STRUCTURE AND SPECTRAL-LUMINESCENT PROPERTIES OF THE SILICATES OF RARE EARTHS WITH APATITE STRUCTURE

abstract 0781204059 issue 78 pp. 746 – 762 30.04.2012 ru 1709
CaGd4 x y zYbxEryCez(SiO4)3Osingle crystals were grown by the Czochralski method, the concentration dependence of the luminescence decay kinetics of the levels 4S3 / 2, 4I11 / 2 and 4I13 / 2 ions Er3+and X-ray analysis conducted for these crystals. By the results of stereo atomic analysis, it is shown that there is possible to estimate the lifetimes of levels, i.e. predict the probability of multipole interactions

ROOT POLYNOMIALS

abstract 0781204067 issue 78 pp. 842 – 851 30.04.2012 ru 1812
The article obtained the explicit form of root polynomials for cyclic polynomials of degree three over fields of characteristic 2. We also give an overview of known results on the root polynomials over arbitrary fields

DESIGNING OF MULTIALGORITHMIC METHODS ON THE EXAMPLE OF LIBRARY OF CLASSES FOR THE ANALYSIS AND MODELLING OF TIME SERIES

abstract 0781204017 issue 78 pp. 199 – 209 30.04.2012 ru 1474
In this article, we describe a modification of the design pattern of "Strategy", which informs customers about the different types of algorithms (strategies) without disclosing the features of their implementation, as well as allows you to control compliance with the algorithms and methods. In addition, the architecture of the algorithms and methods that use the above modification is described in details

CASCADE PHOTON EMISSION IN LUMINOPHORES AND STEREOATOMIC ANALYSIS

abstract 0781204056 issue 78 pp. 704 – 720 30.04.2012 ru 1731
The relation between degree of sphericity of the Voronoi-Dirichlet’s polyhedron G3 and the ability to demonstrate the first stage of the cascade luminescence of Pr3+ for several crystalline fluorides and oxygen-containing compounds was revealed. It was found that LaZr3F15 and BaSiF6, with energy level 1S0 located below the bottom of 5d-band, which demonstrate cascade luminescence have the smallest value of G3 among investigated compounds

QUANTIFICATION OF LEVEL OF A SYSTEM, BASED ON INFORMATION MEASURES OF K.SHENNON (building rate of emergence of Shan-non)

abstract 0791205018 issue 79 pp. 248 – 303 31.05.2012 ru 1560
In the article, a text is considered as a system, which includes both verbal and nonverbal subsystems of different levels of hierarchy. System generalization of the classical Shannon measure of information in text and a quantitative measure of the level of systematic text, called the "coefficient of emergence of Shannon", which is based on it, is proposed. This article shows mathematical relationship between the obtained coefficients of emergence of Hartley in 2002 and Shannon's proposed rate of emergence. It is shown that every object of cognition can be associated with a text reflecting its composition and structure. The process of learning from this perspective is seen as a process of constructing a text object models of learning and research process of these models. The definition of procedures for encryption and decryption, as well as quantitative measures of their effectiveness based on quantitative measures systematic texts is given. From this standpoint, the relationship of encryption and decryption with zipping and unzipping is shown. We propose a computer program for the numerical measurement of systemic and specific texts of the simulated systems and present some numerical examples in this article

PECULIARITIES OF GROWING NOMINALLY PURE AND NEODYMIUM DOPED STRONTIUM TUNGSTATE SINGLE CRYSTALS

abstract 0791205048 issue 79 pp. 658 – 669 31.05.2012 ru 1500
The Nd3+ doped and nominally pure SrWO4 single crystals have been grown by modified Czochralski method. The nature of thermo physical behavior of the growth system with an additional afterheater for crystals with different light transmission was shown. The distribution of Nd3+ ions along the obtained crystals was investigated, the effective distribution coefficient was equal to 0.71

REDUCTION OF BOUNDARY-VALUE PROBLEM FOR A PLANE ELASTIC BODY TO A SINGULAR INTEGRAL EQUATION

abstract 0801206014 issue 80 pp. 177 – 186 30.06.2012 ru 1488
The boundary-value problem for a plane elastic body with external and internal stress concentrators has been analytically solved in this article by means of a singular integral equation. Derivation of this equation and general and particular solutions of the equation are represented

SYNERGETIC INFORMATION THEORY: EXPLANATIONS AND TERMINOLOGICAL REMARKS

abstract 0801206046 issue 80 pp. 557 – 592 30.06.2012 ru 2837
The article is devoted to an explanation of the separate moments of the synergetic information theory and consists of five independent sections. In the first section genesis of the name this theory reveals and its independence of G. Haken's synergetrics is shown. In the second section basic distinction of R. Hartley's information measure and quantity of information self-reflected by a final set is detail considered. In the third section concept interpretation information from category positions reflection is briefly considered. In the fourth section need of change of the name of information which is reflected about each other by two being crossed final sets is shown. In the fifth section the phrase negentropy of reflection is replaced with the term a sintropy and classification of different types of a sintropy is given
