A complete balanced feed mixture includes sunflower cake, silage, beet fodder and roughage that have nutritional value. For preparation and their distribution it is necessary to have the following facilities under provided with reducing energy intensity and improving the qualitative indicators of processes: for the grinding of sunflower cake and beet fodder we need disk shredder plate with a knife, which makes a shock-centrifugal effect on them; silage and roughage – bearnie in which the cylindrical beater with knives and rotary blade rotor with paired cutting knives, respectively, which perform shock-centrifugal influence on them; for dispensing sunflower cake and beet fodders required automatic volumetric dispensers batch cookers operating on open cycle with the working body of the belt; silage and roughage – automatic volumetric dispensers batch cookers operating on open cycle with disc and drum working body, respectively; to mix sunflower cake – universal, mobile rotary mixer with blades periodic operation portion short-term and multi-stage batch mixing in which the material makes circular motions with a high speed of circulation; beet fodder, roughage – universal, mobile paddle mixers with blades of valencianos form of the periodic portion short-term and multi-stage batch mixing in which the material performs a stochastic motion of particles; silage – universal mobile paddle mixers periodic action of short-term and multi-stage batch mixing in which the material makes circular motions with a high speed of circulation of the blades of valencianos form; for distribution of silage and beet fodder – mobile, been feeders with mechanical loading of the feed ration in which the trays with the milling devices; sunflower cake and roughage – mobile, rotary and conveyor feeders with mechanized loading of the feed ration in which the front rotor with a horizontal axis of rotation and the conveyor of the milling devices, respectively

areas to effectively address issues of energy saving
is applying renewable energy sources. Despite the
fact that the current solar PV stations have the main
drawback associated with the high cost, the prospects
of their application in autonomous systems
of electrosupply are evident when they are used in
combined (hybrid) systems. In such systems, other
types of renewable and traditional sources of electricity,
which, in addition, produce heat, might be
used as well. We have disclosed the prospects of
the solar industry; also, for solar energy assessment
we examined analytical expressions allowing defining
the energy derived from solar radiation for specific
surfaces. The calculations start with obtaining
statistical data obtained at meteorological stations
which keeps records of the intensity of the total
(direct plus diffuse) radiation on a horizontal surface,
and the intensity of direct solar radiation. The
article presents features of the calculation taking
into account the climatic and territorial conditions,
on the example of the Krasnodar region. Considered
calculation procedure is the first stage of designing
solar power plants. Further, we determine
the total capacity of electricity consumers, as well
as the quality requirements for electricity, including
continuity of supply, and then we get to the construction
of the block diagram of the electricity
supply. In this scheme, we must provide primary
and backup power sources. We select the main
equipment of solar power plant (solar panels, inverters
and storage batteries)

stabilizers. Important question is the calculation of key
performance criteria at the design stage: power losses,
efficiency, reliability, weight and size (for electrical
transport systems). The article discusses the
methodology of the simplified calculation of the basic
criteria of efficiency of inverters and rectifiers. There
are schematic electrical diagrams of power rectifiers
and inverters, and the basic analytical expression for a
simplified calculation of the basic criteria of efficiency
of the converters, including their output filters. Each
year, we improve the technical characteristics of the
probes using new element base, allowing reducing the
level of electromagnetic interference generated by
power electronic devices. We have also shown
perspective directions of the development of power
converter technology by using one-phase and threephase
transformers with rotating magnetic field in their
creation (therefore we increase reliability of operation
and efficiency). A promising direction is the
construction of converters and autonomous systems in a
modular complex, where (in addition to increased
system reliability) we simplify its operation, including
service

In the article we have allocated a number of poorly formalized functional tasks that significantly affect the efficiency of the operation of distributed information-analytical systems. The scheme has been developed for the iterative process, which in addition to the automation of the delivery process and the exchange of information between information systems based on grid integration, also includes funds for applied modeling situations on the basis of available information, developing alternatives, multi-criteria decision problems using techniques scenarios and peer review. Obtained during the evaluation of the effectiveness results allow us to control and manage the operation of distributed information-analytical systems with specific problems, as well as to conduct simulations and analytical processing

Planting of this type provide a high early appearance
and productivity, high quality fruits and quick payback
on investment in their creation means. All of this is
formed in the nursery garden. Under these conditions,
the development and introduction of innovative
machine technologies for industrial production of
sticks is an urgent task. The problem of mechanization
of the technological operation for earthing up ratoon
shoots of vegetative propagated stocks has been
considered in this work. A perspective scheme of
machine comprising two milling rotors which have a
flanked line with axis of rotation parallel line plants
proposed consequently analytic research constructions
of technical means for earthing up ratoon shoots. The
program of the research for parametrics milling barrel
for earthing up ratoon of vegetative propagated apple
stocks include defining the dependence impact of the
kinematics indicators (forward and circumferential
speed of labor body) and the constructive indicators
(quantity of blade and angle of their setting) to
qualitative criterion: structure of soil provide optimal
establishment stocks, and form of swath. Attainment of
agrotechnical demands for earthing up ratoon shoots of
vegetative propagated stocks is provided by the given
aggregate under circumferential speed of labor body

The problem of environmental protection from the contamination by toxic products, contained in the exhaust gases, is one of the most topical in the modern world.
Nitrogen oxides and soot particles are the most toxic.
Getting into the environment and the human body, they cause heavy chronic disease and significantly impair the quality of animal and plant products. The developed gas purification system SCR, the technology of plasma purification of exhaust gases have not found wide practical applications because of their high value.
The study of papers dedicated to reducing exhaust gas toxicity shows that the use of combined means of purification, which usually include mechanical, thermal and catalytic methods of purification, is the most effective. Our work deals with the issue of purifying the diesel engine exhaust from fine particulate matter resulting in the combustion of fuel and oil motor partly.
The article notes that the carbon is not magnetic, so the use of a magnetic field acting as an agent for the purification of exhaust gas from the carbon soot particles is impossible. The purification in a centrifugal field requires the creation of structurally complex centrifuges, so it is ineffective. We consider the possibility of purifying the exhaust gases from the soot particles in the electrostatic field. The device presents the collecting electrode, which is shaped as a cylinder, and an axial central electrode, which is mounted on an insulated spacer within the cylindrical body. The study deals with the physical and mathematical simulation of processes occurring in the proposed device of the purification of exhaust gases. The equality of the Coulomb force and the Stoks force determines the magnitude of the electrostatic field strength that is necessary for the purification of exhaust gas from the soot particles.
