The article focuses on the problem of formation of professional culture of the future teachers in the Republic of Mali, which is due to the current sociocultural configuration. In this regard, there is a need for preparing competent teachers,who are able not only to operate in a multiethnic environment, but also to combine national and international interests. Ethno-cultural values are the basis for the formation of personal and professional culture of the future teacher, they regulate teaching activities. The article defines the concepts of "ethno-cultural context", "ethno-cultural values" and describes the ethnic and linguistic composition of the Malian population. It examines in detail the nature, content and meaning of some important ethno-cultural pedagogical values that make up a solid foundation on which the life of Malian society is built. These values include "Sanankuya" or joking relationships,"Diatigiya" or hospitality, "The sense of family", "Responsible solidarity","Due respect to the elders, elderly and the disabled people," "Honor and dignity", "Patriotism and devotion" etc.
The author concludes that the inclusion of ethno-cultural component in the educational process of preparing future teachers will help to introduce them to the national cultural values and therefore to therefore to maintain the cultural identity

The article discusses issues related to visual thinking
and educational technologies. We have noted the
importance of visual thinking in the teaching process
at the higher education institutions and defined its
main functions. We have considered information
technology for courses such as “History and
methodology of scientific agronomy”, “Cytogenetics”,
“Genetic monitoring”. The article substantiates basic
postulates for the formation of visual environment: the
ability to collect the material in accordance with the
task and to define the basic accents, and navigate
through all of the work; the ability to match the
artwork to the selected research topic. As the
technology, we have regarded the method of sketches
or visual notes, and the method of visual metaphor.
The method of sketches or notes was the basis for the
creation of electronic databases with images of plants
in different works of art. Visual notes allow visualizing
the educational information by translating verbal
elements of this information into visual that is "to be
able to think visually." Works of art, as illustrative
environment, have several meanings in training
courses: an exemplary or motivation; illustration as a
source of information for the analysis of the
phenomenon under study; visual, that is paintings or
works of art as an illustration of the student response,
as a result of its self search. The visual metaphor is
used to explain the material, understanding and
comparison. Both methods are: the method of sketches
and visual metaphors that allow the subject to learn,
analyze, communicate and draw analogies with the
subject area and to look for new images

As a methodological approach to the assessment of the quality and the productivity of the Russian education of the school students there is a comparison of the modern level of the gained knowledge, the school training inherent and the education of the citizens in this or that system, with the examples of the outstanding educated people of Russia, the whole world and the best practicians of the foreign countries. The author represents the paradox of a combination of the unity of the requirements at the delivery of the state examination, the high level of the formalization, the importance of the administration with the extreme degree of the variability of the training programs for the school students and the lack of the quality standards of the teaching practice. On the basis of the analysis and the generalizations, the author has drown the essential, the significant conclusions for the Russian society about the need of the accounting of the families interests of the indigenous people for the receiving the state educational services of the appropriate quality in the conditions of the formation of the considerable part of the contingent of the school students and the teachers at the expense of the migrants and immigrants. On the examples of textbooks on the Russian language, literature, social science, history, geography and biology the contradiction reveals between the religious approaches, on the one hand, and the atheistic approaches, on the other hand. Due to the revealed contradictions the irrational questions have to be considered more seriously in the training materials for the school students and the formation of the more mature spiritual and moral outlook of the whole nation
