There were determined the factors that form the most attractive area of investment for the enterprises of agrarian and industrial complex with the aim of achieving maximum efficiency of production. There were identified the advantages of the rabbit-breeding as one of the most attractive areas of investment. There were revealed the causes of the growing demand for rabbit meat, its advantages compared to other types of meat. There were determined the trends of rabbit meat sustain-able demand formation. There was revealed the level of competitiveness in the sector, there were the most evident competitors on the territory of Krasnodar region. There were determined the main trends of the further development of rabbit breeding, the main one must become the breeding of animals on large industrial enterprises with the use of the system “empty-occupied”. There was calculated the economic effectiveness of investments in construction of the rabbit breeding farm with the use of the system “empty-occupied” on the territory of the largest producer of agricultural products of the JSC “Kuban” in Ust’-Labinsk district which is a part of the agricultural holding "Kuban". There was determined the most rational structure of demand of rabbit meat to different channels of realization, there were calculated the current costs on the realization of the project. There were determined the most accept-able costs of realization with the account of consumer demand peculiarities. The realization of the project allows us to obtain the quite high level of profit and commercial profitability. The rationality of investment of rabbit breeding business is affirmed by too high indexes of the project’s effectiveness

In the article, general question of material stimulation of workers are considered. There are given the definitions of concepts "interest", "motive", "motivation", "stimulus", "material stimulation", shown the main problems that are related to the motivation of workers and employers, whose solution is closely related to the successful, realization of the program for the development of the agro-industrial complex. The main reason for the shortage of labour in agriculture is a low level of wages that does not meet the needs of the population. Forms and wage systems in agriculture are justified by the features of agricultural production, payments in kind are applied. In connection with the policy of import substitution carried out by the state, the out flow labour from rural areals hoes decreased. To increase the efficiency of agricultural production it is necessary to carry act various measures including on stimulating workers of the agrarian sphere. It is expedient to divide wages into the main and additional parts while the guaranteed and variable share varies depending on the quality of labour. The use of new incentives for labour activity would make it possible to build a more effective labour incentive system with the use of which the employee will be an interested commodity producer, the owner of the products and resources

The animal husbandry is the most important branch of agriculture in the Russian Federation. Its effective functioning allows providing the population with the vital food, to reach the necessary level of food security. The scales of production existing in the Russian Federation are not capable to satisfy completely need of the Russian population for meat and meat production. Despite the general positive dynamics (generally at the expense of increase in production of fowl) necessary level of production and consumption of meat in Russia will not be reached. Serious obstacle for development of business in the field of animal husbandry is need of considerable financial investments for rather long period. In the conditions of limited financial opportunities the agricultural enterprises need serious state support from the state. Now possibilities of the state in the field of support of animal husbandry are limited in this connection it is necessary to establish the priority directions of improvement of its structure. The analysis of the possible perspective directions of development of livestock branch is carried out. Less expensive branches, such as poultry farming (cultivation of ducks, geese, domestic turkeys, quails) and rabbit breeding are offered. The analysis of the market of rabbit breeding production in Russia is carried out. The reasons of a low level of development of rabbit breeding’s business, factors constraining demand for rabbit breeding’s production are established. Technological and economic advantages of cultivation of rabbits in comparison with other species of farm animals are defined. The comparative characteristic of standard decisions the rabbit breeding of farms of various scales is carried out. Advantages and possibilities of development of this branch in the Russian Federation are defined

The article presents characteristic of the Russian seeds market as one of the main factors of the efficiency of domestic agriculture. The dynamics of sunflower acreage, a tendency to reduce them, the major factors that influenced the current trend were examined. The dependence of the dynamics of sunflower yield on the share of imported seeds used for its cultivation was revealed. The article showed the main problem of domestic seeds and identified current trends. The structure of costs in the cultivation of domestic and imported sunflower hybrids in different economic conditions was shown; the efficiency is calculated using a variety of technologies. Based on the calculations we have made conclusions and determined the prognosis for local farmers on the basis of current market dynamics. The article has shown guidelines for state support for the industry to address the problems for which the Ministry of Agriculture had developed a strategy of breeding and seed production of major crops until 2020. The necessity was shown for Russia's membership in the international system of quality certification of seeds OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development), which will implement domestic seeds in the European market and make domestic seed production more competitive. Indicated the need for close cooperation between business, science and educational institutions, participation in international educational programs, bringing to research the most promising students to form staffing

In the article, we give the characteristics of the Russian meat cattle breeding as one of major factors of efficiency of domestic agriculture. Dynamics of a livestock of cattle in certain regions, number of breeding farms, which are engaged in cultivation of cattle of meat breeds, were presented; we also revealed a tendency of their increase. Dependence of shortage of breeding resources of the most competitive specialized meat breeds and the volume of import of cattle are revealed. The main problems, which accompany functioning of the branch of meat cattle breeding, are defined. The average mass of carcass of cattle on slaughter is specified in the different countries of the world. Based on the calculations, the conclusions are drawn and the forecasts for domestic agricultural producers proceeding from the developed market dynamics are defined. Reference points of the state support of branch for which solution of problems the Ministry of Agriculture developed the State program of measures of the state support of development of meat cattle breeding which has to provide a gain of a livestock of meat breeds by 2020 are specified. Considering prospects and possible risks of development of domestic subsector of meat cattle breeding, we specified a need of such development of the branch; it has to be based, first of all, on implementation of large-scale projects on the basis of the competitive meat breeds of world level and the low-used resources of pasturable cattle breeding which are available in Russia. It will allow realizing fully the least expensive intensive and pasturable production technology of high-quality beef. Prospects of implementation of the large-scale project on creation in regions of farms with a feeding livestock in 50 — 100 cows are specified
