The article presents the results of the study of the ratio of the water fractions, which differ on binding energy with the biomaterial in the composition of poultry products having various fabric and polymeric structure. The authors used the method of differential scanning calorimetry. The objects for the research were experimental and industrial samples of poultry products. We prepared the experimental samples by wet thermal treatment of broilers heads and feet at the pressure of 0.24 MPa. The objects for comparison were the products of industrial production of poultry meat: the paste of chicken meat with multicomponent composition (minced chicken, pork fat, water, pork liver, onions, wheat flour, soy protein, emulsifying, the taste and flavor food additives, color correction supplements); natural canned meat "Chicken in the own juice" (GOST 28589-90). The analysis showed that the investigated samples (broiles heads, broilers feet, multicomponent paste) were characterized by the similar values of the mass ratio of the water fractions at three stages of dehydration, the relevant sections of the curves based on the degree of conversion of the substance α from the heating temperature in logarithmic coordinates. The results can be use in the development of formulations of food modules for the production of emulsified meat products from raw materials, subjected to preliminary heat treatment. We expect that the positive effect will be to increase the degree of utilization of secondary raw materials in the processing of poultry in primary production, expanding the range of foods enriched composition due to the natural raw material sources, improving sustainability of raw material base of processing companies

Department of automatic control systems leverages
variable disciplines of specialization and optional
subjects, forms a curriculum based on the needs of the
business environment of the region or commissioned
by a separate large enterprise. Students participate in
the modules of project activities, form new and
effective engineering solutions, to get skills of their
practical implementation with regard to effectiveness,
relevance and prospects of their further development.
The production practice is very important in the
preparation of bachelors and masters. To this end, the
agreement on cooperation in the field of improvement
of quality of preparation of students of SFedU
concluded with the company RealLab (www.rlda.ru).
It has allowed undergraduates to pass a work practice
at the enterprise, custom-making thematic tasks of the
enterprise on a contractual basis. Graduates of
magistracy successfully find a job at the enterprise,
providing thus strengthening of personnel structure. In
this study, we propose a technique of teaching of
bachelors and masters in "Control of technical
systems". The main thesis is to use the technique of
through projecting throughout the entire learning
process. The trajectory of training is built for the
student based on a module of project activity, training
and production practices. The student studies the
object, develops the control algorithm, programs it,
chooses a set of technical means throughout the entire
period of training with an exit to the protection of the
final qualifying work
The article describes problems of economic
growth of the Russian Federation, development
of high-tech knowledge-intensive
manufacturing industries on the basis of a
fundamentally new technological order, creation
and development of import-substituting
production of engineering resources that relate
to dual-use technology and are in the most
demand by strategic organizations of machinetool,
machine-building and military-industrial
complexes (aircraft engineering, rocket and
space engineering, shipbuilding and power
engineering). We proposed some measures to
improve the accuracy in the manufacture of
complex and large-sized parts with weights up
to 100 tons. Precision machining of the
workpiece surface is directly dependent on the
tooling, quality and quantity of the cutting tool
(CT), as during the processing the CT wears and
must be replaced. We have described the
modernization of multi-machine complex and
ways of increasing the accuracy, the change in
the kinematics tool supply to increase the
number of tools used in the processing. We
made calculations of the new chain drive of the
tool supply. The proposed modernization of the
tools will increase the instrument amount that
allows increasing the accuracy of manufacturing
products. We have also made calculations of the
economic effects of the tool supply

The article contains a block diagram of the mechanical
activation process of multicomponent shape memory
materials, taking into account the variety of
influencing factors. We have proposed to evaluate the
reactivity of the sprayed material using the energy
criterion (energy intensity), determined by the
additivity concept as an energy amount of the raw
material and energy accumulated during mechanical
activation. Power consumption of the raw material
depends on the chemical and phase composition and is
determined based on the similarity between the
melting energy, plastic deformation and fracture on the
thermodynamic characteristics and diagrams of the
systems. The energy stored in the MA is determined
on the basis of X-ray structural analysis. We have
demonstrated that with increasing of grinding
precision there is growth in the number of active
centers, which enables nanostructurization of surface
layers in high-velocity oxygen-fuel spraying (HVOF).

