The article considers the existing at the present stage
of management approaches, describes their advantages
and disadvantages. We have obtained scientific and
special management approaches. Of all the approaches
described in detail, we could highlight system,
integration, dynamic, structural, functional and process
approaches. It was indicated, that the use of the above
approach to production management, as a whole, and
the staff in particular - is limited to the economic
sphere of activity, meanwhile, as there is a prospect of
using these approaches in the field of labor protection.
We also substantiate the choice process approach as
the most promising in the management staff of
mechanical engineering enterprise
In the article, approaches to the management existing at the present stage are considered, their merits and disadvantages are described. General scientific and special approaches to management are singled out. The system, functional and process approaches are described in more detail. The principles of E. Deming are considered. It is pointed out that the application of the above approaches to production management is limited only by the economic sphere of activity, while there is a prospect of using these approaches in the field of labor protection. The article substantiates a selection of the process approach as the most promising in the management of the labor safety management system and health protection of a machine-building enterprise
In this article there is an offer to use balanced scorecard in situational centers. The article includes short description of the concept of situational center, challenges for its construction, offer and reasons for the decision problems described with the use of balanced scorecards, methods of calculation and visualization

Modern small logging enterprises exporting timber
primarily by lorry transport do not have resources for
implementing research that contributes to reducing
the cost of this type of transport. Besides, there is no
universal and accessible planning methodology and
operative decision-making in the organization of
timber export by lorry transport. Because of this, the
author of the article has proposed a methodology for
improving international timber transportation by
timber trucks. This methodology contains logging
modeling simulation, as well as analysis and contain
of different options of logging. Within the framework
of this methodology, a unique model based on the
discrete event simulation has been developed. This
model simulates a full cycle of timber transportation
from the terminal to several foreign consumers. The
working capacity of the model was verified by
simulating several export scenarios based on data
obtained during field study at one of the logging
enterprises, the annual logging volume of which is
400 thousand cubic meters. The analysis and
comparison of the modeling results have confirmed
the possibility of using this methodology in planning
and organizing international timber transportation for
small logging enterprises
The questions of development and use of intellectual systems for traffic control of public transport are considered in the article. The architecture of intellectual management system and its algorithmic support is also described
The article describes the architecture of decision support systems and proposes general architecture of the modern decision support systems
This article presents the elements of the integration cloud platform, the tasks it solves, the components of the platform and the relationships between them. The types of applications of the platform are defined and the interactions between them are described
