Currently operating in autonomous systems of power
supply DC voltages power sources are secondary
sources for operation devices, protection and control
of generators, motors, stabilizers and inverters have
relatively low operational performance. The work
proposes to improve the weight and the size of power
supplies to apply a high frequency link in their
designs. We provide structural designs and the
peculiarities of operation of secondary power sources
with a high frequency link. This article discusses the
fundamental electrical circuits of pulse regulators,
converters based on resonant inverters and
transformers with rotating magnetic field. The use of
resonant inverters in power sources will significantly
improve their weight and overall dimensions. In
addition, the use of secondary sources of supply for
transformers with rotating magnetic field will
simplify their design and reduce the level of
electromagnetic interference generated by
semiconductor devices. The features of operation of
pulsed regulators and prospective structuralschematics
converters discussed in the article,
performed on resonant inverters and transformers
with rotating magnetic field, will increase the
effectiveness of pre-work on the development of
secondary power sources with improved operational
and technical characteristics for devices of operating,
control and protection

the need to increase their resources and increased
competition have caused especially true problem of
increasing the efficiency of their operation. The work
is devoted to the justification of the selection and
development of a technique of construction of the
diagnostic model to search for failures in power

In the article, based on the generalization of long-term
operation of archives of Kuban state University, we
present current regulations and practice of work with
archival documents, pressing questions of transition to
paperless acquisition, storage and use of documentary
resources of the organization. The author conducted a
detailed analysis of the functioning of the archives of
the University taking into account the specifics of the
focus of the organization, defined the main tasks of the
archive. The role of the archive is considered in the
context of source of historical and cultural heritage of
society. We highlighted problems of control and
storage of archival documents, due to the steady
growth of documentary information. Due to the rapid
development of electronic document management
today, the approach to the management of archival
documents is formed based on electronic technologies.
Based on the analysis and the identified problems, the
article presented constructive proposals for the
introduction of an electronic document archive
organization if the interaction with the EDMS and
other systems. To speed up the process of working
with paper media, we might use the technology of
digitization. It is obvious that now, without
implementation of modern information technologies it
is impossible to organize effective accounting, storage
and use of archival documents
In this article, on the basis of phenomenological
consideration of kinetic processes in semiconductors
volume, we have conducted an analysis, in order to
estimate the drift and diffusion components of the
output current for hot carriers in the total output of
the conductivity structure of the chip. The result
revealed amplitude and frequency characteristics of
this component of the conductivity, illustrating a
greater amount of its modulus and phase inversion
near the field-strength values of Ghan effect. This
can be used for designing oscillators of millimeter
range of wavelengths. It is shown that the nonlinear
diffusion component along with the drift is important
for the output conductance of the test specimen
An algorithm for obtaining a complex of mathematical
models of electromechanical devices, which can then
be formalized and implemented in software, is
proposed and described. Until recently, the
implementation of this algorithm was possible only
with the manual derivation of all expressions, which
significantly hampered the work of researchers. The
appearance of such programs as Maple, Mathematica
and MathCAD provided the possibility to automate the
process of obtaining analytical calculations that allows
calculating any modes of any types of
electromechanical devices, reduces the likelihood of
errors and allows you to change accepted assumptions
and designations in the developed models. The choice
of the MathCAD program (in comparison with Maple
and Mathmatica) can be justified by the fact that
MathCAD has the most convenient interface, allowing
not only to perform mathematical calculations, but also
to present the results in ordinary mathematical
notation. The analytical results obtained in MathCAD
can be immediately included in numerical models
