THE PROBLEM OF YOUTH EMPLOYMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF THE EDUCATION MARKET AND THE LABOR MARKET MISMATCH
The article deals with the problems of youth employment
in the context of inconsistency of educational
services market and labor market. It analyzes
the main trends in youth employment, values in the
professional working environment, problems of employment
of young specialists, the reasons causing
youth unemployment. It is noted that the imbalance
in the labor market and the education market is one
of the causes of youth unemployment. The author
addresses youth employment issues from the perspective
of a comprehensive and systematic approach,
draws attention to youth employment as an
urgent and long-term task of the state socioeconomic
policy. There have been identified priority
areas for the implementation of employment policies
that will contribute to the effective solution of
problems of the youth labor market segment development.
The work proposes a number of specific
measures required for solving the existing problems
of youth employment, as well as for increasing the
level of social adaptation of this category of labor
resources in the Russian economy
The article analyzes the role that the recruitment
system plays in the formation of human capital and its
value within the modern Russian company. The article
provides the procedure to evaluate the recruitment
efficiency according to the human capital value in
dynamics. The main principles of efficient recruitment
as an essential part of SHRM are also stated. It is
actually the recruitment system that provides any
organization with staff of a required quality and
quantity. In prospect the recruited staff has to be
developed and trained by the company to fulfill its
needs in the best way that helps to raise the value of
the organizational human capital. It is the efficient
recruiting that lays the foundation for this value
formation. The article compares the human capital
value dynamics in companies with efficient and
insufficient recruitment procedures. Essential aspects
of Russian labor market are taken into account as well
The article analyzes the problems which occur when a
HR-manager of a modern Russian company starts to
count return on investment in the field of human
resources development. The following problem areas are
identified in the article: insufficient financial education
of Russian HR-managers (even on top-positions);
challenges in personnel development results evaluation
(quantitative criteria); difficulties of HR risks
accounting, especially in the field of human resources
development. The article also touches upon the issue of
the competence of modern HR managers in the field of
financial analysis and investment analysis. The article
offers the ways to solve the problems listed above. Some
perspectives of financial competencies development for
Russian HR-managers are discussed. The main ways to
account HR risks by HR project investments evaluation
are offered. On the basis of contemporary theories the
authors suggest some quantitative criteria for human
resources development
In the article the bank regulator of the country - the Federal Reserve System (FRS) is considered. The influence of monetary policy of FRS on the international financial markets, including the stock, currency and commodity markets is estimated. For the analysis of data, the statistics indicators characterizing dynamics of driving of major financial instruments and the markets since 2007 and finishing with the beginning of 2017 are used. As comparison, the analysis of dynamics of interest rates of the Federal Reserve of the USA and the S&P500 market index was used. The Influence of FRS on the American and German bonds is defined. On this basis, the conclusion is drawn that securities have high correlation, but the other Central banks take part in it. The forward reaction of monetary policy of the other bank regulators on decisions of FRS after crisis of 2008-2009 was revealed. The research of the influence of monetary policy of FRS on the market of petroleum crude, which suffered, first of all, because of the increase in interest rates of the bank regulator of the USA is conducted. The authors of the article have studied the reason of this process caused by interrelation of the commodity markets and monetary policy of FRS. In conclusion, key trends of the world financial platforms because of change of monetary policy of FRS and possible consequences for actual and financial sectors of the world economy were allocated
The objectives of the study were: studying of the theoretical aspects of marketing activities and their role in the organization's production and economic activities, carrying out of analysis of its financial and economic activities, substantiating of the directions for improving the marketing activities of the organization in order to improve its efficiency and sustainability. The object of our study is the agricultural enterprise of FSUE "Pravoberezhny" in Temryuk district. The main activity of the company is the cultivation of cereals and milk production. In general, having analyzed the relative indicators of financial stability of FSUE "Pravoberezhny", we can make a conclusion about financial independence of the enterprise. We have made a proposal to process the milk produced by the farm for baby food in order to increase its sales along with the revenue and profit of the farm. The calculation of the effectiveness indicators of the proposed activity illustrates its feasibility and high efficiency. The payback period amounts to 1 year and 1 month, the net present value of the project is more than 6.6 million rubles. The article provides an optimal and real distribution of the organization's budget for advertising. The opening of the marketing department at FSUE "Pravoberezhny" could lead to the increasing of the revenue of the enterprise and the calculations prove the feasibility of the project for its creation.
