The particular qualities of growth of homofermentative lactic acid producer Lactococcus lactis CH5 depending on the composition nutrient medium: glucose and yeast autolysate concentration are examined. The influence of the method of cultivation on the productivity and the speed of the lactis acid synthesis are analyzed
