THE USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OF THE ENTERPRISE

abstract 1121508132 issue 112 pp. 1815 – 1828 30.10.2015 ru 940
To improve the efficiency of using receivable accounts at the enterprise, there is an objective need to perform its constant control. The management of the accounts receivable allows to consider the issues arising during the execution of payments from the debtors of the enterprise in due time and to take essential measures to overcome such situations. This will ultimately have a favorable effect on the financial condition of the company. This article reviews the possibility of using information technologies for the management of the accounts receivable of the enterprise through the implementation of a balanced credit policy. The presented software tool makes it possible to calculate the final credit rating of each enterprise’s debtor by determining the sum of the weighted estimates of all risk factors, to determine the credit limit of each debtor, based on the total debt limit of the company, or on the basis of average monthly receipt from the funds of the debtor. Furthermore, the program helps to calculate the sum of discounts given to the debtor for the timely merchandise payment, or the sum of the fine for breach of the payment discipline. The use of information technology to automate processes of the accounts receivable management of enterprises can significantly reduce economist’s time of work spent on this issue, define emerging problems in this sphere in due time and help to make justified management decisions to overcome such problems

THE USE OF LINEAR CELLULAR AUTOMATON AS A FORECASTING TOOL FOR STOCHASTIC SYSTEMS AFFECTED BY VARIOUS FACTORS

abstract 1531909010 issue 153 pp. 112 – 121 29.11.2019 ru 176
In the process of formation of nonlinear dynamics, the scientific society was able to refute the classical mechanisms of Newton-Laplace by justifying the chaotic nature of the phenomena of the world. However, despite the emergence of new mathematical models and tools, forecasting of nonlinear systems is a difficult task, as not only the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the factors affecting the system are unknown, but also there is a problem of a small amount of information for forecasting. In this article, the authors consider the linear cellular apparatus as a tool for prediction the final state, to which the system will come based only on its output indicators of previous years. Since the use of a linear cellular automaton for prediction of nonlinear systems is an assumption of the authors, it should be tested on the series of stochastic systems exposed to different risk factors, which together give either a positive response of the system or a negative one. An example of such series is the time series of yields, as it is affected by climatic conditions, the appearance of which, in turn, is also difficult to predict. Prediction of stochastic systems using linear cellular automaton really makes it possible to get adequate and visual models. Due to the fact that the forecast model has a discrepancy with the real result of 0-15% (both positive and negative), the conclusion is that the predicted value will help either to take measures to ensure that the real value in the future is not lower, or to make sure that the decisions and measures taken are correct, when a value is higher than the forecast

THE USE OF MOLECULAR BREEDING METHODS RESISTANCE TO NET BLOTCH OF BARLEY (REVIEW)

abstract 1131509093 issue 113 pp. 1315 – 1325 30.11.2015 ru 828
In recent years, due to the increasing aridity there was an increase in the frequency of epiphytoties leaf disease of barley. Therefore, we can see now how greatly increased the need for the creation of resistant grades. Introduction of the selection marker will significantly speed up the breeding process for resistance to pathogens. Employees of the All-Russian Institute of Plant Protection recommended three genes - Rpt 1b, Rpt 5, Rpt 6 to control the resistance to the pathogen Pyrenophora teres for use in breeding programs in the North Caucasus. Rpt 5 gene is one of the most efficient one, because it determines the resistance to the eight isolates of the fungus Pyrenophora teres of different origin. In 2011, Australian scientists have discovered microsatellite markers called Bmag0173 and HVM74, closely linked to the gene Rpt5, which are used very effectively in order to marker-assisted selection of resistant grades in Australia and Canada. Due to the urgency of creating new genotypes carrying resistance genes to net blotch, that would be effective in the Southern Federal Region, the staff of All-Russian Scientific-research institute of Grain Crops after I.G. Kalinenko and the All-Russian Research Institute of Plant after N.I. Vavilov has developed a practical strategy for the use of molecular techniques to create barley grades resistant to this pathogen, which is being successfully implemented

THE USE OF TRITICALE IN THE DIETS OF YOUNG GOSLINGS

abstract 1001406076 issue 100 pp. 1165 – 1185 30.06.2014 ru 1106
The article presents the results of studies on the use of different amounts by weight of triticale grain in feeding of young geese raised for meat. In the first group the wheat grain was 50% replaced by triticale grain, and in the second group the wheat was completely replaced by triticale grain. As a result of the experiment it has been found that the replacement of wheat by triticale in complete feed for geese provides a high growth rate but at 50 % inclusion of triticale grain the live weight at the end of the experience was110.8 g or 3% higher, as compared with the second group. It should be noted that up to 49 days old geese receiving compound feed with the 100 % replacement by triticale grain had a higher body weight. Complete replacement by triticale grain favoured the increase of carcass yield by 2.2% and decrease of body fat by 68.7 g as compared with the first group. Muscle tissue of the goslings fed the complete feed with complete replacement for triticale grain was characterized by 1% lower caloriс content than the goslings of the second group. According to biochemical composition of blood, all designed rations ensured normal metabolism in the fattened geese. The inclusion of triticale grain into the complete feed for young geese reduced their costs in the second group by 2.9%. But as a result the higher profit by 18.75 % was in the first group, which contributed to increased profitability by 2.4%. It is recommended to use up to 50% of triticale grain instead of wheat as part of complete feed for young fattening meat geese