The article describes realization of the software
module called "Department work plan". This module
is a part of the system of management decisions
support. The primary function of the system is the
process of generating documentation in higher
education institutions. This software system and its
additional software modules have been developed
and tested at the Department of Computer
Engineering of computer technologies and
information security Institute of Southern Federal
University (SFedU). The software module allows you
to generate the work plan for the university’s
subdivision, such as department. List of initial data
for the work of software module is described in this
article. The main algorithm distribution of
department's workload for the academic year was
described. The article describes the organization of
work of the software module. The main stages of the
generation of the work plan for the university
subdivision were enumerated. The described process
of generation of the work plan of the university
subdivision was supplemented by illustrative
material. The implemented software module has a
convenient and functional user interface, which
allows significantly facilitating the input and editing
of data. The generated data can be exported in
Microsoft Excel format. Considering the available
opportunity to customize the module to fit the
requirements of a particular user, it can be
implemented in subdivisions of various universities

of the derived universal computational structure of
SQC that satisfies and operates according to the
principles of this scheme is implemented

In February of 2016, the Russian Ministry of Health
confirmed the guidelines on functionality introduction
of medical information systems for medical
organizations (MIS MO). The required MIS
development levels (of basic and advanced
functionality), the capacity status (required and
recommended) and a set of subsystems were defined
there. One of the subsystems is the "Information
support of patients" and all of its functions, being
advisory in nature, represent the advanced set of MIS
functionality, namely: the support for information
terminals and screens, as well as providing the patient
or his legal representatives with the access to medical
documentation and background information.
However, the opportunity to make an electronic
appointment to see a doctor on your own plays the
leading role as the most widespread and socially
oriented medical service. The research is concerned
with the issues of the e-registry work support (ER) via
the data terminal for patients, including printing the
appointment tickets, made via the data terminal. The
paper suggests a new patient oriented algorithm of the
prompt way to make an appointment to see the doctor.
The idea is simple – avoid a large number of clicks on
the ER interface tabs and immediately suggest the
most appropriate time of reception, basing on previous
patient visits. The algorithm was tested on the infomat
software, run by "Smartcity" in MO of Krasnodar
Region and used to make the appointment to see a
doctor by patients on their own, without any
assistance of registry staff in MIS
One of the key areas of interdisciplinary research is to
ensure public safety. In order to solve a number of
problems within this area we can effectively use
information technology and, in particular, an
automated pattern recognition technology and
identification of objects on digital images. There are
addition problems in objects identifying process
besides eliminating the influence of ambient light,
angle, items of clothing and headgear. To ensure the
applicability of the recognition approach to public
security issues it must meet requirements of the high
processing speed, the replenishment capabilities onthe-fly
list of known images, and the low
computational complexity of algorithms. The article
deals with the main approaches to the recognition and
identification of objects on digital images based on
statistical approaches, as well as neural network
models. We have allocate their basic features and
principles, provided a brief description of each
method. Consideration has been made in terms of the
application for the problems of public safety, in which
there is importance of the speed of the identification of
the object, the ability of quickly learning for the
system to accept new images and simultaneously
process a plurality of input images. The analysis of the
existing approaches has shown that none of them
satisfy at least one or several needs, which are defined
by domain problems of public safety
The article is devoted to ensuring safe operation of
industrial thermal aggregates of low power. The
problem of ensuring trouble-free operation of power
stations on the channel of control of a flame is
considered. The main attention is paid to the
requirement of speed of control of a flame. The
reasonable method of calculation of the lower
temporary parameter of operation of system of
automatic protection on the researched channel is for
this purpose given. At the same time, parameters of
fuel-air mix of gases in furnace amount, design
features of the furnace aggregate, thermal losses which
accompany explosion in a fire chamber of the power
station are considered
