-259,6° and 243,5-280,1°, respectively)

DEVELOPING A VETERINARY TEST FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF GASTROINTESTINAL DISEASES IN HORSES BASED ON DATA FROM THE UCI REPOSITORY WITH THE USE OF ASC-ANALYSIS

This article briefly discusses a new innovation (brought to a level that ensures its practical use) method of artificial intelligence: automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and its programmatic toolkit which is called intellectual system "Eidos". A detailed numerical example of the solution demonstrating the technology of creating a veterinary diagnostic test of gastrointestinal diseases of horses is given. As the source data, we use data from the UCI repository, kindly given by Mary McLeish and Matt Cecile (Department of computer science of University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada N1G 2W1, with the support of a sponsor: Will Taylor. The developed test is used to solve the problems of diagnosis, decision support and examining the simulated subject area by studying its model. In the article, the problem of a performance evaluation of activity of municipal unions in the field of guardianship and guardianship is stated and its solution, based on application of system-cognitive analysis and its tooling ("Eidos" intellectual system) is offered. The formal problem definition and data domain formalization are fulfilled, i.e. classification and descriptive dials and their graduations are elaborated, the training sample, according to 2009-2010, is generated, synthesis and verification of four cognitive models, different by private measure of knowledge, which extend and formalize modes of a decision making of experts in the previous phase are performed. Framed models are applied to the computerized performance evaluation of operation of 43 municipal unions of Krasnodar territory in the field of guardianship and guardianship for 2011 and have yielded such outcomes of an estimate, which would be gained by experts as well, under condition of immutability of their approaches

EMERGENCE PARAMETER OF CLASSICAL AND QUANTUM STATISTICAL SYSTEMS

In this article we give a generalization of Hartley's model for the measure of information. We propose a rate of emergence, which is applicable to systems obeying classical or quantum statistics. Quantum sys-tems that obey Fermi-Dirac statistics and Bose-Einstein condensate, as well as classical systems obey-ing the Maxwell-Boltzmann statistics have been con-sidered. We found that the emergence parameter of quantum and classical systems differ as well as the emergence parameter of quantum systems of fermions and bosons. Consequently, the emergence parameter might be used to distinguish the classical system and quantum system, as well as quantum system of fermions and the quantum system of bosons

EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CREDIT FUNDS IN THE ASSOCIATED ENTERPRISES OF AN AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

The article presents results of the study to assess the effectiveness of credit funds in interacting agricultural (AES) and processing (PP) agricultural enterprises. The conducted studies are a continuation of the scientific work on the development of mathematical models of interaction of the enterprises of the AES and PP, are shown in the articles [1, 2, 3]. This article presents the authors’ developed set of models of management of credit funds of interacting enterprises of an agroindustrial complex. It includes mathematical models of economic efficiency of agricultural enterprises considering the use of loan funds, as well as the assessment of the maximum amount of interest rate of the loan and the minimum selling prices of units of finished agricultural products; a mathematical model of the economic efficiency of the processing plant taking into account credit obligations of the agricultural enterprise and a model for the calculation of the minimum selling prices of its finished products; a mathematical model of the economic efficiency of the combined entity with all its loans.
