The article is devoted to the expert systems technology using to monitor the correct operation of the software and databases. It is noted that the main issues of security management in critical information systems is a process of observation and collection of information in a computing environment. Observation results should be evaluated and processed by an expert on security and then recorded in the database of expert systems. One of the possible options for security management of distributed computing network - creating a security machine. It will ensure: minimum response time to external perturbations; the accuracy of the audit protected by S-interface and independent decision-making process of the state of the controlled elements of information systems. After that, the agent is completely worn out; it is destroyed and replaced by a new one. This aging mechanism protects agent from analyzing and from external attacks

UTILIZATION OF RICE STRAW BY CHOPPING AND SPLITTING WITH A POST-BLADE CYLINDER

The article focuses on the utilization of rice straw by chopping and splitting with a post-blade cylinder. The amount of rice production and rice straw in the Krasnodar region are specified in the article, as well as methods of utilization of non-grain part of rice harvest of rice, namely, burning in the field and use of rice straw as an organic fertilizer. The article describes a research on determination of the degree of rice straw humification under natural conditions at different parameters of its crushing and patching. According to the experimental results there was constructed a graph of the degree of rice straw humification by variants of the experiment. There was offered the projected constructive scheme of mobile trailer rice straw crusher from rolls in the article. The main results which were obtained to the present moment were shown in conclusions

VIBRATING TOOL FOR SOIL TREATMENT

On the basis of the analysis of existing technical means for tillage in this article we propose a new technical means of vibration action including rectangular welded rack with hinge systems, adjusting the depth of tillage. Fixing of the working bodies and working bodies are made in the form of racks with chisels and arrow-shaped claws differ in that there is a shaped hole is made in the upper side of rack where a mounted solenoid is. It is mounted on a rack by means of casing and screws, and the solenoid is made in the form of a coil with a head and spring and communicated with the electrical system of the tractor via the relay-breaker and a regulator are located on the rack. This vibrating tool presumably will lessen the resistance of the soil affecting on the working bodies, will eliminate the sticking effect of elements of working bodies and thereby the quality of the soil tillage will be improved, it will allow to reduce energy consumptions of working process up to 30%, it reduces the emission of harmful substances from combustion of diesel fuel into the atmosphere. VIBRATION TECHNOLOGY WITH A LARGE AMPLITUDE OF PARTICLE MOTION OF FEED COMPONENTS

The article has revealed the contradiction between the way of technological impact and the means of implementation of technological transport in existing processes of feed preparation. There has been shown the possibility of eliminating this contradiction by menus of completely new technological equipment on the basis of relative screw drums and the opportunity to improve their productivity. There are no exciters in the offered design of vibrating machines. There is no need for them because the move mend of mass loading particles is provided by the original constructions of relative screw drums committing a rotary motion around its own axis. For implementing of feed preparation process the geometry of the relative screw drum and its dynamism must be individual: the shape, spatial orientation, the impact of forces providing feed components particles simultaneously with rotational-translational and vibrational motion. In the result, the continuously running through the inner cavity of the relative screw drum particles of feed components perform rotational-translational movements with super imposed vibrations inside this drum, due to this process the particles of feed components are mixed intensively

VOLTAGE REGULATION OF SOLAR POWER PLANTS AUTONOMOUS INVERTERS

In agricultural production, the direction of introduction of renewable energy for power consumers remote from the external electrical network is relevant. Here, prospects are revealed in front of the solar PV stations. One of the main functional units of solar power is inverters that convert the DC voltage of the solar panels into alternating current. The article describes the advantages and disadvantages of the main methods of voltage regulation of the autonomous inverters of solar photovoltaic power plants. We have proposed new structural designs of autonomous voltage inverters, described their advantages, features of design and operation for voltage stabilization. We suggest stand-alone inverters designed using high frequency link, which will significantly improve mass and dimensions parameters of the converter. Due to the use of single-phase transformer with a rotating magnetic field in stand-alone inverters, we improve the efficiency of the converter and the reliability of the work. Patents of the Russian Federation confirmed the novelty of technical solutions of the considered schemes of autonomous voltage inverters. Structural schematics of the voltage regulators considered in the article, as well as features of their work, will allow to increase efficiency of preliminary works on development of autonomous voltage inverters with improved operational and technical characteristics for solar photovoltaic power plants

VOLTAGE REGULATORS ASYNCHRONOUS GENERATORS

A promising is currently the use of asynchronous generators with capacitive excitation as a source of electricity in stand-alone power systems. Drive asynchronous generators may exercise as a thermal engine and wind wheel wind power plant or turbines of small hydropower plants. The article discusses the structural and schematics of voltage stabilizers and frequency of asynchronous generators with improved operational and technical specifications. Technical novelty of design solutions of the magnetic system and stabilizers asynchronous generator of electricity parameters confirmed by the patents for the invention of the Russian Federation. The proposed technical solution voltage stabilizer asynchronous generators, can reduce the weight of the block capacitors excitation and reactive power compensation, as well as to simplify the control system power circuit which has less power electronic devices. For wind power plants it is an important issue not only to stabilize the voltage of the generator, but also the frequency of the current. Recommend functionality stabilizer schemes parameters of electric power made for direct frequency converters with artificial and natural switching power electronic devices. It is also proposed as part of stabilization systems use single-phase voltage, three-phase transformers with rotating magnetic field, reduce the level of electromagnetic interference generated by power electronic devices for switching, enhance the efficiency and reliability of the stabilizer.

VOLTAGE REGULATORS OF SYNCHRONOUS GENERATORS

Synchronous generators are the primary source of electrical power autonomous electrosupply systems, including backup systems. They are also used in a structure of rotating electricity converters and are widely used in renewable energy as part of wind power plants of small, mini and micro hydroelectric plants. Increasing the speed and the accuracy of the system of the voltage regulation of synchronous generators is possible due to the development of combined systems containing more stabilizers. The article illustrates the functional schemes of circuit voltage stabilizers and frequency synchronous generators (with electromagnetic excitation and permanent magnet excitation) and describes the features of their work, including two and three-aggregate rotating converters of electricity used in uninterruptible power supply systems. To improve the technical characteristics of the system of stabilization we have proposed functional solutions for stabilizers of synchronous generators made on the base of direct frequency converters and using a transformer with a rotating magnetic field. To improve the reliability of and to improve the operational characteristics of the autonomous independent sources of electricity we suggest creating the main functional blocks and the elements of the stabilization system in a modular way. The functional circuit solutions of voltage regulators of synchronous generators and the characteristics of their work considered in the article, are able to improve the efficiency of pre-design work in the development of new technical solutions for stabilizing the voltage and the frequency in synchronous generators of electrosupply autonomous systems
