The article presents the results of the analytical
research of the movement of components of forages in
screw drums on the example of relative reels of
Rts7.1.A and Rts5.1a having the next feature: on the
perimeter, we have obviously expressed conditionally
cylindrical screw lines formed. The carried-out
analysis of the movement of particles of components
of forages in relative screw drums and the executed
review of mathematical models in relation to the
movement of components of forages in relative screw
drums, including a model of a continuous stream of
particles of components of forages, a model of power
balance of the movement of a continuous stream of
particles of components of forages, a model of the
movement of components of forages as a material
point has been shown. Analytical dependences for
determination of longitudinal speed of movement of
components of forages and the length of a relative
screw drum are presented. The article examines

The industrial safety on cereal production is currently
important due to the severity of the consequences of
accidents occurring to them. It should be noted that,
despite the considerable efforts of recent years,
awareness-raising and supervisory plan towards
preventing their occurrence, the lack of attention of
organizations operating hazardous production facilities
to comply with the relevant standards and
requirements allows us to characterize the recent
situation in this area quite difficult, as evidenced by
statistics. In this article it is clearly illustrated the
qualitative and quantitative expression of such an
approach in practice. The conceptual framework is
disclosed in the light of efforts to carry out industrial
safety examination in the conformity assessment of
hazardous industrial facilities according to industrial
safety requirements in the Russian Federation. The
basic methods and technical means used for the
prevention of accidents at hazardous production
facilities of storage and processing of plant raw
materials provide an overview of domestic and foreign
producers. The item-description of the system of
protection of buildings and facilities of hazardous
production facilities is given taking into account the
industry specifics. There are specified the key factors
meeting modern technical requirements, cost-based
position of enterprises, ensuring conditions for safe
operation of the storage and processing of plant raw
materials
At the nodes of the various machines, we use plain bimetal bearings: a steel base - antifriction cladding layer. Bimetal bearings have increased performance. One of the ways of making such bearings is the way of centrifugal bimetallization with heating of the independent electric arc. An important requirement of this technology is a uniform heating of the workpiece along the entire length until the formation of a continuous layer of the molten cladding material. The process of bimetallization require temperature control, since within the movement of the electric arc, low heat or high heat are possible due to heat dissipation from the ends of the workpiece in the installation and from the outer surface of the workpiece to the environment. A viable option the temperature control of the heat process of bimetallization for industrial conditions is to control the temperature of the outer surface of the steel base. It is necessary to solve the heat problem of the relationship between the temperature on the surface of the workpiece with the temperature on the boundary layers. For this purpose the numerical solution of the mathematical model of the thermal process, which includes the heat transmitting equation of Fourier and heat transfer at the ends of the sleeve according to Newton's law. The equivalent coefficients of heat transfer are obtained based on calculated and experimental thermograms. This is a time-consuming work. To minimize the time of fixing the boundary value problem of the thermal process of bimetallization, in this work we present the preliminary modeling based on the analytical solution of the thermal task of bi-metallization

colony. We have presented an ant colony algorithm as
a method of solving difficult combinatorial
optimization problems. The work describes a scheme
of the ant colony algorithm for solving difficult
combinatorial optimization problems for the problem
of p-median. The ant colony algorithm was proposed
in relation to the problem of optimal facility location
problem for the p-median
The accumulation of free radicals in the human body
in excessive quantities is one of the reasons that are
known to cause many dangerous diseases and aging.
To reduce the negative impact of free radicals to the
body is possible through regular consumption of food
products enriched with nutritional and dietary
supplements containing natural antioxidants such as
phenolic compounds, vitamin C, vitamin E and β –
carotene. Scientists of federal state budgetary scientific
institution "Krasnodar research Institute of storage and
processing of agricultural products" have developed a
technology for production of food additives from
secondary materials generated during the processing of
apples and pumpkins. The article presents data
characterizing the antioxidant and antiradical activity
of food additives derived from secondary plant
resources developed and known technology. It is
established that the antioxidant activity determined by
the amperometric method, and the antioxidant
(antiradical) activity, determined by DPPH method,
supplements, "Powder apple" and " Powder pumpkin"
obtained by the developed technology, is almost 1.5
times higher in comparison with antioxidant and
antiradical activity of food additives, obtained by
known technologies, because of higher content of
antioxidants in the developed supplements. It has been
established that the expression of antioxidants and
anti-radical activity of food supplements obtained from
secondary resources on the developed technologies,
can be positioned in a number of (descending):

An integral part of technological process for the cultivation of agricultural crop is the transportation issues. For their execution, we require significant energy and labor costs. The statistics show that the proportion of expenses for transportation of goods in agriculture reaches 25-40% of the total costs for ready-to-sale production, when the proportion of farm tractor transportations reaches 60% of the total. Thus, there are considerable losses of production, reaching in separate cases up to 50%. They are especially great in the harvesting and post-harvest cycles of crop production which is connected with crop damage during transportation. Large losses of fruit and vegetable products when transporting might be connected with their mechanical damage level during loading, unloading and transportation. This causes the urgency of the problem of preservation when transporting fruit and vegetables. One of the prior national issues is "... the development of directions to improve road transport maintenance with the aim of improving the quality of the transport process, which includes increasing commercial speed of freight flows by 2-3 times, increase productivity and profitability of road transport systems by 2-3 times, reducing the environmental load on nature by 20% ... The article presents a study of parameters and modes of operation of machines for soil cultivation. In determining the parameters and modes of operation of machinery for tillage we have applied the theory of similarity and dimensions of physical quantities. We have obtained the regularities of disclosing the relationship of the parameters from the medium to the energy characteristics of the process. As the initial data we used test protocols of machines for soil cultivation (Central - Black Earth, Kubanskaya, Sibirskaya, of North - Caucasion MIS, RosNIITiM) : KPI - 3.8, AРC - 3.9, AKV - 4, AKM - 6 - V, AMP - 4 APC - 4 A, AРC - 10 APR - 4.4, APU - 6.5 APSH - 6 , CNC - 6.0, CSТ - 3.8, APC - 4. We defined the formula оf dimension parameters and modes of operation of machines for soil cultivation and properties of soil (traction resistance, depth, width, speed, hardness of the soil, acceleration). Based on dimension theory we have received similarity criteria. Based on the correlation analysis and the least squares method we determined the nature of addiction and the coefficients for it. We have also received a graph for determining the operating modes and parameters of machines for soil cultivation

"Aidos" for the prevention of fires, electrical injuries,
and accidents at agricultural sector and optimizing
the security measures of human-machine systems.
Causes of accidents are multi-phase or single-phase
short-circuit in the supply network or electrical installation,
the failure of the primary protective equipment
and violations of regimes for electrical installations,
causing overloads, deterioration of the insulation of
supply cables, the mismatch of protective devices to
regulatory requirements. Implementation of systemcognitive
analysis provides a reduction in the number
of dangerous fabricated experiences at hazardous
production facilities. Due to the application of ASCanalysis,
it provides a more efficient operation of
electric installations on dangerous industrial objects,
which means to prevent fires, electric shock injuries,
accidents and optimize the safety measures for manmachine
