In this article we have investigated fatty acid composition of oil made of flex seeds of VNIIMK-630 traditional variety and new selected SURPRISE variety. The comparative analysis of composition and factional composition of tocopherol in oil made of these seed varieties has been carried out. allelic diversity and identified four haplotypes. All the
populations were closely related while being examined
