The article contains a scientifically based approach to
assessing and improving the reliability of DMU "Frigate"
in the conditions of the Rostov region. The studied
parameters for the elements with the lowest resource
were: mean time between failure, mean time to repair,
probability of failure, the parameter flow of failures,
failure rate, actual and allowable factors of readiness.
The analysis of the main faults of DMU "Frigate",
identified nodes and elements, characterized by the
low reliability, for which the dependences of probabilities
of failure-free operation, as well as the dependence
and developed the procedure for calculating the optimal
duration of recovery of failed elements, to ensure
acceptable availability. Statistics on major faults refuse
items were collected over the three irrigation seasons
from 2013 to 2015, were investigated failures due to
wear of the elements for 17 irrigation machines. As a
result of the research we developed mathematical apparatus
of calculation and the comparative assessment
of the readiness of the parks sprinklers of various
farms to perform their processing functions at the same
and different number of machines. We obtained the
dependence for determining the allowable duration of
the recovery elements that will allow you to determine
the main directions of improving the reliability of
DMU "Frigate" during the operational phase
The article discusses the pan-Russian problem of construction of buildings without appropriate permits. Conclusions were drawn about the necessity of control over unconscientious developers with the help of information systems and databases. The analysis of actual software was carried out in order to automatize the control of the legality of the construction. Legal features of equity and share participation in the construction of apartment buildings were studied. Legal aspects of the process of buying an apartment were considered. The review and the comparative analysis of the software that automatizes control of the construction legality were discussed, such as Yandex.Nedvizhimost and "Getting information from citizens concerning illegal construction within the city" System. The deficiencies of the software were identified and the necessary functions, the real estate search criteria and the issuance of authorizing documents criteria were listed. The decision on the need for a software product that combines all the necessary functions (search for real property by criteria and output of the information about the legality of the construction on-line) was grounded
The work is done in scientific and practical directions
for minimization of power losses in transmission of
electricity to local distribution networks between the
actors of the energy (producers and consumers) of
energy-saving technologies focused on technological
activities such as modernization and reconstruction of
networks. Quite often in various circuits of power
systems, it is advisable to transfer energy and its power
through intermediate (transit) nodes. Structural
changes in the electricity sector, at present, are mainly
associated with the introduction of market relations
between the subjects of energy exchange; therefore, in
this work special attention is paid to the problem of
calculating the power losses, as it is nonlinearly
dependent on the power at the nodes and branches of a
network. It should be noted that the nodes in problems
transit capacity could be both sources and consumers.
The latter necessitated the need for search of possible
ways to reduce transportation losses of energy due to
both the improvement and optimization of distribution
networks and through the use of intermediate transit
nodes. It follows that the transportation problem in this formulation is more General and expands the
possibilities of optimization of power losses for the
local subsystems of the energy clusters. The work is
composed of the transport matrix for solving problems
transit capacity, where the algorithm taking into
account the distinctive features of which consist in the
use of continuous numbering of sources and
consumers in the matrix, and any node can be a transit
country. The transit capacity ii-th node Zii=0, and the
dimension of the matrix in contrast to the previously
considered tasks has (n+m) (n+m) and it remains
square as all the transport problems of linear
programming. Transit variables Xii are included in the
solution of the problem with a minus sign, and all
transit variables are considered basic. From the above
example in the work of a number of branches of a
network is minimal, which significantly reduces the
cost of building and maintaining the network, and the
solver minimizes the power loss between the subjects
of energy exchange and, as a result to savings from the
standpoint of cost of construction of the network and
the management of overflows of energy in it
