METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF EVALUATION OF ORNAMENTAL CHARACTERS OF HIBICUS SYRIACUS (HIBISCUS SYRIACUS L.)

abstract 0661102028 issue 66 pp. 309 – 318 28.02.2011 ru 1951
An approach to the valuation technique of decorative signs Syrian Hibiscus (Hibiscus syriacus L.) is suggested. A scale consisting of 15 characters is developed. Each attribute in this scale is evaluated and indexed by the coefficient of the importance of this trait afterwards. General guidance of the evaluation of each decorative feature is given

ANTICELLULAR EFFECTORS OF IMMUNITY AT AFRICAN SWINE FEVER

abstract 0621008024 issue 62 pp. 297 – 305 28.10.2010 ru 1952
Some optimal conditions to fix virus-specific anticellular effectors of immunity at African swine fever (ASF) were determined. Injection of an attenuated strain FK-135 at high doses enables registration of antibodies active in antibody-dependent cellular toxicity (ADCT) and primary cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL) on days 3 and 6, respectively. After infection of pigs with a virulent strain F-32 not any immunity anticellular effectors were found

OBTAINING LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT PEPTIDES OF MILK AND ANALYSIS OF THEIR IMMUNODEFENCE BOOSTING ACTIVITY

abstract 0701106006 issue 70 pp. 63 – 71 30.06.2011 ru 1957
Milk protein hydrolysates are analyzed for the presence of low molecular weight fractions of peptides. Bioactivity is shown; the requirements for obtaining are streamlined; effect of peptides on the physical and chemical characteristics of kefir is revealed

APPLICATION OF BIOLOGICAL PREPARATION DESTROIL FOR CLEANING FROM BLACK MINERAL OIL POLLUTED SOILS AND WATER IN MAIKOP REGION

abstract 0851301033 issue 85 pp. 418 – 428 28.01.2013 ru 1969
Oil products are among the most widespread pollutants of objects of environment. Near Maikop in 2008 the large center of black oil pollution was formed. This site became the range for studying of consequences of black oil pollution of soils and water objects under natural conditions. In the real work stages of a recultivation of the soils polluted by fuel oil on a site in Maikop are described. Results of application of a biological preparation Destroil for cleaning of reservoirs are considered. The obtained data allowed to draw a conclusion, that the application of the bacterial preparation Deystroil promoted decomposition of oil products before chemically neutral connections both in the soil, and in water objects

THE STUDY OF A HOST PLANT GENETIC DIVERSITY TO THE TRANSCAUCASIAN POPULATION OF WHEAT YELLOW RUST (PUCCINIA STRIIFORMIS WEST. F. SP. TRITICI ERIKSS. ET HENN.) PATHOGEN

abstract 0771203035 issue 77 pp. 385 – 396 30.03.2012 ru 1972
The immunologic characteristics of 18 domestic winter wheat cultivars to Transcaucasia population of yellow rust pathogen have been studied. 251 resistance sources to Puccinia striiformis have been detected among 468 studied soft wheat samples from Vavilov ARRIP collection. The efficiency of known resistance genes (Yr) to Transcaucasia population of yellow rust pathogen are estimated

PESTICIDE POLLUTION OF THE COASTAL WATERS OF THE TAGANROG AND YASENSKI BAYS OF THE AZOV SEA IN 2009-2011

abstract 0811207042 issue 81 pp. 569 – 579 30.09.2012 ru 1972
The residual amounts of the pesticides in the coastal water of the Azov Sea were studied in spring seasons of 2009-2011. The concentrations of the pollutants were determined and the degree of their danger for hydrobionts was assessed. The concentrations of the pesticides diluted in the water of the Taganrog Bay and the eastern Azov Sea are shown to be lower than the maximum admissible concentrations set for fish-ery reservoirs
