This article is described the concept of strategic and operational competitiveness determinant system of competitive advantage of countries, competitiveness levels and corresponding them strategic management spheres and vector directions of competitiveness branches management growth have been developed

The article is devoted to the characteristic of the interconnection of competition and uncertainty as a basic factor of the effectiveness of industry’s enterprises. There are the analyze of the competition’s content, the author has suggested the idea of consideration for competition’s process as the element of market environment, which is increasing uncertainty for management's results in the industry and needs strategic approaches to the formation and the use of competition’s advantages
The article has positioned conceptual approach of
land - mortgage lending by the state influence on the
management processes of the financial mechanism of
satisfaction agricultural finance and credit services.
The authors developed a model of organizational and
financial mechanism state support of the landmortgage
lending, contributing to increasing the
availability of investment financing entities agroindustrial
complex through a mortgage. It is proved
that the state support has a significant impact on the
efficiency of investment projects implemented by the
