In this article, we consider some aspects of regional development under changing climatic conditions. Further, we discuss trends and in global and regional climate in the past century and scenarios of climatic changes up to the end of the current century. The system of measures is suggested for transition to sustainable development of Russian Black Sea Coast. The conclusion is made that elaboration and correction of the regional sustainable development strategy requires wide spreading of information about climatic changes, environmental, economical and demographic conditions in the region

METRIC OF VIRTUAL WORLDS

We investigate the hypothesis of a plurality of parallel and virtual worlds. It is assumed that sentient beings in each virtual world reach a stage of development that can create a virtual world to simulate the history of their own development. In this case, the virtual worlds are nested within each other, which put a severe restriction on the possible geometry of space-time. Discussed the draft geometry virtual worlds consistently displayed from one world to another. It is shown that in this case, the metric should be universal, depending only on the fundamental constants. There are examples of universal metrics obtained in Einstein's theory of gravitation and Yang-Mills theory

In this paper, we consider gravitation theory in multidimensional space. The model of the metric satisfying the basic requirements of quantum theory is proposed. It is shown that gravitational waves are described by the Liouville equation and the Schrodinger equation as well. The solutions of the Einstein equations describing the stationary states of arbitrary quantum and classical systems with central symmetry have been obtained. Einstein’s atom model has been developed, and proved that atoms and atomic nuclei can be represented as standing gravitational waves

THE STUDY OF SYMBOLIC AND NUMERIC SERIES BY METHODS OF THE THEORY OF INFORMATION AND ASC-ANALYSIS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE PI NUMBER WITH ONE MILLION DECIMAL PLACES)

The article describes a software interface with the universal cognitive analytical system "Eidos-X++" ensuring the transformation of character, in particular – the numerical series in a form that is directly perceived by this system. As a result, the system can contain 3 statistical and 7 intellectual models of the series, which highlights the relationship between the characters or numbers in these lines. To reflect the relationships between the characters we used the same private and integral data of the automated system of cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis), and in the reflection of reasons-and-effect relationships between events in the real area that has not previously been used in the theory of numbers. The article provides a detailed numerical examples of such studies on the example of the identification of relationships between numbers that represent the decimal digits of the PI number, in the example we use one million digits of the PI number after the decimal point

CaGd4 x y zYbxEryCez(SiO4)3Osingle crystals were grown by the Czochralski method, the concentration dependence of the luminescence decay kinetics of the levels 4S3 / 2, 4I11 / 2 and 4I13 / 2 ions Er3+and X-ray analysis conducted for these crystals. By the results of stereo atomic analysis, it is shown that there is possible to estimate the lifetimes of levels, i.e. predict the probability of multipole interactions
