We live in a world of rapidly developing information
technologies, where many organizations are related to
each other, forming complex information networks.
Therefore, storage, analysis and retrieval of
information is a very complex and urgent task. In
connection with the advent of search engines and
communications, millions of people are engaged in the
search and retrieval of information. Commercial search
engines, such as Google, use keyword search based on
logical queries. The main disadvantage of this search
is that it returns a lot of irrelevant information, which
leads to low accuracy. In this article, we focus on
building a semantic search system based on the
mapping of the ontological model. This includes
various stages of development of ontology, the phase
of indexing and information retrieval
Our research aims at providing new effective control
methods for scientific and technical expertise to
organizations and foundations that fund research
projects on a competitive basis. These methods should
provide analytical decision support for group decision
making in a distributed environment. In this work, we
consider an integral model for knowledge
representation – a socio-semantic knowledge network
that combines social links and a semantic description
of knowledge into a mathematically formalized graph
theoretic structure. In terms of actor-network theory,
we consider a multimodal network with actors on one
of the levels and artefacts (i.e. contexts that express
network links) on the other level. In order to represent
knowledge domain based on a graph and hypergraph
paradigm and fuzzy sets theory, we provide a
sufficiently complete set of elements and relations
(either trustworthy or partially trustworthy) both
between multitype elements and their heterogeneous
groups. The formal representation allows applying the
model to solve numerous practical tasks such as expert
finding, formation of expert groups, expertise
refinement, reduction of subjectivity, analysis of an
expertise process, analysis of processes within expert
groups. Research methodology: social network
analysis (SNA), theory of graphs and hypergraphs,
fuzzy calculus and fuzzy logic
We have experimentally studied fluctuations of power of an electric arc in different types of plasmatrons with different power supplies in the article. Influence of fluctuations of power of the plasmatron on technology parameters of a plasma stream (current, voltage, an enthalpy, temperature, speed of a plasma flow) and on process of forming of coatings at impulse plasma was experimentally shown that the nature of fluctuations depends from fluctuations of voltage of the power supply, plasmatron type and also from fluctuations of an electrical arc. The size of fluctuations of power can be 50-100%. It is experimentally shown that impulses of power of an electric arc are capable to complicate supply of sprayed powder in to the plasmatron. Such fluctuations do not make dispersion of the melted powder particles. In the work, we have drawn conclusions that large-scale pulsations are capable to worsen quality characteristics of plasma coatings significantly
The article presents a computer program, which define automobile transport demand for the transport service of harvesters in the grain harvesting process. The program has a simple and intuitive user interface, a flexible setting system. It allows to change the source data for needs everything agricultural companies. It doesn’t require an installation and it can function in everything operation systems, which is fitted for Microsoft office applications acting. It doesn’t require a special studying or deep knowing in a mathematical statistic for using. Everyone specialist can use the program in an agricultural enterprise. The program considers distribution laws of stochastic parts of the grain harvesting process. These process features are important to consider due to using of determination values give very rough results. If there are mistakes in the structure design of the harvesting-transport complex then there are nonproductive machines downtimes or the harvest losing. Using the program gives better organization of the transport service in the grain harvesting process, and it can give the economical effect. It is especially important in modern competitive conditions at the worldwide market of agricultural products and also at the interior market with consideration of external economical sanctions and with consideration of the declared import replacement course. The successful work of agricultural enterprises defines the country's food security and it turns down the oil dependency of the Russian economy
In this article, we consider problems of power supply of modern electronic devices. The author proposes a new concept of source of power, which resolves this problem. In addition, this article describes limitations of existing desertions in the area of power supply. In the article, we suggest ways of resolving this limitation by creating a new source of power based on principles, which are different from the existing way. In this article, we develop a theory of creating a universal modular source of power, which would have some advantages. This article considers an optimal structural scheme of that source. We have developed a source of power which meets the requirements of power supply of modern electronic devices and has a potential supply for the next development
ANALYSIS OF QUALITY INDICATORS OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEMS WITH NONLINEAR APPROXIMATION CONTROL LAW
The subject of research of this work was the study of
the quality of control processes in a nonlinear
automatic control system with an approximating the
control law. In the known published works there are
no results of such studies, which makes it difficult to
synthesis a nonlinear control system for multimode
objects in applied biotechnology, including
technological objects of the agro-industrial complex.