The best predecessors for sowing grain are grains and legumes, tilled cultures and perennial grasses. The precursor also determines the choice of the tillage type. The imperfection of the working bodies of the machines for soil treatment is the main reason for the increase in the complexity of preparing soil for sowing. In recent years, domestic manufacturers have been producing combined working machines that perform several technological operations in one pass. To prepare soil for sowing grain there have been selected disk units and working machines which were tested on the Kuban State Zonal Machine-Station. They fit well with the existing technology. It is rational to conduct tillage of soil for tall crops and perennial grasses by the disc cutter BDM-4×4. The disc cutter efficiently prepares the soil for seed bed cultivation on tilled precursors in one pass or two passes. It is efficient to conduct tillage on grain precursors by the stubble cultivator KSP-6, by the disc combined unit AKD-3 or DCN - 3.3. After grain predecessors the disc guns prepare soil for seed bed cultivation in two passes, and after perennial grass in a single pass. According to the results of the trials on the Kuban State Zonal Machine-Station the stubble cultivator KSP-6 efficiently prepares soil for sowing in one pass of the unit. The block-module cultivator MSC provides high quality pre-sowing cultivation simultaneously with sowing. There was proposed the method of equipping the unit so that it would provide usage of the data and technical characteristics of the tractor and physico-mechanical properties of the soil for which the technological operation is to be done. The proposed method determines the transmission ratio for which the amount of slipping does not exceed the permissible values in agro requirements. The value of the theoretical speed is calculated for the given transmission. Operating speed is determined taking into account the slip values
There are about 575 thousand of citizens in the
Krasnodar Region that are entitled to a preferential
medical maintenance in accordance with the Federal
Law of 17.07.1999 (â„–178-FZ) "On state social
assistance." About 120 thousand of preferential
prescriptions for 150 thousand of medicines are
serviced per month. In order to make the drugs
prescription process based exceptionally on real
medical indications in accordance with modern
concepts of medical service quality it is necessary to
plan the medical-economic drugs prescription validity
control (MEC). The work proposes the analysis and
synthesis method of decision support system (DSS)
modules for automation the selection of drugs
prescription and medicinal maintenance cases,
concerning the federal benefit recipients, while
performing the MEC. DSS allows medical experts to
estimate the efficiency of federal funds costs, that are
spent on the preferential medicinal maintenance,
moreover, it can serve as a basis for future purchases
planning, as well as to correct and improve the
efficiency of medical prescriptions. The DSS was
developed in accordance with the approved procedure
of information exchange in the Krasnodar Region; it
involves the integration with existing systems.
Furthermore, as the federal register of persons,
entitled to the state social assistance, has common
formats among all the Russian Federation subjects, the
developed system can be easily adapted in other
regions

The article is devoted to an actual problem of information systems’ security assessment and the importance of objective quantitative assessment results receiving. The author offers the creation of complex system of information security with system approach, which will be used at each stage of information system’s life cycle. On the basis of this approach the author formulates the general scheme of an information security assessment of information system, and also the principles of an assessment’s carrying out method choice. In this work the existing methods of a quantitative assessment based on object-oriented methods of the system analysis, and also the objectivity of the received estimates on the basis of this approach are considered. On the basis of the carried-out analysis, serious shortcomings of the used modern techniques of an information systems’ security assessment are allocated, then the idea of the scientific and methodical device providing the increase of objectivity and complexity of an information assessment means on the basis of expert data formalization creation necessity was formulated. The possibility of this approach application for expeditious receiving a quantitative information security assessment in the conditions security threat’s dynamics changes, functioning and developments of information system is considered. The problem definition of automated information systems’ security assessment is executed, and the general technique of protection means of information in systems of this type was formulated
The peculiarities of the Tuapse refinery installation of
primary oil refining ELOU-AVT-12 commissioned in
2013 were shown. The device is intended for
dehydration and desalting of oil. Analyzed: tube
furnace N-1001/1,2 for heating oil and oven N-
2001/1,2,3,4, for heating the distilled fuel oil. Tube
furnace ELOU is one of the main sources of air
pollution. We have performed quantitative chemical
analysis of gas emissions furnace ELOU AVT and
determined percentage of components O2, N2, CO in
the emissions. The content of carbon monoxide in
emissions was less than 0.05%, which corresponds to
the standards. The average nitrogen content is 80%,
which also corresponds to standard indicators

The market of frozen meat by-products is actively developed in large cities, where it has its own production. The participants of the market state that consumers have started to buy more frozen by-products by weight and the analysis of meat by-products assortment in retailing trade for 2014 testifies it. Trying to fasten their positions, operators of the market not only develop the production powers but work out new products and the analysis of dynamics of production volumes of meat by-products and shares of federal districts – producers of meat by-products testify it.