THE USE OF VERBAL AND VISUAL METAPHORS IN THE TRAINING COURSES IN THE SUBJECTS OF "CYTOGENETICS" AND "GENETIC MONITORING"

abstract 1181604039 issue 118 pp. 712 – 722 29.04.2016 ru 860
The article considers issues of presentation of educational material using verbal and visual metaphors. Metaphors functions are analyzed, such as: representative, which is a new phenomenon and new object. The second function is the information, i.e., metaphor gives the initial information. The third function is called ornamental, where metaphor adorns scientific speech, makes it more intense. The fourth function of metaphor is explanatory that is metaphor explains the meaning of the phenomenon. The fifth function is economical, because the metaphor allows characterizing phenomena briefly and processes that are at a different way of expressing it was hard to describe. Sixth function is visual, as it creates an image, contributing to the achievement of this phenomenon. We have presented verbal and visual metaphors for each function in the example of teaching disciplines cytogenetics and genetic monitoring. For the implementation in the educational process of metaphors during 2 years of gathered verbal metaphors of scientific articles and books, and reinforce their visual metaphors based on works of art. It is shown that a metaphor conveys not only the primary sense, but also allows you to recreate a bright and unconventional way. In some cases, a metaphor can be a supplement to development of the new course, but sometimes they need to be the main focus in the presentation of the material

abstract 1171603086 issue 117 pp. 1317 – 1328 31.03.2016 ru 450
Using of compound feeds in broiler feed additives of plant resources, activates body's biological functions. This increases productivity and gives an ability to make environmentally friendly products. These local plants feed additives contributing to enrich animal feed with active ingredients include flour from nettle and Caspian marine algae. This article is devoted to studying the composition of nettle from the different locations of growth in Dagestan Republic and also, to determine the effectiveness of the use of nettle flour individually and to how implement it with the seaweeds flour in feeds of broiler chickens instead of herbal flour. The studies showed that nettle from a foothill zone in the flowering period exceeds slightly the nettle from mountain zone on the content of dry matter-1.19 % of protein-0.09 % and exchange energy 0.77 kcal/100g. Nettle meal from mountainous zone also inferiors the foothills in the energy value to 6.81 kcal/100 g. The inclusion of 2% feed meal nettle, 3% seaweed either alone or in combination of 2% instead of+3% of alfalfa grass meal resulted increasing broilers’ body weight 4,60-8,95% betterment survival to2,8-5,70%, increasing muscle output at 0,56-2,54% compared with the control group. The protein content and the amount of essential amino acids in the thoracic muscle in the test group was to 0.97-2.74%andto1,68- 2,11%, respectively, higher than the control. There was a significant increasing iodine in thoracic muscles of experimental groups 119,6-166,07% relative to control. Based on the results of the research, it is recommended to include 2% of feed meal nettle and 3% from algae instead of 4% grass meal of alfalfa to improve the productivity and biological value of broiler meat and 1 % of cereals

THE VALUE OF THE GENEALOGICAL FACTOR FOR THE FORMATION OF THE POSITIVE BASES OF THE SOCIETY DEVELOPMENT (IN THE EXAMPLE OF RESEARCHES OF THE HISTORY OF THE SKULSKY NOBLE FAMILY)

abstract 1051501041 issue 105 pp. 682 – 702 30.01.2015 ru 1095
In the system of the sciences the genealogy is closely connected with the physical and structural anthropology, the historical psychology, demography, ethnography, genetics and other areas of knowledge. It is emphasized that today an important component of any family, except the welfare, the popularity and the existence of the significant state awards (this is a certain template which distorts an essence of the genealogical researches, because it glorifies the persons doing the actions harm to the countries of the world), is the allocation of the other essential qualities of the people. One of such intrinsic characteristics is the patriotism of service to the Fatherland to which there is attention the long-term and laborious research by the several generations of genealogy of the family of Skulsky. In the article оn the basis of the collected several generations of the researchers of unique genealogical information we have proposed an analytical approach to the study of the long history of Russia using the biographical method. In conclusion, we have disclosed the value of this method for the modern science, focused on the development of the interdisciplinary research and the increase of the reliability, objectivity, scientific findings and recommendations. Unique research data since XVI century are provided in article. The biography of two representatives of this noble family is considered in detail
