ELABORATION OF METHODS FOR PREPARATION OF STERIAL INTACT MATERIAL OF TROPICAL VINES ON THE EXAMPLE OF Passiflora arbelaezii L. IN CULTURE IN VITRO

abstract 0931309108 issue 93 pp. 1554 – 1565 30.11.2013 ru 1257
The article considers the new method for recovery of P. arbelaeziion intact material on the basis of grafting into endogenous pathogens resistant Passiflora species in vivo. The influence of the explants origin depending on the stock of intact plants on the development of regenerated P. arbelaezii under in vitro condition is examined

WAYS OF TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT THERMAL TREATMENT OF OIL-CONTAMINATED WASTE

abstract 0931309113 issue 93 pp. 1634 – 1647 30.11.2013 ru 2103
The article deals with the problem of oil-contaminated waste neutralization by thermal method. A comprehensive analysis of the original waste going for recycling and the resulting ash and the assessment of eco-toxicant migration in the environment are carried out. It is suggested the measures for resource saving to get secondary material resources and recommendations for improving thermal destruction technologies consistent with the requirements to the best available techniques

THE EFFECT OF COTTONSEED AND SOYBEAN SUPPLEMENTATION ON CLA ISOMERS AND OTHER UNSATURATED FATTY ACIDS COMPOSITION IN SHEEP MILK

abstract 0931309115 issue 93 pp. 1680 – 1715 30.11.2013 ru 1714
The objective of the present study was to investigate the supplementation effect of different treatments of whole cottonseed and full fat soybean on the diet of dairy ewes and the milk fatty acid profile and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) content. The results indicate for both diets it is most suitable to use the second treatment in order to increase the level of cis- 9,trans-11 CLA isomer in milk. In the level of trans-10,cis-12 and cis-9, cis-11 no changes were observed in neither of the diets.

PROBLEMS OF DEVELOPMENT OF COM-POUND COMPOST

abstract 0941310008 issue 94 pp. 81 – 111 27.12.2013 ru 1197
Compound compost during its formation involving organic and mineral wastes retains the organic matter by reducing its degradation products with nitrifying and denitrifying organisms due to its economical ex-penditure of phosphorus and calcium, increased am-monia and total nitrogen, formation in the process of development of calcium sulfate with participation in its formation of residue calcium salt and ammonia

THE EFFECT OF LIGHT SPECTRAL COMPOSITION ON GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF LILIUM CAUCASICUM UNDER IN VITRO CONDITIONS

abstract 0941310012 issue 94 pp. 151 – 161 27.12.2013 ru 1879
It is shown that under in vitro conditions, regenerated plants of Lilium caucasicum cultivated in the light of varying intensity and spectral composition didn’t have the same biometric parameters (length and width of leaves) or number of micro bulbs. There were established some specific effects of the two main areas of photosynthetically active radiation - blue and red on the growth and development of the plants as well as on the content of photosynthetic pigments

INTRODUCTION OF SOME RARE AND ENDANGERED SPECIES OF WESTERN CAUCASUS FLORA TO IN VITRO CULTURE

abstract 0941310013 issue 94 pp. 162 – 178 27.12.2013 ru 988
There were developed some methods of sterilization and introduction of the following endangered species of Caucasian flora to in vitro culture: Campanula sclerophylla Kolak., Lilium caucasicum Miscz. ex Grossh., Daphne woronowii Kolak., Pancratium maritimum L.. The effect of different plant hormones as well as their combinations and concentrations on the regeneration, growth and development of plants is studied. As a result of clonal propagation, more than 100 plants of Campanula sclerophylla Kolak, about 30 plants of Pancratium maritimum L., and 150 samples of Lilium caucasicum Miscz. Ex Grossh are saved in tissue culture

TROPHIC ASPECTS OF FORMATION OF COM-POUND COMPOST

abstract 0941310015 issue 94 pp. 195 – 221 27.12.2013 ru 1153
Creation of complex compost provides the inclusion of about 10 kinds of organic and mineral wastes, the management of which optimizes their unification in order to create effective compounds, which noticeably change the physical, chemical and biological complexes by enhancing their long activity (4-6 years), ranging from their introduction into the upper layer of the soil, taking into account the development of microorganisms, strengthening water-physical links, enriching chemical ones and extending biological relationships with the expansion of ecological niches
