The urgency of models and algorithms of adaptive control of fish filleting process researches has been shown. The structure of adaptive automatic management system of filleting equipment, including estimator in the form of consequent statistical analyzer and adaptator as a linear tactic automaton, is offered. The lite recurrent model of adaptation algorithm for statistical tests by Monte-Carlo method and results of modeling is offered, modeling results were stated.
In the article we present a possibility of creation of the 2-speed synchronous and asynchronous electric motor and scientific bases for its design
In this article, the deep relationship between the theory of automated control and system-cognitive analysis and its software tools - system of "Eidos" in their application to the intelligent control of complex systems is reviewed. Offered technology allows implementing in practice the intelligent automated and even automatic control of the objects of management, for which earlier management is realized only on weak formalized level, as a rule, without the use of mathematical models and computers. Such control objects include, for example, technical systems, the full quality-changing in the process of management, biological and ecological systems, socio-economic and psychological systems
The earthquake forecast model based on the astronomical data using the artificial intelligence system is developed
The mathematical essence of systemic information theory(STI) offered by the author is the mathematic model of systemic-cognitive analysis ( SC-analysis) realized in its programming instruments – universal cognitive analytical system “AIDOS”.
Application of systemic-cognitive analysis and its
programming set of instruments of a system “AIDOS”
for synthesis and marketing research of semantic

in this article.
Theoretical time determination of destruction
of “corn-cob- pedicle” connection under separation
of corn-cob on stripper of corn-harvester under conditions of static and dynamic loads has been considered in this article.
The article presents a theoretical substantiation of the
necessity of carrying out reengineering of management
system in the organization. The cycle of management
is considered and the description of stages of the given
cycle is resulted. Value to proper statement of
objectives is in detail considered and the procedure of
construction of a tree of objectives and functions of
object of research is described. Internal and external
possible processes of object of research are studied.
Influence of operating influence on business-processes
of object of research is shown. The interrelation of
business-processes and organizational structure of
object of research is considered. Importance of
modeling and an assessment of organizational
structure and business-processes and their subsequent
reengineering is shown. Such criteria of diagnostics of
the organization as capacity of the organization to be
trained are considered, strengthening the position in
the market, flexibility of strategy and capacity of the
organization to support and increase the strategic
potential. The concept of architecture of the enterprise
has been shown. It is certain, that the organizational
structure and business-architecture are domains of
architecture of the enterprise. Influence of managerial
process on architecture of the enterprise is considered
On the basis of semantic information models examined the dependence of parameters of seismic activity on the gravity of celestial bodies. The regional semantic information model of climate is developed
It is shown that random events occurring on Earth and uniformly distributed in time, have a distribution, depending on the polar angle and radial coordinate in the plane of Earth's orbit. The general dependence of the density distribution functions in continuous and discrete case was obtained. It is shown that the social reaction of a large group of actors on the impact of celestial bodies can be described by a function of the root-mean-square deviation of the normalized frequency of choice, depending on the radial velocity or time derivatives of gravitational potentials of celestial bodies
