ANALYSIS OF QUALITY INDICATORS OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEMS WITH NONLINEAR APPROXIMATION CONTROL LAW

The subject of research of this work was the study of the quality of control processes in a nonlinear automatic control system with an approximating the control law. In the known published works there are no results of such studies, which makes it difficult to synthesis a nonlinear control system for multimode objects in applied biotechnology, including technological objects of the agro-industrial complex. A comparative analysis of the quality of regulation in the transient and steady-state regimes is carried out. It is shown that the approximation method used for the synthesis of the nonlinear control law provides a linear dependencies in steady-state and close to them modes in combination with relay modes in transient regimes, which is a positive factor for improving the quality of regulation in multimode control systems. It does not necessary to determine the moments of switching the dependencies in the control law when changing modes

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE VENTILATION MODELS OF THE SUBSTRATE WHEN COMPOSTING

In the article we have performed a comparative analysis of a traditional system of air supply to the bioreactor during the composting process and the developed system with lateral air supply. We have proven to reduce temperature variation of the substrate as a result of the use of the ventilation system by 35%. During the simulation, equal to 1.0 hour, a ventilation system with side air flow provides a reduction of the accumulated degree of heterogeneity of status parameters of the substrate by 58%. Use of the ventilation system with side air flow reduces the duration of technological cycle of composting 7 %. The article describes the process of creation of an adaptive control system with a reference model to stabilize the temperature of drying agent. It is shown that the closed systems work with the operated models is quite satisfactory and therefore can be implemented in production. In the article we present questions of digital process control of heated air for drying seeds; it is shown that the change in the load of the heat source slightly changes the dynamics of the system for stabilizing the temperature of hot air, making it almost invariant with respect to perturbations. It is proved that the use of digital controller with dual differentiation significantly improves the performance of the automatic control system, excluding the increase astatism of the management system

FORMULATION AND SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM OF DISCRETE CONTROL IN THE THERMOPHILIC STAGE OF THE COMPOSTING PROCESS

The article formulates and solves the task of discrete control in the thermophilic stage of the composting process. It is shown, that considering the relay control entity to maintain specified process conditions requires the organization of the sliding mode. We have solved the problem of minimizing the temperature deviation of the substrate from the set values and the deviation of the oxygen concentration in the gas phase of the bioreactor from the specified values. The article shows an algorithm to compute the discrete control of the composting process in the thermophilic stage.
