JUSTIFICATION OF A TECHNOLOGICAL VEHICLE COMPLEX STRUCTURE BASED ON THE AGRO-CLIMATIC CONDITIONS IN THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 1281704084 issue 128 pp. 1211 – 1219 28.04.2017 ru 583
In the article, we present existing approaches to the study of the optimal composition of technological systems. We have justified a new method of improving the reliability and the efficiency of technological systems of grain harvesting based on application of mass service theory. An engineering methodology for the substantiation of structure of the technological complex of agro-climatic conditions has been developed. In this case, the basis is the method proposed by S. D. Shepelev and G. A. Okuneva. To justify the structure of the technological complex of agro-climatic conditions of the Krasnodar region we have developed a mathematical optimization model, as criteria of which the losses from downtime of combine harvesters and transport vehicles have been taken. On the basis of the developed technique co-dependence on the number of combine harvesters «Torum-740» from the capacity of vehicles and coefficient for their use for the Northern zone of the Krasnodar region has been found

JUSTIFICATION OF DESIGN PARAMETERS OF THE ACTIVE RING OF A CENTRIFUGAL DISC WITH THE FILING OF MATERIAL ALONG BLADES

abstract 1231609113 issue 123 pp. 1659 – 1670 30.11.2016 ru 355
There has been developed the design of the single disc centrifugal apparatus with the feed of the granular material along the blades. The scattering disc consists of blades, on the top shelf there is a flat disc with air intake windows (deflector). The purpose of the deflector is to eliminate the reflection of particles at the moment of contact with the blade and create a passing air flow to increase the range of flight of the particles. The analysis of the constructive scheme of the scattering disk showed that the amount of air coming inside the scattering disk is affected by the width of the window and the tilt angle of the deflector body. There was determined the dependence of the window width from the angle of the deflector body and height. Based on the analysis of the design there have been determined the limits of setting the window width and the tilt angle of the deflector body. The angle of the deflector body changes in the rate of 90 to 320 . Increasing the tilt angle of the deflector body leads to a proportional reduction of the window width. There have been set the intervals of variation of factors. There have been chosen the symmetrical composite plan of the second order and have been made a matrix of the experimental design. As a function of the response factor there have been taken a relative accuracy coefficient. The implementation of the experiment allowed us to determine the value of the regression coefficients. The adequacy of the regression equation to the equation obtained was performed by the Fisher test. It was determined that the equation adequately describes the technological process. For the analysis of this equation it was turned to the canonical form by moving the origin to a new point and turning at a certain angle of 14,950. The analysis of the canonical equations allowed the authors to determine the optimal values of the studied factors. The window width of the deflector is 22 - 25 mm, the angle of the body of the deflector is 8 - 120

JUSTIFICATION OF RATIONAL FOUNDATION DESIGN FOR A BUILDING WITH A HIGH CENTER OF GRAVITY FOR CONSTRUCTION IN SEISMIC AREAS

abstract 1051501020 issue 105 pp. 366 – 379 30.01.2015 ru 864
The subjects of the study are the foundations of buildings with a high center of gravity, in particular, the foundations of high-rise buildings with developed upper floors due to the large consoles. From a set of loads, transferred to the high-rise building with a high center of gravity, we can highlight the most significant impacts, affecting the distribution of forces in the elements of the foundation. We reveal the factors playing a special role in the choice of design solutions for the foundations. The practical significance of this research is due to the demand for ground areas in the cities which are being developed, although they were previously considered unsuitable for construction. Today, one of the primary tasks for engineers and architects is increasing technical and economic performance of construction projects and meeting customers' requirements in the individual architecture. As a variant of increasing technical and economic performance of buildings in dense city building conditions is to use the arm structures in their design solutions that both low-rise and high-rise building can achieve the architectural attractiveness of the building and significantly increase the usable floor area. In the research, two types of the foundations were projected for the object which is an eight-apartment building in the ground conditions of Sochi. The analysis was carried out with such software as PC ING +. After receiving the results of numerical analyses we performed a comparative analysis of pile-slab and slab foundation with the seismicity of the construction site. Therefore, we have identified the most rational of two types of foundations

JUSTIFICATION OF RATIONAL USE OF VIBRATING TOOLS FOR SOIL CULTIVATION

abstract 1231609054 issue 123 pp. 803 – 814 30.11.2016 ru 467
From a review of the literary sources it is revealed that the existing vibration exciters are classified into mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic. One of the most promising areas of development and use of sources of vibrations for tillage tools are electrical exciters of mechanical vibrations namely solenoid with a metal core inside. Based on the analysis of existing technical means for soil cultivation we are proposed a new technical mean of vibration exposure for tilting the soil without or before ploughing. Theoretical regularities of change of draft resistance depending on the vibration amplitude and the mass of the vibration exciter were received in the studies. A structurally - technological scheme of the combined tillage combine with electric vibration exciter and a device for automatic regulation of the technological process of the work of tillage machine was developed. The proposed vibration tool will supposedly reduce the soil resistance force acting on the working bodies, which will reduce energy costs up to 20% for the technology process of soil cultivation; harmful emissions from the combustion of diesel fuel into the atmosphere were reduced. The proposed technical mean can be used for soil cultivation in different soil fertility under different soil density

JUSTIFICATION OF SPAR ROADS JUNCTION ANGLES TO THE FOREST ROADS

abstract 0771203013 issue 77 pp. 127 – 137 30.03.2012 ru 1720
The zone of attraction of hauling branches in an allocation scheme based on the roads in "herringbone" forest resources is divided into 'near' and 'distant' parts with respect to location of contiguity point to forest road. In the "distant" part at certain parameters of cutting area, it is advisable to lay spar roads to a branch at an angle equal to the optimal angle of junction of branch to line, which reduces the cost of removal of wood on the branch. In the "near" part, as well as in forked and combined schemes of road allocation in forest resources , spar roads should be run under the best angles determined by established analytical relationship to reduce the cost of removal of wood

JUSTIFICATION OF SUNFLOWER SEED CLEANING SCHEME ON AIR-SIEVE GRAIN CLEANING MACHINES

abstract 1221608030 issue 122 pp. 417 – 430 31.10.2016 ru 334
A set of actions aimed at preserving seed quality is the task of primary importance, which is expected to produce effective results. To implement this task it is necessary to prepare high-quality seeds by cleaning and sorting sunflower seeds on air-sieve grain cleaning machines. To determine the rational scheme of cleaning sunflower seed piles of the ‘Lakomka’ variety on the air-sieve grain cleaning machine ‘MVU-1500’ a qualitative analysis has been carried out. Cleaning sunflower seeds is carried out by an air stream by one or two sieves for separating large impurities and by two sieves, one of which separates milled seeds into the overseeding ,with the second dividing the whole seeds. In such a scheme of cleaning sunflower seeds, purity corresponds to the 3rd class of seed material and has some disadvantages. The disadvantages are as follows: the gathering seeds in sieve Ø5.0 have low individual weight and the sieves show low quality of work. To facilitate the work of the sowing sieves a grading sieve is installed, which will separate 50% of the seeds into the gathering. The size of the openings in the grading sieve is selected with the help of the correlation table. The sieve for sunflower seed variety ‘Lakomka ‘will be Ø 3.6, which will select the most valuable seeds with weight above 90 g from the purified material thus improving the productivity and performance of the sowing sieves. A promising scheme of cleaning sunflower seeds is the air flow rate equal to 4.43 m/s, with one grading sieve of Ø 3.6 and two sieves of Ø 7 and Ø 3.6 mm in grain cleaning machines that will allow you to get high quality seed material that meets the requirements of GOST(Russian national standard) for seed material
