Improving methods of investigation of terrorism is the
leading task of modern criminalistics. Different aspects
of criminal law and criminology connected with the
fight against terrorism were under focus in juridical
literature. At the same time criminalistic characteristic
of terrorism as a system of generalized notion of
significant features of crime under discussion and its
interconnections are not analyzed properly. There is a
need for further analysis of terrorism, suggestions for
its prevention and control. The article deals with
exploration of the subject of criminal encroachment,
the method of commission and concealment of this
crime, the mechanism of formation of traces, the
circumstances of the offence, the personality
characteristics of the offender and the victim, under
circumstances of changing crime situation and
significant increase in offences of a terrorist threat
One of the main problems at engineering-geological
researches is the choice of the most suitable territory
for construction of designed projects and
constructions. The most dangerous threat to the
economy and the security of the Krasnodar region are

The article deals with the issue of alternating irradiator installation for growing plants in protected soil. The point of the method of illuminative installation con-sists in periodical influence of relatively high irradiance upon plants against a background of constant influence of relatively low one. It reduces plant radia-tion irregularity, improves the quality of agricultural products and cuts down energy-output ratio of growing processes.

It has winter hardiness, drought-resistance and high resistance to fungal diseases in comparison with varieties of Vitis vinifera; it is also tolerant to phylloxeras. The flower is ambisexual. The bunch is average, cylinder-conic, medium density. The berry is average, oval, green-yellow colour, with a thick wax coating. The skin is thin, thick, and strong. The pulp and juice with a strong Muscat flavor. Sugar content is high with acidity constant. When overripen, it dries long and is stored on the bushes. The variety is meant for manufacture of dry white wine of superior class and high-quality dessert and sweet wines; It is also suitable for the development of high-quality juices and compotes
