We observe the causes of city transport problems directly in Krasnodar transport stream and traffic
The article investigates the experience of
implementing automated control systems, which
indicates that at the system design phase, it is difficult
to choose a single criterion of control. Therefore, in the
control system it should be possible to quickly set the
criterion during operation, and methods of assignment
should clearly reflect the agronomic, economic and
technical requirements for the system. Thus, modern
control system should allow to define not only one of
the above control criteria, or a combination, but any
other arising in the production process, providing
agronomist-technologist opportunities in choosing a
method of maintaining temperature and humidity
conditions in the greenhouse. Greenhouse is a fastpaced
environment and the state largely depends on
the intensity of sunlight, humidity, direction and wind
speed, the number of fertilized soil and its humidity.
Competent and correct management of these
parameters is a complex task and involves certain
costs, but in the end allows you to benefit many times
greater than the costs. The developed system called
"Microclimate" will have a positive effect on any
hosted sites, as it allows to increase energy efficiency
and reduce fuel costs for heating greenhouses,
electricity, water
Automated lighting control system designed for use in public buildings; they perform actions typical for this kind of products. Accurate maintenance of artificial light in the room at the set level. This is achieved by having a lighting control system with a photocell inside the room and controlling the lighting system illumination. Even only one this function allows you to save energy due to the cutoff of the so-called "excess light". Calculating natural light in the room. Despite having the vast majority of premises with natural lighting in the daytime, the power of the lighting system is calculated excluding. If you maintain illumination created jointly by a lighting system and natural light, at a predetermined level, it is possible to further reduce the power of the lighting system at each moment of time. At certain times of the year and hours of the day, perhaps it is enough to use just natural light. This function can be carried out by the same solar cell as in the previous case, provided that it tracks the full (natural + artificial) illumination. In this case, the energy savings can be at 20 - 40% level
Definition of the directions of development of transport system of the city is to ensure objectively justified needs for movement of goods and people on the territory of the city. Transport planning of the city is in direct connection with the planning of territories. The transport planning issues are resolved immediately after the planning of the city. Transport planning is based on the provisions of the General plan of the city. Organization of urban traffic should be considered as a continuous process of forecasting – planning – design – construction. In the organization of road traffic, public passenger transport should be considered as a priority, as an alternative to a car, even with a certain amount of discrimination. Among the possible solutions to the questions of organization of traffic at signalized intersections include the use of multi-program traffic lights regulation (at least three programs) that allows you to change the duration of a traffic light cycle, permitting phases at a fixed value of the cycle and intermediate cycles depending on clock download site. Equipment management systems of traffic on the road network, modern technical means of regulation. The definition of "acceptable system of urban road traffic is largely dependent on the degree of customer satisfaction (the movement). And it varies. It is influenced by many factors, such as the size of the urban agglomeration. It is quite clear that it is impossible to achieve the same results in settlements with population more than 1 million people and less than 100 thousand
The article is devoted to the gradual development of the complex software development for remote project management, the development of the necessary organizational diagrams, decomposition charts, as well as constraints the design stage. A set of methods and techniques of organization of information processes in production systems allows the selection and the use of an information technology solution for the synthesis of knowledge about the work situation; it is the content of the concept of formation of information resource management for system knowledge-intensive production. Management system of information space in manufacturing organizations is formed in a specific environment, which is characterized as an information resource management system – a system of organization of internal and external flows of information, as well as methods and tools for searching, processing and distribution of information in the organization. At the design stage of the systems during the development of large automated, technology, energy, aerospace, information and other complex complexes experiencing the problems associated with less consideration of the properties and laws of functioning of elements, and more - with a choice of the best structure, optimization of interaction of elements, the definition of optimal modes of their functioning, the influence of the external environment, etc. As we increase the complexity of the system this complex system-wide issues play more significant place
The article considers prerequisites for the development
of complex software and tools for data analysis,
modeling, forecasting and management decision
making in the management of IT-projects. System of
decision support can facilitate the work of heads of
enterprises and increase its efficiency. They
significantly accelerate the solution of problems in
business. In the organization, there is a software
complex, which suggests that the transmission of
information about incoming orders and deadlines for
every Department and information on the
implementation of the orders of the head is performed
via the software package. Using software system, the
client leaves a request for the execution of services.
