The article has revealed the contradiction between the way of technological impact and the means of implementation of technological transport in existing processes of feed preparation. There has been shown the possibility of eliminating this contradiction by menus of completely new technological equipment on the basis of relative screw drums and the opportunity to improve their productivity. There are no exciters in the offered design of vibrating machines. There is no need for them because the move mend of mass loading particles is provided by the original constructions of relative screw drums committing a rotary motion around its own axis. For implementing of feed preparation process the geometry of the relative screw drum and its dynamism must be individual: the shape, spatial orientation, the impact of forces providing feed components particles simultaneously with rotational-translational and vibrational motion. In the result, the continuously running through the inner cavity of the relative screw drum particles of feed components perform rotational-translational movements with super imposed vibrations inside this drum, due to this process the particles of feed components are mixed intensively
On the basis of the analysis of existing technical means for tillage in this article we propose a new technical means of vibration action including rectangular welded rack with hinge systems, adjusting the depth of tillage. Fixing of the working bodies and working bodies are made in the form of racks with chisels and arrow-shaped claws differ in that there is a shaped hole is made in the upper side of rack where a mounted solenoid is. It is mounted on a rack by means of casing and screws, and the solenoid is made in the form of a coil with a head and spring and communicated with the electrical system of the tractor via the relay-breaker and a regulator are located on the rack. This vibrating tool presumably will lessen the resistance of the soil affecting on the working bodies, will eliminate the sticking effect of elements of working bodies and thereby the quality of the soil tillage will be improved, it will allow to reduce energy consumptions of working process up to 30%, it reduces the emission of harmful substances from combustion of diesel fuel into the atmosphere. The article focuses on the utilization of rice straw by chopping and splitting with a post-blade cylinder. The amount of rice production and rice straw in the Krasnodar region are specified in the article, as well as methods of utilization of non-grain part of rice harvest of rice, namely, burning in the field and use of rice straw as an organic fertilizer. The article describes a research on determination of the degree of rice straw humification under natural conditions at different parameters of its crushing and patching. According to the experimental results there was constructed a graph of the degree of rice straw humification by variants of the experiment. There was offered the projected constructive scheme of mobile trailer rice straw crusher from rolls in the article. The main results which were obtained to the present moment were shown in conclusions

systems. Techniques, which are currently used, fall into
two main categories: time domain or the integral
transform domain. Both of the aforementioned categories
can be stressed when solving equations with a wide
spectrum or when a system of equations is subjected to a
nonstationary forcing function. One of the benefits of
wavelet analysis, however, is the ability to resolve
nonstationary nature signals easily. Based on the discrete
time domain approximation, the system components such
as resistor and inductor are modeled in discrete wavelet
domain for purpose of transient analysis. The method can
be implemented by any kind of orthogonal wavelet
transform. Computer simulations verified the

wavelet transform for the analysis of current root mean
square (RMS) value and total harmonic distortion

solve this problem, where template-based methods are
the most common. Such methods providing predictable
and short enough execution time, and little percent
of mistakes. However, such methods are far less effective
in case there is a need to recognize car’s license
plate, which may be located in unpredictable place,
typed in undefined font and on non-standard background,
or without strict formatting. For example,

effectiveness and quality of such license plates recognition
is to use neural networks. It is assumed, that
neural networks usage can significantly increase
recognition quality. Nevertheless, neural networks usage
entails difficulties of it’s training, and often becomes