The article is devoted to the use of complex computer programs called "Automated verification and final practice on determination of level of professional readiness of police officers to perform their tasks" - ASC "CONTROL" developed with the Delphe programming language. It describes the basic techniques of the automated testing with the use of the complex algorithms training testing database to use, as well as methods of reporting for testing. We describe how to work with the software modules of "Control" and "Analysis". The first is designed to create and edit a test database and processing of results of testing of the subjects. It is only used by the originator of the test and inspection and is not available for testing. The second module is available to everyone because it provides testing. It is implemented as a separate computer and local network. The number of test, at the same time is virtually unlimited. We clearly articulate the features of the use of the software complex, algorithms of creation of new test tasks, describe the setting options of the test database in detail, technology editing sections of the test, definition of assessment criteria, and describe the technologies of testing subjects. The Complex of computer programs of ASC "CONTROL" has passed the technical testing and successfully used in educational process of chair of computer technologies and systems of Kuban state agrarian University and the determination of the level of knowledge of cadets and police officers in Krasnodar University of MIA of Russia. In this regard, this work will be useful to drafters of test databases in this software environment
The article offers a method of details finishing and cleanup processing based on the details and working environment granules mass hashing in combination with the target transporting movement from loading to unloading. Such combination is provided by means of technological process in which the movements are carried out at the expense of the working body executed in the form of a complex screw rotor with the multidirectional screw surfaces formed by flat elements. Four screw rotors designs and methods of their assembly as well as the recommendation on the use of screw rotors are shown: "The movement of the processed details and particles of a working environment is the most complex and infinitely various among the I class screw rotors and the most elementary and uniform among the IV class screw rotors". The practice and experimental control of the details finishing technological process introduction efficiency in screw rotors have shown that for the considered case productivity of, for example, agnail removal increases tens of times. It is reached not only at the expense of the possibility of continuous processing provision in screw rotors, but also due to significant increase in amplitudes of low-frequency fluctuations which are reported to loading masses by the screw rotors machines located at different angles to each other and to screw rotor rotation axis
Currently, there are widely used combined (hybrid)
power systems in the world, made using renewable
and conventional sources of energy. The article
discusses a typical structural scheme of a combined
system of electricity supply; it also shows the design
and the characteristics of three types of structural
circuit design of combined power systems and their
main advantages and disadvantages. Peculiarities of
the choice and calculation of parameters of the basic
functional elements of the combined system have
been presented. This study describes main
characteristics of solar batteries and provides
analytical expressions for the calculation of their
main parameters. The main characteristics of
batteries and the peculiarities of calculation of the
capacity of storage batteries operating in autonomous
systems have been listed. The features of selection of
voltage inverters have shown that in addition to the
nominal input and output voltage it is necessary to
consider other characteristics that influence the work
of autonomous power supply systems. It has been
shown when it is desirable to use electromechanical
generators to supply autonomous consumers. The
types of structural solutions and the choice of the
basic functional elements of combined power
systems will increase the efficiency of their design
It is estimated that (85-95%) of the electric motor
failures occur due to damage to the stator winding. In
this case, more than 90% of damage are because of
interturn short circuits. Short circuits in stator windings
of stand-alone asynchronous generator change the base
magnetic flux incidentally, so the probability of its long
work with such kind of damage is great. A latent
failure, existing as a loop closure, significantly reduces
the reliability of the generator as a backup power
source. Now sensitive protections of asynchronous
generators do not exist, since it is believed that in the
case of short circuits (short circuit), the generator loses
its excitation, and protection is not required for it.
Identification of information signs of short-circuit
currents in the stator winding of an asynchronous
generator makes it possible to develop relay protection.
The main principle of detection of stokes closures in
the stator winding of an asynchronous electric motor is
the measurement of the emerging asymmetry of the
stator currents. It has been established that in the case
of short-circuit faults, the asymmetry of the currents
and voltages is not large and comparable to the
asymmetry in the AAG load circuit. This does not
allow performing a protection that reacts to this
asymmetry. You can also say about changing the
harmonic spectrum of currents and voltages. To build
protection, it is necessary to use highly sensitive
circuits for detecting the asymmetry of a three-phase
system of currents and voltages, as well as distortion of
the shape of currents and voltages, for example, by
harmonic analysis. Do not exclude the possibility of
using other protection devices, such as reacting the
vibration of the case of an induction generator in the
event of damage to the stator winding
Based on the analysis of modern scientific approaches
to the construction of complex information-measuring
systems, we have formulated a circuit solutions model
of a distributed system of control of parameters of soil,
the implementation of which will allow to build
systems in small businesses