The Manager sends a request to the appropriate
Department. Units, in turn, convey information about
the status of the application via the software package.
The software package provides fast remote bilateral
communication in electronic form between the client
and Manager and between Manager and the
departments. In a company, the head and head of
sector perform the coordination of work in
implementation of IT projects. However, there are a
number of human factors that make people cannot
keep track of the timely execution of all requests from
subordinates
Nine out of ten acts of sabotage are committed by
people one way or another associated with information
technologies. According to experts at InfoWatch,
developer of systems to protect confidential
information from insiders, the reason for this
profession lies in the psychological characteristics of
these employees. Reading more will allow
understanding the problem with a couple of examples
from the life that most powerfully illustrate typical
traits of professionals in the information environment.
And, although the first teller did not hide his name, the
second one decided to remain anonymous. Deep
psychological background of the act of sabotage often
leads to the fact that a disgruntled employee threatens
boss or colleagues, for example, by e-mail. Sometimes
he even shares his thoughts with someone from
colleagues. In other words, not only the attacker knows
the information about the upcoming sabotage. Analysts
estimate that other people know 31% of information
about the plans of a saboteur. Of these, 64% are
colleagues, 21% with friends 14% — family members
and another 14% were accomplices. It was also
determined that 62% of corporate saboteurs think
through their actions beforehand. In 47% of cases, they
commit preparatory acts (e.g., theft of confidential data
backups). 27% — design and test of the future
mechanism of the attack (preparing a logic bomb on
the corporate network, additional hidden system
entries, etc). In 37% of cases the activity of employees
can be noted: of this amount, 67% of preparatory
actions visible online 11% offline and 22% both
While shopping, everyone is at risk of processing, use,
and, as a consequence, dissemination of their personal
data. We pay with a credit card, sometimes leaving our
contact information, making the discount card and
subscribing to various events, connecting and using a
public Wi-Fi network in places where it is provided.
Even our chaotic movement through the Mall is
monitored, with the aim of creating logistics customer
flow. Here, to help managers and executives of
shopping centers, high technologies come. The
companies already go beyond standard video recording
devices and sensors invoice on the front door, letting
your eyes for our phones. At the moment some
companies are implementing monitoring smartphones
using a Wi-Fi signal. This service will allow you to
track the attendance of site, conversion of the people
who pass by the object and its visitors, distribution of
visitors for the facility, directions to consider regular
and new visitors, the amount of time that visitors
spend in the shopping center, but also to determine the
hours of flows and downs of attendance during the
day, in other words, to build a complete statistical
report
During an era of rapid development of society and all
areas of its activity, special attention should be paid to
a condition of the objects considerably simplifying
humans’ life. The car, which began to be an integral
part of each family, is among such objects. But
sometimes, the car can get into accident and then some
malfunctions appear. For their elimination, motorists
address to the specialized organizations for car repairs.
The article is devoted to introduction of information
technologies to the sphere of rescue and recovery
operations of a body of the car. Today, a necessary
condition of advance in the sphere of information
technologies is widespread introduction of standards
and technologies of the information systems used both
for hardware, and for software products. In this study,
the efficiency of application of the complex of
hardware (CH) by means of which achievement of
improvement of quality of rescue and recovery
operations, through a possibility of comparison of the
damaged detail with its factory model and a possibility
of quality check of the end result will be considered.
The set of methods and techniques of the organization

The foodservice industry plays an increasingly
important role in modern society and every person.
This is achieved primarily due to the changing
technologies of food processing, development of
communications, the means of delivery of products
and raw materials, the intensification of many
industrial processes. Catering is one of the most
important socio-economic components of the level of
development of society. The production process
consists of the partial tasks of providing, storing,
manufacture, sale, distribution, financing, optimization
of the warehouse, personnel training and the
introduction of new technologies and management.
The aim of the study is determination of methodology
of optimization of procurement activities in the field of
restaurant business, using mathematical programming
methods. In catering should pay special attention to the
costs of procurement. When choosing a method of
solution you need to consider the shelf life of products
purchased, calculate the number of them required for
dishes and many other important criteria. Today there
are thousands of solutions to the optimization
problems of planning and management, but many of
them also have a number of disadvantages, for
example, do not cover all aspects of the subject area,
neither provide complete information
