DYNAMICS OF MOUNTAIN FOREST IN RESERVE AREA (“STOLBY” RESERVATION)

abstract 0911307039 issue 91 pp. 592 – 602 30.09.2013 ru 1209
Accounting stands (1959, 1977, 2007) revealed reduction of areas dominated by deciduous species and larch in the State Nature Reserve "Stolby". Area stands of fir and pine increased. Area stands of cedar and spruce didn’t change over the last 50 years. Deciduous stands differs rapid accumulation of stock, but they have productivity lower then conifers. There is a shift in even-aged stands to multiple-aged stands in coniferous formations. They are close to a climax state. Cedars grow on the type of the even-aged stands, because they appeared in the area recently

AMINO ACID METABOLISM IN COWS DURING THE TRANSITION PERIOD IN BALANCING DIET ON THE EXCHANGE PROTEIN AND DIGESTIBLE AMINO ACIDS

abstract 0961402019 issue 96 pp. 238 – 269 28.02.2014 ru 1222
Application of a factorial method for determining the needs in metabolic protein and essential amino acids, helps to deepen knowledge on physiology of protein and amino acid supply and allow to improve the standards for dairy cows during the transition period; in insufficient of metabolic protein and essential amino acids increased coefficients of their transformation into net protein and absorptive amino acids as a result of mobilization of body of cows; with an optimal protein nutrition their transformation in net milk protein, lysine and methionine accordingly amounted to 0.67, 0,83 and 0,82. The most significant changes in the concentration of methionine, proline, glutamate, glutamine, glycine were observed in cows before calving and immediately after birth, stabilization of their level starts with a 24 lactation day, that is connected with the peculiarities of the feeding behavior of the cows and the gradual intensification of the processes of metabolism and milk production. To control the status of protein metabolism we have offered benchmarks compositions of free amino acids in cows’ blood plasma phases: 21-0 days before calving, 0-21 and 22-120 days after calving

PECULIARITIES OF Hypericum forrestii (Hypericaceae) VEGETATIVE PROPAGATION BY CUTTINGS UNDER CONDITIONS OF THE BLACK SEA COAST OF THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 0911307010 issue 91 pp. 145 – 155 30.09.2013 ru 1227
The peculiarities of vegetative propagation of ornamental plant Hypericum forrestii (Hypericaceae) by cuttings under conditions of the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar region have been studied. It has been found that summer cuttings of lignified and semi-lignified propagula are the best for vegetative propagation of Hypericum forrestii

SPECIES OF VENOMOUS SNAKES OF FAUNA OF NAXÇIVAN AUTONOMOUS REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

abstract 1021408052 issue 102 pp. 833 – 846 31.10.2014 ru 1228
The article is devoted to the results of study of taxonomic situation and ecological features of venomous snake species spread in the territory of the Naxçıvan Autonomous republic. Materials for researches have been collected within 2011-2014 on different biotopes and landscapes according to altitudinal belts of the region. 4 venomous species like: Macrovipera lebetina, Montivipera raddei, Pelias renardi, Pelias dinniki and 2 semivenomous snake species like: Telescopus fallax and Malpolon monspessulanus were revealed in herpetofauna of the Autonomous Republic

EFFECTS OF GROWTH REGULATORS ON ROOTING CUTTINGS OF SYRINGA (PHILADELPHUS L.,PHILADELPHACEAE)

abstract 1051501054 issue 105 pp. 898 – 908 30.01.2015 ru 1230
Increased range of Syringa in landscaping is a topical issue. They are very decorative shrubs, more and more widely used in landscape design. Study of vegetative propagation of plants, with the use of growth regulators, was conducted to identify the most perspective stimulator and to reduce the terms of the finished product. Syringa refers to bad rooting cultures. However, the methods of green propagation of cuttings with the use of growth stimulators not only propagate a culture, but also increase the yield of landing products. The article considers the technology propagation by cuttings of this promising shrub. It also shows the effect of growth stimulators: radifarma and HB-101, used for soaking of cuttings. According to the research, we have found an apparent benefits effect of the processing of cuttings with the stimulators on growth and development of root system. The analysis of the tables of rooting rate of cuttings shows the positive development of cuttings in the processing of the growth regulators. We have obtained the experimental data allowing to define which varieties distinguished by the greatest rooting and duration rooting among all the studied cultivars. Thus, the studies show that the use of growth stimulators with propagation of Syringa cuttings is an effective way of reproduction

PECULIARITIES OF ONTOGENESIS AND POPULATION AGE STRUCTURE OF PULSATILLA PATENS (L.) MILL

abstract 0931309015 issue 93 pp. 220 – 232 30.11.2013 ru 1231
In the article we have investigated the ontogeny and the peculiarities of the passage of its stages from Pulsatilla patens (L.) Mill. We have characterized the morphological features of the developmental stages. The age structure of populations and the influence of anthropogenic factors on it have been set

HYBRID ANALYSIS OF VARIABILITY OF RECOMBINATION FREQUENCY (RF) IN THE POPULATION OF F2 TOMATO HYBRIDS

abstract 0991405032 issue 99 pp. 495 – 507 30.05.2014 ru 1241
The analysis of the variability dynamics of recombination frequency in the population of splitting F2 interspecific and intraspecific tomato hybrids has been carries out. It was discovered that recombination frequency depends on the components of cross breeding. It has been established that it is reasonable to use mutant forms of Мо 393, Мо 628 and interspecific hybrid F1 Мо 628 × L. esculentum var. racemigerum in selection process as an inductor of genotypic variability

USE OF SUBCRITICAL WATER FOR THE CONTENT ASSESSMENT OF POLYCYCLIC AROMATIC HYDROCARBONS IN SOILS OF THE INFLUENCE ZONE OF POWER COMPLEX COMPANIES

abstract 0921308046 issue 92 pp. 694 – 703 31.10.2013 ru 1246
The research of the territory adjacent to Novocherkassk state district power station, for the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (on an example of benzo(a)pyrene) is presented. The benzo(a)pyrene content in soils has been determined with a method of subcritical water extraction. The content of benzo(a)pyrene in soils of the territory adjacent to Novocherkassk state district power station has been estimated. It is shown, that contents of benzo(a)pyrene excess over maximum permissible concentration in soils of five-kilometer zone around the companies
