Hereby are represented: method and results of experimental research for substantiation of rational operating mode for honey centrifuge electric drive. Empiric model of influence of honey temperature (from 20 to 30 оС) and honey humidity (from 17 to 21%) on initial rotating speed of centrifuge was worked out. Rational operating mode of honey centrifuge electric drive consists of 3 stages of honey output. Rotating speed of drum with allowance to the honey temperature and humidity for each stage was substantiated. There is an example of model using. Recommendations for application of research results are given
Hereby an urgency of electric drive with rational operating mode for honey output centrifuge is substantiated. There was ascertained, that exposure of regularity of honey movement out of the cell-frames within centrifuge during the honey output will let to work out rational electric drive for centrifuge and to reduce a work content of the technological process. Principal electro scheme for centrifuge electric drive controlling is given here. Feasibility study for honey centrifuge rational electric drive application for serving an apiary, consisting of 100 colonies of bees is performed here.
