The article describes a software complex which allows carrying out computer experiments in the study of economic efficiency of integrated production structures in agriculture and their stream of interaction. The article provides software used in complex mathematical ratios and their machine algorithms implementation. The authors have given a detailed description of the user interface with graphic examples. The application is written in programming language C#. This language was chosen for several reasons. The first reason is of course that C# is cross-platform that gives you the opportunity to use this app on any platform, and plays an important role in research activities. The final decision was influenced by the fact that in C# is implemented for working with charts, using standard library chart that provides a significant advantage compared to other programming languages during the development of the software complex
This article touches the current issue of variable
approach to choosing the variant of scientific and
technical translation. Development of Linguistics and
the sciences, studying a man and his activities, and
increasing the flow of information due to the rapid
development of the areas of science require another
approach to the development of mechanisms for the
translation process. This article discusses and analyzes
multidimensional models of translation, their versatility
with the dynamics of the translation process. The
authors consider the translation as a specific component
of communication using two languages in which the
problems of philosophy, psychology, physiology,
sociology and linguistics are accumulated. Particular
attention is paid to the problem of interpretation of the
concept of "invariant", which allows the translation of
scientific and technical literature to achieve adequacy of
the translated text with the original one, saving the
message content and statements shades that is the style
of the original text. This article details the various
methods of translation, their effectiveness, and the
authors estimate each type of translation in terms of use
for practical purposes and in view of reducing the rate
of a man work and reducing the complexity of his
operations
The article considers questions connected with the
history of popularization of agricultural knowledge
through the agitation textiles. Agitation textiles are
similar in content to the propaganda posters, as well as
propaganda porcelain. The issues of emergence of the
given kind of art are examined in the work. Agitation
textile or agit-textile appeared in Soviet Russia in the
1920s. Its authors were members of the textile section.
Agit-textile has several titles: themed fabric or
agitation tissue, but the essence remains the same - it is
a bright, imaginative reflection of the era of great
transformations expressed in electrification,
industrialization, changes in the military and sports,
collectivization. In contrast to the construction of
industrialization, the theme of agriculture required an
entirely different approach. Even common problems
for the country in the village are of particular color.
Here it was necessary to not just agitate for something
new: it was required to patiently explain why the new
better than the old, to prove that it is necessary,
inevitable. It is better to see once than to hear many
times. The article has shown the history of the
agitation textiles, goals and objectives, an illustrative
range of tissue samples, as well as an analysis of the
agitation textile appearance in 1970 on the example of
solving a specific problem
The purpose of mathematical statistics is
development of methods for the data analysis
intended to solve applied problems. Over time,
approaches to the development of data analysis
methods have changed. A hundred years ago, it was
assumed, that the distributions of the data have a
certain type, for example, they are normal
distributions, and on that assumption they developed
a statistical theory. The next stage, in the first place
in theoretical studies there are limit theorems. By
"small sample" we mean a sample, which can not be
applied to conclusions based on the limit theorems.
In each statistical problem there is a need to divide
the final sample sizes into two classes - those for
which you can apply the limit theorems, and those
for which you can not do it because of the risk of
incorrect conclusions. To solve this problem we
often used the Monte Carlo method. More complex
problems arise when studying the effect on the
properties of statistical procedures for data analysis
of various deviations from the original assumptions.
To study such impact, we often used the Monte
Carlo method as well. The basic (and not solved in a
general way) problem of the study of the stability of
the findings in the presence of deviations from the
parametric families of distributions is the problem of
choosing some distributions for using in modeling.
We consider some examples of application of the
Monte Carlo method, relating to the activities of our
research team. We have also formulated basic

The article is devoted to optimization of transport streams. The authors investigate the concept of "optimization of transport streams" and the solution of transport tasks by various methods, revealing the minimum cost of costs of transportation of production. The volume of transport tasks of a measure of industrialization of agriculture steadily increases, thus the volume of transportations as agriculture, and the industrial output delivered to agriculture grows. It is necessary to find the optimum structure of vehicles providing the minimum costs for transportation. This classical transport task has about two tens methods of the decision. In our article we study a route of the movement at which there will be minimum costs of transportation of the production on the example of “Viktoriya”. As sales now is one of the most traditional and significant scopes of information technologies, the emerging market of trade even more often faces problems, concerning automation of information and material streams. A widespread problem of this area is optimization of routes of the movement on delivery of goods. Its decision will allow: to guarantee timely delivery of goods to the customer; to cut fuel consumption; to provide rational use of resources vehicle fleet. There were cited the results of researches for 2010-2012 obtained in the stationary experiment of the chair of general and irrigated land management of Kuban State Agrarian University on the study of influence of the system of main soil processing under soya beans on the dynamics of main agrophysical indexes of leached black soil: on density of composition, solidity, general porosity, coefficient of structural properties in the article. There was stated that in the beginning of vegetation on the background of direct sowing of soya beans, the soil layer in 0-30 cm was characterized by values of density and solidity and in the result of it we observed the weak development of the root system. The worsening of air regime led to the decrease of symbiotic nitrogen fixation, it negatively affected on the growth and development of a cultivar. Agrophysical indexes brought nearer to optimal on variants with disposal tip on 20-22 cm and disk-shaped hulling on 8-10 cm. The worsening of investigated agrophysical soil indexes has been happened since the phase of florescence – soya bean formation till the harvesting. But the variant with disposal tip where we observed the high content of agronomically valuable fraction at the coefficient of structural property 2,42 was the closest to optimal ones. The minimization of soil treatment and especially the denial from its implementation significantly made worse the main agrophysical indexes of soil on variants with direct sowing to critical values for soya beans

practice to sale goods on websites, a general idea of ecommerce
is not formed in the modern legal science
and the current legislation, the notion ‘electronic
commerce’ itself is missing. The presence of multiple
gaps in the law and the growing number of disputes
have served as a reason for writing this article which
touches the issue of studying e-commerce as one of
the kinds of business activity. The article describes
scientific approaches to the definition of the notion
‘electronic commerce’, the problem the e-commerce
object is raised, the notion ‘electronic transaction’,
general provisions of transactions, performed by the
means of information and telecommunication
networks, are analyzed. The authors have paid
attention to the practice of concluding contracts by the
means of Internet resources, have noted the problem
of the correlation between the content information
posted on the website and the browse-wrap agreement.
The authors consider necessary to legalize of the
notion ‘electronic commerce’, to determine
legislatively its parties and the rules of
implementation. Systematization of the provisions on
electronic commerce can be realized within the scope
of a separate federal law 'On the Rules of Ecommerce.'
Such measures will be able not only to
bring the current pattern of Russian business nearer to
the international standards, but also to raise it to a new
level
In the article we present questions of digital process control of heated air for drying seeds; it is shown that the change in the load of the heat source slightly changes the dynamics of the system for stabilizing the temperature of hot air, making it almost invariant with respect to perturbations. It is proved that the use of digital controller with dual differentiation significantly improves the performance of the automatic control system, excluding the increase astatism of the management system
