In the third article from the series of the works dedi-cated to the tool methods of the research of macroeco-nomic dynamics the phase space, the phase analysis in it and their macroeconomic appendices are described. Phase pictures alongside with a parameter contain its first derivative (tendency), which in the best degree characterizes aspirations of a macroeconomic process. In a phase space, periodic economic processes (sea-sonal prevalence and cyclicity) become rather cyclic or “circular” designs, which facilitate the recognition of economic archetypes. The phase analysis has appeared new, more universal, simple, but at the same time thin, intellectual, mathematically exacted tool at the re-search of macroeconomic conjuncture. It has enabled the possibility to analyze, to represent, to visualize and to predict the development of cycles in macroeco-nomic analytically, numerically and in a graphical way
Russia's economy has a pronounced raw-material orientation. A significant share in the export of the Russian Federation occupies natural gas. Analysis of the dynamics of the share of natural gas in Russia's exports show a tendency of to its insignificant reduction. Phase analysis on the basis of spline-approximation detects the cyclic dynamics of the share of natural gas in the structure of export of the Russian Federation
In the first from the series of articles of tool methods of the research of the macroeconomic dynamics, those
imperatives of the modern economic development which force to refuse the classical methods of the analysis are described. The transition to the new, more thin, intellectual and mathematically-sated methods of the research of conjuncture is proved. Thus the toolkit is absolutely differently showing the habitual earlier economic designs, it starts to play the important role. It enables to calculate and to represent the mac-roeconomic archetypes analytically, numerically and graphically
In the second article from the series of works about the tool methods of research of macroeconomic dynamics the modern class of approximating functions is de-scribed. It is relevant to the "fragmentary" character of modern transitive economy when during the account-ing period the time class of process varies, as well as "game rules", tariffs, preferences, taxes, excises, rates, quotas, deductions … The splines have appeared new, more universal, simple, but at the same time thin, intel-lectual, mathematically exact and optimized method of research of macroeconomic dynamics. They have enabled analytically, numerically and graphically to analyze, represent, visualize and predict images of macroeconomic conjuncture
This article is devoted to a problem of effective management of a financial and economic condition of companies on the example of the enterprises of oil products supply. We consider questions of support of adoption of management decisions which concern stabilization of a financial condition of the company and as a result of decrease in financial risks. The article also provides a description of the program complex called FESP_ON developed by the authors allowing to carry out the profound complex assessment of a financial and economic condition of Societies of oil products supply
The article provides a comparative analysis of assessments of the socio-economic development of the Krasnodar region from such well-known rating agencies as Standard & Poors, Moody’s, Fitch Ratings, which belong to the United States of America. The studied ratings are compared with the ratings of the national agency of the Russian Federation called “Expert RA”. The values of the established ratings are examined, as well as number of possible reasons why the ratings of the United States of America differ from the ratings of the Russian Federation, for example, economic and political reasons, and, subsequently, how these ratings affect the investment attractiveness of the Krasnodar region. The article explains positive and negative aspects of the integrated methodology used by international rating agencies, consisting of software and expert opinion, the level of access to it for study and analysis. We study another (local) source of information on the investment attractiveness of the Krasnodar region, which is a state institution, namely the Department of Investments and Development of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Krasnodar region. Options are proposed for improving the system of analysis of statistical data through methods that are based on a clear mathematical approach to provide an adequate assessment of the region and municipalities without the influence of subjective expert opinion
