The process of negotiating from a position of the personality is considered, taking into account the peculiarities of activity of women and men. Psychological phenomenology of the behavior, understanding and experiences of men and women in the negotiation process, depending on what sex their opponent is, is empirically investigated. It is shown that the sex of the person of negotiations and the sex of his opponent in the negotiations affect the activity of the individual. As result of evaluation 24 common wheat introgression lines with genetic material Agropyron glaucum the considerable variability of resistance to leaf rust was revealed. Genetic control of leaf rust in introgression lines 60 and 109 was studied using hybridological analysis. Both lines contained single dominant genes differed from each other and from the known effective Lr19 and Lr24.
