important results are discussed.
Artificial intelligence system “Aids-Astra” for scientific research of global geo-systems depending on astronomical parameters of Solar system celestial bodies is discussed
This article is written in connection with the anniver-sary of 100-th issue of the Scientific journal of Kuban state agrarian University. This event suggests the pos-sibility of studying the dynamics topics of research for publication in the Scientific journal of Kuban state agrarian University. This issue is described in the arti-cle. The instrument for this study was applied auto-mated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and software tools - Universal cognitive analytical system "Eidos-X++"
The creation of artificial intelligence systems is one
of important and perspective directions of
development of modern information technology. As
there are many alternatives to artificial intelligence
systems, there is a need to evaluate mathematical
models of these systems. In this work, we consider a
solution of the problem of identifying classes of
levels of pay of employees on their characteristics.
To achieve this goal, it requires free access to test
the source data and methodology, which will help to
convert the data into the form needed for work in
artificial intelligence systems. A good choice is the
databases from the site: http://allexcel.ru/gotovyetablitsy-excel-besplatno.
In this work, we have used
the database called "The database table of
employees, payments calculation". The most reliable
in this application was the model of the INF4 based
on semantic appropriate measure of information of
A. Kharkevich with integral criteria of "Amount of
knowledge". The accuracy of the model is 0.960,
which is much higher than the reliability of expert
evaluations, which is equal to about 70%. To assess
the reliability of the models in the ACS-analysis and
the system called "Eidos" we have used F-criterion
of van Ritbergen and fuzzy multiclass generalization
proposed by Professor E. V. Lutsenko

Since there are many alternatives to artificial intelligence systems, there is a need of assessment of the quality of mathematical models and systems of artificial intelligence that support these models. This work is aimed at studying and developing standard methods of using the database of UCI repository to assess the quality of mathematical models of systems of artificial intelligence. The aim of this work is the development of methods for assessment of the quality of mathematical models of artificial intelligence systems for the classification of animals by external evidence-based database of the UCI repository. The objectives are: systematization, consolidation and expansion of theoretical and practical knowledge in the discipline of Intellectual information systems and technologies; study of "Eidos" intelligent information system; solving the task with the use of "Eidos" intelligent information systems. The object of research is the "zoo" database of UCI repository. In the first Chapter there is an overview of the theory to the solution of the problem, identification of problems, the original data, tools and metrization scales. In the second Chapter of the work we present the solution of the task. In the conclusion, the results of the work have been made; the conclusions on the achievement of goals and objectives have been given
At present, the state management of labor protection
in Russia adheres to the goals of harmonizing the
domestic legislation with the best world practices in
this field, eliminating internal contradictions in
legislation and building an active management
system for labor protection provided that a «favorable
climate» for the conduct of business activities is
provided. The regulatory and legal state regulation of
labor protection forms the basis for the development
and implementation of a set of measures to create
conditions for maximum protection of life and health
of workers. The authors consider the modern legal
framework and standards in the field of management
of labor protection in the organization. Reflects the
changes that have occurred in the Russian labor
legislation regarding the employer's duty to create
and maintain a labor protection management system.
The aspects of introduction of the health and safety
management system are considered taking into
account the requirements of the draft international
standard ISO/DIS 45001 «Occupational health and
safety management systems - Requirements with
guidance for use». It is shown that one of the modern
directions of standardization in the field of labor
protection is the development of risk management
and an analysis of foreign practice of legal regulation
of issues in the field of occupational safety. The
article is intended for specialists in documenting
processes carried out implementation, operation and
maintenance of a health and safety system, and on
students of higher education institutions and teaching staff
Selection of borders on images through color difference is reviewed in this article. The existing approaches are considered, the problems are set. We also show the reasons of shifting to other approaches
One of important features of development of modern society is special attention world the public to problems of rationality and efficiency of use of the existing energy resources, universal implementation of technologies of energy saving and search of renewable energy resources. Gradual depletion of world reserves of oil, increase in prices for traditional motor fuels, adverse ecological situation and other factors prove the relevance of more urgent use of the available resources and works promoting development of this direction. Deterioration in a global ecological environment requires adoption of more strict requirements imposed to the fuel used in an agro-industrial complex. According to the principle of cost accounting, each entity can rely only upon itself and consume only the resources it has. It is known that fuel costs constitute a considerable part in an expense structure of agricultural enterprises. In this case, the reduction in fuel consumption can be achieved through improved processes of fuel mixing and fuel processing (fuel dearomatization, ultrasonic treatment, magnetic, electrostatic and electromagnetic processing). Bench tests of a diesel engine equipped with an experimental device for ultrasonic treatment, showed good results, confirming the relevance of the use of such devices. Devices for processing are compact enough and consume little energy, while having a sufficiently high coefficient of performance. Having small size and relative simplicity of design that does not cause complex technical issues in production, these devices can be used on virtually any type of equipment that is used for the solution of agricultural problems. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the economy of the diesel fuel when ultrasonic treatment on the example of the motor transportation enterprise