A comparative analysis of the quality of regulation in
the transient and steady-state regimes is carried out. It
is shown that the approximation method used for the
synthesis of the nonlinear control law provides a
linear dependencies in steady-state and close to them
modes in combination with relay modes in transient
regimes, which is a positive factor for improving the
quality of regulation in multimode control systems. It
does not necessary to determine the moments of
switching the dependencies in the control law when
changing modes
The tillage with moldboard plows is one of the energy-intensive operations in farming. In view of this, the search of the energy saving solutions and tillage aggregates receives priority. The use of rotary tillage tools based on the working body-mover with elliptic blades, which horizontal soil reaction parts are directed to favoring grade of the aggregate, and, therefore, apart from the performing engineering perform the body-mover functions, - is one of the effective ways of the energy cost reduction. The authors offer the development of the rotary cultivators based on the working body-mover with elliptic blades. The change of their design values allows the development of various profiles tools. The use of these working bodies based on rotary cultivators will allow the energy cost reduction by the tillage process, especially in the compartments of terrain, as the use of tractors with moldboard plows for the main tillage is problematic. In many cases, these lots must be labored manually. The article describes the construction, generalizes the mechanical specifications and working modes of the rotary cultivator at the main tillage
A more efficient use of road transport can be reached both by increasing the carrying capacity of the car and the average speed on the road. Due to limiting the safe load on the axle of the vehicle, a more promising solution is to increase the average speed on the road. Restricting car traffic speed on the roads with asphalt-concrete surface is due to the traffic safety, defined as resistance, steerabililty, vibrations of steering wheels and braking dynamics of the vehicle. The first three factors are influenced by the functional characteristics of the suspension and the state of the road surface. The share of agricultural vehicles mealage on the roads with improved surface does not exceed 65%. Nowadays, 40% of traffic volume and 9% of transport mealage are due to the transportation from the field and to the field. The aim of this work was to study the vibrational load of the load-carrying system and the driver, as well as the vehicle speed during the harvest time. To carry out theoretical research we used mathematical model "vehicle-road" system proposed by V.P. Tarasik. As a result of research we obtained the dependence of the acceleration of the front axle on the vehicle speed. The results showed that the maximum acceleration of the front axle is observed at a speed V = 20 km / h, which corresponds to external influences 1.54 Hz (9.7 rad/sec). The peak values of the vertical acceleration amounted to 5.80 m/s 2. The correctness of the mathematical model was verified by comparing the results of theoretical and experimental research in the mode of uniform motion. The experimental determination of the vibrations of the vehicle sprung mass was carried out using the sound level meter and spectrum analyzer OKTAVA-101 AM, which is equipped with a vibrational pickup AP 98. The given calculations showed that the relative error of the results of theoretical and experimental research is 3.94%, the average value of an error at a confidence coefficient of P = 0.95 is 4.76%, which confirms the correctness of the mathematical model. The studies showed that if the speed is between 14 to 40 km / h, the vibrational load on the driver is from 1.42 m/s 2 to 2.82 m/s 2, that is 2.5 ...3.5 times the sanitary standards set by the requirements of the CH 2.2.4/2.1.8.566 - 96
Assessment of barley for the blotch incidence is traditionally carried out by visual determination of leaf damage with the help of the available expert – phytopathologist , and with the account scales which allows to characterize a variety for resistance or susceptibility to the studied disease in field conditions. This method has a number of disadvantages that are proposed to be overcome by developing a new tool of a phytopathologist. The measuring tool of a phytopathologist should provide high accuracy of the assessment of plants damage caused by the disease, and the measurement procedure should be quick and easy. The aim of this work is to develop a mobile tool of a phytopathologist for quantitative fast assessment of winter barley leaves damage caused by blotch in field conditions. To achieve this goal the following tasks should be fulfilled. Objective 1: introduce the idea and concept of problem solution; Objective 2: justify the choice of method and solution tool; Objective 3: apply the selected method and tool to solve problems, i.e. to perform the following steps: – cognitive structuring of the subject area; – formalization of the subject area; – synthesis and verification of models; – improvement of the quality of the model and choice of the most reliable model – solving diagnostics problems within the most reliable model (classification, recognition, identification), decision support and research of the simulated subject area by studying its model. Objective 4: describe the effectiveness of the proposed solution. Objective 5: examine the limitations and disadvantages of the proposed solutions of the problem and prospects of its development by overcoming those limitations and disadvantages. The article provides a detailed numerical example of the solution of tasks on real data processed with the ASC- analysis and "Eidos" system
