The modern state of the territorial road system in South Russia is analyzed in the article. It considers some districts of the Rostov region, the Krasnodar region and the Stavropol region, which have roads with inappropriate technical parameters, and some districts, which don’t have paved roads for transport connection localities. Road service is a function of road construction companies. Numbers of vehicles in companies participating in the technological process of prepare, delivery and asphalting don’t match the amount of work. Therefore, the article analyzes the transport structure of road construction companies in the most problem districts of the Krasnodar region, the Stavropol region and the Rostov region. On basis of data on providing the companies with vehicles and length of roads the closeness of the relationship is defined which is estimated with the correlation coefficient. The road construction company with the best coordination of the delivery power, the number of vehicles for preparation, transportation and asphalting, and the length of roads is identified. The optimal coefficient of providing every hundred kilometers with rolling stock for service is defined as the analysis result

This article has examined the signs by which you can group all the technical means to collect information about the interaction of termobarometrical underground oil and gas facilities with the environment. The analysis showed, that despite the long history and variety of instruments for measuring pressure and temperature, there is a small set of tools for measuring deep inside the well bore, we know only a few works on the casing tube inserted into special tubes with tensometers placed on them to measure the mechanical deformations, axial forces and temperature, and only a few details about the individual experimental studies of total pressure at the borehole wall and the temperature. The main causes of congestion in the city are single-level intersections regulated by traffic-lights and an insufficient number of lanes. The article provides an analysis of two problematic intersections and suggestions for their discharge. For trilateral junction of
Yaltinskaya - Uralskaya with an electric model it was determined that the number of lanes needed for different areas increased to 4 - 8. However, the causes of the conflict - the intersection of two competing streams – the turn from the bridge to Yaltinskaya street to Uralskaya and oncoming traffic from Yaltinskaya to Severnaya. Traffic light regulation does not solve the problem and helps creating congestion. It is proposed to separate traffic flows on different levels with the help of the overpass on Yaltinskaya, and the stream from Yaltinskaya to Severnaya goes on the overpass, and turning stream to Uralskaya - under the overpass. Traffic flows at the intersection on Severnaya and Turgeneva with traffic light regulation device can be diluted with a circular or a turbo intersection

of the diode. It is assumed that the gain will be
sufficiently large, and then the nature of the
dependence of the gain factors on the degree of
regeneration will be the same for amplifiers "per
pass" and "reflection". This allows us to consider
the problem for both types of amplifiers on the
RTD. The types of amplitude characteristics ,
which are possible for the RTD amplifier, are
considered. The dependences of the parameter
determining the dynamic range of the amplifier on
the position of the operating point for several
values of the product of the resistance on the direct
current of the supply circuit are calculated for the
value of the modulus of the maximum negative
conductivity of the tunnel gap RG max. For each
value of RG max for given parameters, you can
determine the position of the operating point,
which provides the specified amplifier mode.
Dependences of the value of the dynamic range are
constructed with allowance for auto-displacement
and in the absence of auto-displacement for two
values of the degree of regeneration. Taking into
account autosplacement, two possible types of
amplitude characteristics and boundaries of their
existence were revealed. For these two types of
amplitude characteristics, expressions were
obtained that determine the dynamic range of the
amplifier
