The article deals with the issue of alternating irradiator installation for growing plants in protected soil. The point of the method of illuminative installation con-sists in periodical influence of relatively high irradiance upon plants against a background of constant influence of relatively low one. It reduces plant radia-tion irregularity, improves the quality of agricultural products and cuts down energy-output ratio of growing processes.

The analyze of the genetic relationship or diversity between clones was made by using the microsatellites in the groups with black berries: Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot, and with white berries: Riesling and Pinot. These results become the rationale for the new technology of clone selection, breeding and making registration of these clones of four above-named varieties groups in the varieties-clones for state research: Cabernek, Cabernet Fanogoriisky, Merlok, Pinot white, Rieslinalk, Riesling Anapa and Riesling Fanogoriisky. These varieties-clones are accepted by State commission of Russia, they will enrich the viticulture assortment of Anapa-Tamanskay zone of Kuban, therefore Russia

The most used disinfection means contain quaternary ammonium compounds, phenols, iodine of glutaric aldehyde. However, some disinfectants have ability to close pores on to the egg in case of applicating on the surface of egg that results in decreasing evaporation of water during incubation and decreasing hatching. The most popular methods is gazation with using the preparation on a base of formaldehyde, formalin, potassium permanganate. The above-mentioned methods have the risks of potential danger for hatching eggs and developing embryos. For biocidic treatment of eggs YF-irradiation is used, as well as ozone, but it penetrates into eggs owing to eggs pores and destabilizes embryo. Moreover, ozone possesses the toxic, corrosive and inflammable properties and its using must be controlled. Some disinfectants, especially chloral-containing preparation have a property to react with cuticle of eggshell and falls their activity. Other disinfectants, as a rule, block the pores and make difficult gazoexchanging. Using the preparation on a base of electroactivatel solutions of sodium chloride. Was detected to be one of the perspective approaches to disinfection of hatching eggs.
