The article presents the results of two researches and production experiments conducted on broiler chickens grown in the area with high technological background in feed heavy metals and at the risk of aflatoxicosis. Experimental data obtained during the first experiment suggests that in order to optimize biology and agro-food value of meat with excess of heavy metals and the risk of aflatoxicosis it is advisable to grow broiler chickens of the domestic cross-country of "Smena -7" In the barley-wheat-sunflower-type animal feed of broiler chickens of this cross one should include the formulation of a mold inhibitor of methoxy - phenyl.
During the second research and production experience for broiler chickens of “Smena-7” cross it has been found that with the joint supplements in animal feed to the high background of heavy metals and aflatoxin B1 preparations of beet pectin and methoxy - phenyl having absorption properties, there is an increase of slaughter and meat qualities. At the same time, the meat of poultry has increased its protein-quality score and decreased the concentration of heavy metals in the meat , which helps to improve consumer properties of poultry products
In the article we have developed a methodology to assess the effectiveness of various types of military and economic activities, the effectiveness of which determines the value of the defense capabilities of the state; we have also revealed the economic substance of defense capabilities and combat readiness of troops, justified approaches to determining the significance of ongoing military-oriented activities, identified main activities of the specific conditions of defense industries which leave their marks on the cost-effectiveness in the production of material resources for the Russian military service. The analysis of the flow direction of monetary environment of estimated units indicates that the current practice of planning and cost accounting is not fully adapted for military-economic analysis of measures to ensure the establishment of the defense capabilities of the state, and this makes it difficult to study and make recommendations to improve the efficiency of the use of military and economic resources. The authors propose a unified system of methodological support planning, estimating the size of consumed resources (regardless of funding source) and attainable defense results. Methodical resolution of this problem is based on the use of program-target approach to modeling the processes of the defense-industrial complex and the structural elements of the military organization. The article substantiates that the evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of defense capabilities should be carried out not only by the criterion of "cost - effect", but with all the manifestations of the time factor. In the most general form of the criterion of effectiveness should be provided by the triad "cost - effect - time." The article presents technologies and design features of the proposed chisel combined unit, combining in a single pass over the field 3 operations: deep loosening, crumbling additional topsoil and alignment, fertilizing. Design features of such a subsoiller as the basis of the unit include a chisel on each rack, fixed at an angle of 15-25 degrees to the horizontal and lessons along the center line of the rack feet, and flat cutting fun-leveling, consisting of two coaxially bred drums equipped with ripper teeth securely fastened according to our patents and placed in 5-9 rows on the surface of the drums on the helix, with rows of teeth on both drums have the opposite direction. The teeth of the first drum are long by 5-9 cm than the second, the clearance between the teeth of the first and second drum does not exceed 1.5 cm, and the ends of the teeth between the first reel and the cylindrical surface of the second - 1 cm. Front legs each provided with a divider soil laid down by its center and related to the lower of its parts - the bit. The first reel is mounted to 5 cm clearance between it and the cylindrical surface of the soil, which improves process reliability. We have got analytical dependences of the required power for the engine of the tractor unit with the proposed change of the working speed and width at the optimum utilization traction tractor plowing 0.9. We have justified a preferred brand of domestic and foreign tractors for this purpose

The article focuses on one of the aspects of The Russian Felony Idea revealed during answer to the question of affiliation to the Russian Master Felons’ Brotherhood. This aspect are the limits of candor during the answer along with their reasons. The work also aims at the analysis of the strategies of discursive behavior during an inter-level contact between a law enforcement unit officer and a felon. In the article, the author uses a model to analyze the Russian criminal discourse that was proven earlier on the basis of a synthesis of the ideas suggested by L.N. Gumilev, U. Eco, and O.V. Leszczak. This model made it possible to prove the existence of the Thieves’ Law in a written form with further division into the Old Thieves’ Law and the New Thieves’ Law that differ from each other in material form of their existence. Moreover, it was possible to shift back the moment of its formation up to hundreds of years earlier than it was believed before. The material gathered by the author in conversations is verified on the basis of open-access sources; it allows the author not to mention the personal data of respondents’, who live in different European countries, and totally eliminates such possibility. In this research, the author focuses on one and only aspect, other related aspects are taken into consideration according to their necessity for the aims of the work
