The first statistical publication – the Fourth Book of Moses, “Numbers” in the Old Testament. We trace the development of ideas about the statistics until the twentieth century. The present stage of statistical methods began with parametric statistics by Pearson, Student, Fisher. Scientometrics of statistical researches provides an indication of the accumulated results. Nonparametric statistics appeared in the 1930s, applied statistics in our country - at the turn of 1970-80. We have discussed what gives applied statistics to national economy. Also we have told briefly about the history of statistical methods in
Russia (until Kolmogorov's time)
In this paper, we consider gravitation theory in multidimensional space. The model of the metric satisfying the basic requirements of quantum theory is proposed. It is shown that gravitational waves are described by the Liouville equation and the Schrodinger equation as well. The solutions of the Einstein equations describing the stationary states of arbitrary quantum and classical systems with central symmetry have been obtained. Thus, it is proved that
atoms and atomic nuclei can be represented as standing gravitational waves
It was established that the Fermi-Dirac statistics, Bose-Einstein and Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution can be described by a single equation, which follows from Einstein's equations for systems with central symmetry. Emergence parameter of classical and quantum systems composed by the rays of gravitational waves interacting with gravitational field of the universe has been computed

From a modern point of view we have discussed Kolmogorov’s researches in the axiomatic approach to probability theory, the goodness-of-fit test of the empirical distribution with theoretical, properties of the median estimates as a distribution center, the effect of "swelling" of the correlation coefficient, the theory of averages, the statistical theory of crystallization of metals, the least squares method, the properties of sums of a random number of random variables, statistical control, unbiased estimates, axiomatic conclusion of logarithmic normal distribution in crushing, the methods of detecting differences in the weather-type experiments
In this article we consider the problem of solvability oа second boundary value problem for the model equation in partial derivatives with involutive deviation in the lowest terms. The investigation is based on a variable separation method
The non-local boundary value problem for the second order mixed parabolo-hyperbolic equation with the non-smooth conditions of conjugation has been examined. The uniqueness and the existence of the solution for this problem have been proved
Theorems of the value distribution of the sums of Abelian Group’s characters and short exponentail triginimetric sums are proved in this article. Asymptotic formulas of these sums’ fractional moments are proved
The article discusses the question of the essence of radiation of electromagnetic waves of different sources and questioned the reliability of its description by J.Maxwell in the form of alternating electric and magnetic fields. It justifies the formation of an electromagnetic wave in the form of a wave of compression-decompression in surrounding electromagnetic photon field with a flux of photons of different frequencies emitted by different sources or antenna
The probabilistic model of grouping data (including multidimensional data) is described. We have also generalized Euler-Maclaurin’s formulas. With its help Sheppard’s corrections and corrections on
grouping for correlation coefficient are received. We have found and studied asymptotical corrections on grouping data generally. Accuracy of approach has been estimated
